Waited 1 hour for an oil change for them to tell me they were out of the oil my car uses, it takes 5 seconds to look at the oil cap so saying they were busy doesnt cut it in the review response, this is incompetence that should be checked immediately. And then tried to upcharge me $86 for oil when all I needed was 0w-20 which is $27 on Amazon... good joke bad business. These people think you are stupid, AVOID.

If youre asking about the any of the ones in Champaign it looks like theyre all closed. If they are open it sure didnt look like it. So....one star? BecauseI have to.

I came here at 8:00 am and as I pull in someone was there to greet me and guide me into the parking spot for my ex boyfriends car to be serviced. The goal was an oil change, but there were lots of maintenance that needed to be done like the coolant was empty, the cabin filter is filthy with leaves and dust, and since the car is being driven across country I said yes to getting all the things done including a tire rotation. They pulled out a bunch of nest materials left behind from the family of squirrels that lived under the hood. The other guys who fixed the wiring never even did that. They made things super easy here and the pricing is reasonable. Service has been incredible since I came in.

Went here last time my car needed an oil change, it was fairly pricy, but the location was good, and they seemed nice enough. Since then, the wipers I bought refuse to stay on, but I was going to give them another chance.Today I went in for an oil change. A gentleman met me outside halfway around the building to tell me they weren’t taking any more customers about half an hour before they closed. I guess losing a potential repeat customer is less important than going home early.

People who work here are great. They save you money whenever they can. They check your oil (and even though they could easily rip you off, they don’t - if you don’t need an oil change, they tell you and save you $), they fill your tires for free and give you best service. Highly recommended!

Ive been going to this location for years, but my last service was very disappointing. I must get full synthetic oil for my car and with tax is about $80. On my receipt it states that they topped all fluids including windshield washer fluid and washed windows to best of their ability. Neither of those services were actually performed. I had gone to the car wash just before this oil change but there were still bugs on the windshield, figured they would wash it. They didnt. My washer fluid light was on before I got there, still on after I left. Thought maybe I had to turn the car off and on again like when tire pressure low? Had my hubby check it after 3 days. My reservoir was empty. They put on the receipt services they never performed. They also used to vacuum my car, and didnt do that either this time. Im seriously disappointed with my service this time, the fact that they demonstrably lied on the receipt and will not be going back. I hear Warden Marten does full synthetic oil changes $30 cheaper. Going to try them next time. Jiffy Lube just lost a years long loyal customer.Edit: Jiffy Lube saw my review and reached out to correct the issue. Their response showed that they cared about my poor experience, and wished to remedy the situation. I appreciate that they took the time to make it right. Thank you.

Fast service but expensive. Jiffy Lube next town over only charges $29 for straight oil change. I was charged $50.

I got an oil change from this location this morning. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. They were so kind and respectful. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot someone came out to greet me. They explained everything they did and gave me options for what I wanted to use in my car. A small thing, but afterwards, when I went to get into my car, one of the guys was waiting for me to open my door and tell me to drive safe. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube.

Helpful and only sold me what I needed

Ive been getting my biannual oil changes here for over three years, and Ive always received quick service and been pleased with the staff and the prices. Shannon is always very helpful and informative.I needed a few other small things done at my last oil change, and they gave me a substantial discount for getting it done all at once.

Fast reliable service

This place is very friendly and very quick. You can have your oil changed in about 10 minutes. PLUS they check your car. They add fluids like washer, power steering, and brake to make sure they are OK. My tail lights were broken. They offered me to change it for just $10. My assembly was broken too and I had a new assembly on hand. The assembly came with bulbs. So they didnt charge for bulb. They changed the whole thing for me for free. So satisfied!!! I am definitely suggesting here!!!

I get my oil changed here about every 2 months with my job. I love the mechanics. They are always in a good mood and are very friendly. I am in there for 15 minutes at most. I love this place.

My experience was horrible at this location, and it almost damaged my engine. I went in for a regular oil change, however, they failed to put oil in my vehicle and I drove the car for 600 miles when noise from the hood of my car started. I took my car to an out of town mechanic and he informed me the car had only 1 qt of oil and that is where the noise was coming from. I was fortunate that it didn’t happen in the middle of a highway driving cross country. I tried to deal with this situation with the owners of this franchise and was not able to resolve it. I contacted headquarters, they discussed with one of the owners, Pete, and he said it was my fault the car had no oil. HQ said I had to deal with the local owners and all they were going to do is file a complaint. If I go to a location for an oil change, I expect them to put oil into my car. Am I wrong on this? If you care about your car, don’t use Jiffy Lube location on Neil Street.

$60 for a plain oil change, no extras, not even synthetic oil.

We stopped here for a quick oil change before leaving town for the holiday. Not only was it $42 for a basic oil change, which is a rip-off, but we had a coupon that they forgot about until after they ran our credit card. Their option for fixing it was to credit the full amount back to our card (which would take a week) and charge us again resulting in two charges until the credit went through. I guarantee the $10 coupon they gave us will go unused as we will never go back.

Was a little worried about some of the negative reviews, but I noticed that they all seem to be a couple of years old. Glad I decided to give them a shot. Very friendly staff, met me as I pulled up and directed me where to go. They explained the different options and what services my car was due for. I knew up front how much it was going to cost. Whole service took about 10-15 minutes. Whatever issues theyve had in the past, they have their act together now. Could not be happier with my experience.

Went to this Jiffy Lube location on 11/13/2012 and had a horrible experience!! I was the only customer in there and I can see why. I asked for the standard oil change that comes with fluid top offs and cleaning of the exterior windows and interior floor vacuuming. They did not do any of this. The worker claimed that I had an oil leak and tried to upsell the more expensive oil change. I told them to only use the standard oil and later found out that they didnt fill the oil completely, none of my fluids were topped off, they did not clean my windows and they did not vacuum any of my interior. I went to a different Jiffy Lube on 11/18/2012 and they were so appalled by the laziness of the Champaign Jiffy Lube workers, that they gave me a free oil change (because the former Jiffy Lube did not give me enough oil). They also told me that my oil was not leaking like the Champaign Jiffy Lube worker had told me.DO NOT GO TO THIS JIFFY LUBE! I CALLED CORPORATE ABOUT MY SITUATION AND HOPEFULLY THE WORKERS WILL LOSE THEIR JOBS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT DESERVE THEM IF THEY BELIEVE LYING TO CUSTOMERS IS A GOOD BUSINESS STRATEGY!!

This location put my son on a dangerous situation when they did not include oil on an oil change. He had to drive across several states and luckily when the problem started he was already home. We had to have another location do another oil change change one month later and were told that if it had gone any longer the engine would have locked and the car would be undriveable. The folks at Jiffy Lube did not want to accept any responsibility. If you dont want an experience like this do not use Jiffy Lube on Neil Street.
