VALERIE IS AMAZING. I will never go anywhere else. Her prices could increase, her wait time could be hours long, any catastrophe in life could go down and I will forever give Valerie and her staff my business. Not only is she kind, she remembers your name, goes out of her way to accommodate everyone and always stays professional even in not so nice situations.

Went on a busy Friday evening so I had a bit of a wait but they were super friendly. It was my first pedicure ever so I was nervous and they really put me at ease. The massage chairs are nice too!

I am mortified. I have been coming to this place for YEARS and I have never had a bad experience. There has to be a new owner or something because I went there to get my eyebrows waxed and a new woman was there and she had no idea what she was doing. She waxed MY EYELID. I have two red splotches on my eyelids where she scalped me. Absolutely horrifying. I will never ever go back here again.
