I went in and got a normal full set mani and my eyelashes none after I leave I notice they charged my card 93$ the next day when I call I notice the amount on my card was changed to $78 which it still way too much! They said my eyelashes were $30 which are already falling off the next day and my nails were $48!!! Where I’m the hell do nails cost that much! They said it was extra for gel okay I understand that, then preceded to tell me it was $10 bc my nails are extra long which they was not and $5 extra bc the coffin shape!! What nail store does that?! And even if you do charge that then you tell customers that before just giving them that. But I don’t think that’s the case I think nails etc. charged my card whatever they wanted to charge my card! What yourself ladies! Do hand them your card without knowing exactly what they are charging to it!

The women there was amazing i will come again but they need to order pixie dust and nail foil for designs if they dont kno how to do they they will make lots of money if they get those too

Nails were very much sloppy and not polished correctly i asked for long square nails and she filed my nails very much short , nails longer than the other . i do not like my nails i will no long return .

You cannot beat the quality and uniqueness of the manicures you get here, its just not possible. The prices are fair but in my eyes, worth every penny!!

I have been here 3 times since moving into the neighborhood and Ive had only good experiences. They are typically able to take me right away, even if I dont make an appointment. They do a great job with my nails and I will definitely be a regular.

I love Nails Etc.! Technician does my shellac manicures and she is the best. My shellac manicures easily last 3 weeks with no chipping. Other places Ive gotten a shellac done barely last 2 weeks. She is very meticulous and does an amazing job every time. I highly recommend her.

This is the only place I go in town to get my nails done. Its close to my house and they do a great job. I get my brows done here too and they do a great job on that as well. It definitely makes getting your nails done even more of a treat!

Horrible. The younger guy was really good and patient. The elderly man was horrible. He rushed my nails. I asked him for a thin acrylic layer. I asked over and over again and he didn’t even try to. My nails looked huge and they were all un even. He doesn’t value customers desire at all. I will never go there again!

I booked an appointment for my wedding party to get mani/pedis, and they were absolutely wonderful! They decorated the salon in bridal colors, were incredibly welcoming, and even gave me some flowers as a congratulations. Plus, our nails looked wonderful. They are amazing!

I am torn because I liked the pedicure and the tech did a great job with that, but when she got to my nails I feel like I must have been her first acrylic refill ever. Where do I start, my right hand and left hand are two different lengths, some nails the acrylic is so thick on one side of the nail and thin on the other. I have to say I would rather the younger guy do my nails, the older gentleman I had last time rushed through doing my refill and I asked him to take just a little tiny bit of length off, well that didn’t happen I walked out with my nails barely showing over the tops of my fingers. What is the point of having acrylic nails when they are that short. I have gone there a few times and tried several different techs. Guess its time to try a new place. Any suggestions???

Customers are not valued in this establishment!! Quality of work is poor and when you complain about the poor work employees get defensive and blame YOU for the reason your nails are not done right! The older male nail tech is the worst. Bad attitude and provides horrible work. He has had to redo my entire nail set twice! Its not worth your time or money. Youve been warned!!

Horrible work. After getting nails done, sat to for 10 minutes. Touched 1 nails over 39 minutes and the polish came right off and some of the other nails got messed up when I touched them to check if they were dry. WILL Never go back and will let others know.

Nails are all different lengths nail polish is to thick and horrible . Never will go here again
