I bought Sonata sport here in 2017. The brown tall salesman here promised me a good deal and then cleverly sold me and signed me a demo based vehicle which actually had 120 miles on it. I noticed all that after driving that car off their lot. Now after four years even after properly maintaining my vehicle I am noticing that vehicle has oil problems as its engine was not properly broken in for demo purposes back then. I am really unsatisfied by their cars and their way of management and I am actually looking for that salesman to have a final word.

My car was there for a month waiting on a part to come in. I know it was not their fault due to the pandemic and supply shortages. However, I found out the part was at another dealership but that dealership did not want to transfer this part to my location. I think at this stage of the pandemic and the fact parts are back ordered, fellow dealerships should be willing to help out. Just my 2 cents.

I found the Customer Service excellent! Ricardo was a very knowledgeable salesperson. He demonstrated all the features in my Tucson. He connected my phone to my car. Cant say enough about him. And then there was Nicole although you all were busy, she didnt allow us to just sit unattended. Shes only been in this position for a short time. But you wouldnt know it by her professionalism! After bouncing around from dealer to dealer and experiencing some unethical practices, I started calling around to other SoCal area dealers to attempt to get a fair deal on a Kona EV. Michael De Leon picked up the call and was knowledgeable, friendly, and polite, even though I was asking for a lot during a sellers market. After an agreement over the phone, we came in to lease the car. He had it cleaned and ready. All the numbers matched what he promised. Michael made the whole experience fantastic. I sold cars for a living years ago and know the business, and it would be difficult to find a nicer guy to work with. 10 out of 10!

Was definitely worth the drive. We drove from Colton California to this location and will do it again. After being finagled with local dealerships that wanted to increase sales price of used cars by 5k to 10k for “dealer fees” my son was feeling discouraged. He did some online shopping and found the car and color that he has been wanting at Norm Reeves he did some price negotiating online. We got preapproved before going there and already knew what we wanted, the sales man Jonathan didn’t try and renegotiate the price higher. My sales person, David Franco, was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, polite, not aggressive, and most importantly honest and patient! He answered all of my questions about the Tucson and the Santa Fe when I was trying to decide which car would best fit my needs. The dealership was quite busy on a Saturday afternoon but all they moved me through the process as quick as possible. They consistently kept me up to date on how much longer it was going to take while I was waiting to sign my documents. When it came time to sign, all of my paperwork had been pre-entered and printing and signing only took about 15 minutes. Fastest I’ve ever experienced with the finance folks and they didn’t try and up sale me anything! What a miracle! I can’t remember the finance persons name but it starts with a “V”. Over all a great experience!

How is customer service GREAT here?!? Customer service is good at the door(to take your money) but when you need help over the phone no one is there to help!!!I understand there is a delay in finance but they cant even return a dam call. I am still waiting on Vito to give me a call!! If you purchase a car here DO NOT EXPECT to get the SAME customer service when you are gone!!! They DO NOT CARE!!!!

Sean was great his name is spelled different it’s with a “ch” but I can’t quit remember, but he was so nice and help me very well very happy with my experience.

I was happy with everything and this would be a 5 star if I wasn’t forgotten. Gary gave me a time frame of 1.5 to 2 hours so I went home to wait. After almost 3.5 hours still no call so I called and was told it was ready. It was already after five and I had to wait for my ride to the dealership so I let the rep know that it would probably be close to six if not a little later he said that was fine. I got there about five minutes after six it looked like everything was closed up and they were waiting on me which wasn’t my fault. The gentleman that helped me was really nice and apologetic. I think his name was Chris but I’m not positive. Other than that though everything was great

Polite and friendly staff, met my needs especially since I knew what I was looking for. I didn’t feel like I was pushed and had an open and friendly negotiation to put the value of the car within my budget. This was one of the best car buying experiences that I’ve ever had.

I originally took my new car into service in July because I purchased the clear coat treatment and the backup camera had a blemish inside the lens. They applied the clear coat and ordered a new lens. I was in a hurry when I picked up the car because I literally was leaving out of state an hour later, so I didnt really look it over. When I got back I noticed the car finish was streaky and there was lots of over spray on the rims. I was too busy at that time to complain. After six weeks of not hearing about the camera lens, I called (which is nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone in the service dept) and they said, Oh yeah, its here. Do you want to make an appointment? I thought...Ok, so were you ever going to call me and let me know? I made the appointment and brought the car in and they informed me I had a recall on the fuel pump as well and would attend to that too. They called hours later and said the fuel pump did have a leak and they would need to keep the car because it wasnt safe to drive. They paid for a car rental, so that was a plus, but I was never notified of a recall, so I wondered how long I would have been driving around with a leak if I didnt need to take it in for the camera? The service people were all very nice and were apologetic for all the glitches, but I just think the service dept as a whole needs to do a better job overall.

I love this place! People are super nice and helpful! Just be aware if you are planning to buy a car on the weekend you might spend there around 4 hours :)Peace

Norm Reeves Hyundai got my car in for service within 3 days when other dealerships had multiple weeks wait. It was so easy, I made my appointment on my phone and did everything by text. They found the problem and got my car back to me the next morning. Paul was a great help keeping me updated in my car’s progress throughout the day.

Although the buying experience was not bad, I was not shown the vehicles features. Besides that the visit was pleasant and I love my new car. The reason for the low rating is because its impossible to get in contact with anybody or have anyone return a phone call. I purchased my vehicle a month ago, the finance company still does not have my contract, therefore I cannot yet make a payment. I have been trying to get in touch with the finance department at the dealership for almost 2 weeks. I called every single day last week, left messages, even spoke with a sales Manager, Scott, with the promise of a call back. To this day I still have not received a call back. So not only did I never receive a call to check in in me after my purchase, I cant get a call back to save my life. Its more than frustrating. However, when I rated the dealership less than perfect I had 2 people calling, texting AND emailing me for a week straight to change my score of them. I have referred friends and family to this dealership over the past several years, with them purchasing 4 vehicles! I absolutely will not refer anybody to this dealership again.

Bought a used vehicle here about 4 years ago. Everything was good about til a month ago when we were on vacation. Our car died on us in the middle of the road. Had it towed home and taken to the local dealership where the said the engine went out. Not an issue since we have the bumper to bumper, 10 year, 100,000 mile warranty. They submit the claim to hyundai. It took hyundai 3 weeks to respond, and when they did, our claim was denied. So now its either going to cost us 8000 dollars to fix it or buy another car during a time when car prices are sky high. Dont trust the manufacturer warranty, they wont honor it.

He demonstrated the utmost care in facilitating the process and ensuring that I was happy with my purchase.

The finance team here is absolutely horrible at customer service. I bought a used car, and oddly enough never received my registration information. So I called the dealership to ensure that everything was filed and correct on their end, simple right. Wrong, trying to reach a person has been all but impossible. 7 unanswered messages, emails, and nothing. These people are happy to take your money, but could careless about doing anything beyond that. Spend your money elsewhere unless you don’t mind being given the run around.

I used the Costco Auto program and met with the Costco rep, Jay Saleem. Great guy and upfront with the car price and add-ons. I would definitely buy another car through him.

I have been coming here for the past 3 years and have always enjoyed my experience. However, this time around there was just too much upselling, particularly with the new crew. All I needed was a routine oil change and this individual tried to sell me a cleaning service for fuel induction at $300 for a car that only has 25,000 miles. He tried to justify it by telling me that it was a required service that needed to be done as if I was completely ignorant about cars. I opted out on the fuel induction but he was adamant that I consider it for the next service at 30,000 miles. I dont appreciate being taken advantage of or considered an easy mark just because I appear to not know alot about car maintenance. Overall, I was not happy with the experience and will not be coming back.

They did a tremendous job getting my new car engine installed. They were great at communicating updates. The only problem was that it was difficult to get my hands on a rental car.

After talking and finding out more about the car I was hooked. I went ahead to meet Vito the Finance Manager who talked me to the process of buying the car. A really friendly person that went over everything until I fully understood and was comfortable with my contract. I was also able to meet Javed Rasheed, the General Sales Manager and immediately thanked and welcomed me to the Hyundai Family. I would recommend friends and family to this store because they are really welcoming and will treat you the best possible way.

Our Service manager was Cheyne….. as there was a delay in locating a minor leak in the AC system, the car needed to be kept over for an extra 2 days. Cheyne was good at keeping us informed and when we were forced to go without our car for an extra day, he went right to work for us and located a rental car for us to rent, at a very favorable price, which enabled us to go out of town as we had originally scheduled before our repair. THAT WAS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE… and I’m finding TRUE customer service very rare.

Greg was great! however the wait time for a basic oil change was a whole day and then i had to come back after the part was ordered...should have did a quick diagnostic first see that i needed the compressor even though i already told them that then let me have my car back until part came in...then they should have done oil change and compressor install all together on one day....i do appreciate that the warranty covered it though!

Great and friendly dealership. This is our fifth car to buy/lease from them and we keep coming back for their excellent customer service. Mustafa Eldiven was friendly with excellent customer service and followed up with us and ensured getting the car I wanted. Working a good deal and finishing the finances and paperwork was fast and friendly too. Great team work. Pleasure to do business with them again.
