First of all,my pedicure was amazing! but pricey!! I had been in the chair at least, 20 minutes,no one spome or greeted me. As soon as the White lady came in and sat down, she was greeted with A smile,and hello!! I felt uncomfortable, and I didnt feel welcomed!!

They Did A Good Job On My Hands And Feet

Sooo I wanted Ombrecoffin nails. The quality was very poor colors weren’t blended at all very splotchy. Also found a hair inside of my nail. Upon asking for a refund they said sure they would take the nails off and refund my money first she made sure to file the hair out so I couldn’t take a pic. Second she litterally clipped the tips of my nails and said let’s go. I was like well aren’t yu going to take the whole nail off she said no yu made me do all the work. So I’m walking around like this looking for someone to fix it. But now I must pay extra to have them removed and redone. Yes they refunded my money but I will hve to pay to have them taken off because they are solar. Do not go here no matter what.

When its 50 degrees outside and im trying to pamper myself it would be nice enough if you could turn on the DAM heater...my fingers and toes were numb the whole time.. I was going to get my toes painted but i sure wasnt taking my shoes off for that if you didnt have the heater on... A DAM SHAME....

I get dip and I know it takes 45-60 minutes to remove and get new dip applied, I called to see if I could be done by a certain time and was assured it would take 30 minutes which it did not. Also I had this done 5 days ago and theyre already lifting because the technician went over my cuticle at the bottom of my nail. I tried them wont be back, they wont last 3-4 weeks and not worth $55.

They are pricey and half do work bc they rush to the next client and the blue hair lady have a bad attitude.

I’ve gotten dip done twice, and it did not last either time. Within a few days, it’s lifting around my cuticles. One nail popped off after 8 days.

They were very welcoming to me and fiance , he has been getting the short end of the stick when it comes to getting a pedicures the tech was as patient and pleasent to him as much as she was to me. He was very very pleased. FINALLY!!

Huge selection of polishes, staff is always very friendly and they do the best job in the parish! Ive been to 3 other nail shops in the parish and they all suck in some way, this is the only shop that gets the shape consistent AND the polish on neatly.Theyve recently added a kids pedicure station thats so cute!

I work outside and my feet arent so great. The whole time the woman who did my pedicure gave me looks and said little comments which overall just made me really uncomfortable. The pedicure itself really helped my feet they feel amazing but the customer service aspect was just not okay. My friend with me got a manicure and they guy doing her didnt even do a correct manicure.

Great massage chair with the pedicures... thats about it. Looks like a kid painted my nails. My gel nail polish has air bubbles and I also have nail polish on my fingers (not on the nail). Wasted $54... I couldnt bring myself to tip on something I have to go somewhere else to get repainted.

Staff and owner very rude and racist. Staff is not to knowledgeable about nails. Toney is very rude when rendering service. Caucasians get recognized and treated most courtesy than people of color. Will not go back.

My experience was amazing

Went in for a gel mani and it lasted three days. She had painted on my skin to where it lifted inside the nail salon and I had to tell her. She proceeded to clip the extra nail polish and saw it lifted and stoped and said she was done.

They use to give a great pedicure, the last 3 times Ive gone was not so great. The employees are always nice but my paint doesnt stay on for more then 5 days or I have dead skin they missed or didnt scrub.(I feel like they scrub the same spot and forget the rest)... I mean I dont get the basic unless Im in a rush(which I havnt done in the last 3 times, the last 2 times I upgraded to the one above basic and one above that (I think was $45) and my polish is peeling off and dead skin is too(plus i cut my nails at home). I ALWAYS tip at least $8. I will give it another try but Im not sure.... Im wondering if the new chairs mean new owners...
