I am an international student at UIUC. I have several experiences with other auto repair shops in the Champaign-Urbana area. B.B. is the most patient place I find. If you are an international student or you are looking for someone who is patient enough to explain to you slowly where is the problem of your car and whether there is an urgent need to fix it, come here.
