This was my second experience buying a Honda at Norm Reeves Cerritos and once again it was a good experience. Darryl Pork was my salesperson and helped me through the process. They gave me a better than expected trade-in amount which definitely helped me make my decision to buy. They had only a few Accord’s left but luckily there was a steel gray which I loved. The only disappointment was they would not deal on the new car, but my trade-in was so good, I accepted the price. Finance also went smoothly.

Bought an Accord Sport a few days ago and I love it. Phil Byrd was my salesman and he was great i called in to see if they had any accords available and at the moment they did not. Michael Porter was amazing! I flew down in the morning from the central valley to get a new car with the right trim at the right price because the one where I lived was asking for $8,000 more. I brought all the necessary documents to make both our lives easier: copy of license, diploma, ssn, and job offer letter. If I had to give the dealership a rating it would honestly be 2 stars . We went through 3 sales persons before we finally got to Luis. They all just kept passing us to someone else. Nobody was with us longer than 10 minutes before Luis. I asked one salesperson where the CRVs are and he literally pointed and said over there . And we just walked off alone to go look and no one there to open them for us.The sales people CUSTOMER SERVICE definitely needs a refresher. Thankfully they have Luis there to help people out . I went into the dealership on a Sunday, with a very specific vehicle in mind. And although they were very busy they were able to help me test drive a few cars and ultimately chose after two hours a 2021 CRV Touring. AJ & his sale rep (who had apparently been only working 4 weeks) answered all and any questions I had and got me a great deal for my trade in and my new car. The sales team really made me feel at ease and very happy with my choice. After agreeing on my payment it was off to the finance department to sign my life away. Leasing a car here purchased the security system. Recently got my car broken into and my stuff stolen and not a single alarm went off and Honda doesnt want to reimburse me for the damages. Turns out their Honda Employee AMIR FOUS deactivated my system a week after I had bought it. IF YOU BOUGHT A SECURITY SYSTEM FROM HONDA MAKE SURE TO CALL THE SECURITY COMPANY TO CHECK IF HONDA EMPLOYEES DIDNT DEACTIVATED YOUR SYSTEM BEHIND YOUR BACK.

Marcelo Alcalde was a great sales person. I went in a week before to look and test drive a couple of the Honda cars. I liked the fact that he wasn’t so pushy and once I told him what I was there, he let me be on my own browsing through the cars and just asked to let him know if I wanted to look inside a particular car or test drive it. I made him aware that I wasn’t there to purchase a vehicle that day but that I would be returning in a week. He gave me his business card and told me to call him when I would be coming in next week. Never rang up my phone with calls or messages at all.I went in a week after. Marcelo was very professional, straight forward with everything and honest about answering my questions that I had. Again, he wasn’t pushy at all and I’ve had my fair share of sales persons that are like that when you go to a dealership. He let me test drive the car once again before purchasing it this time. I took my car in for a simple oil change and recall fix. The first time I took it there I waited 6 hours for just an oil change. I only went back because they offered another free oil change since I had to wait so long the first time. I received a call and I was told that a technician dropped something on it and they had to send it to the body shop. They had it for two weeks. I was later told that they left the door ajar when lifting it and it got caught. They needed to replace the door and hinges. I was originally lied to and wished I had asked more questions. Not once did any manager reach out to me. I had to ask several times for a picture and was sent a photo that you couldn’t even make out. When my car was returned from the body shop, on a Friday, it took Honda until Saturday at 3:00 to call me. After not having my car for two weeks it would have been nice to get the call sooner. When I picked it up it was like I was picking it up after a regular service. No one walked me to my car to show me what was repaired and if I was happy. I was not happy at all with the repairs and when I called Honda, they had the body shop call me. I have to accept that the welds on the new door are sloppy and nothing like the original door. I expected the door to be exactly like it was brand new. My car is a year old with only 6200 miles on it. Damage that was caused by the dealership should be repaired exactly as when I bought the car. I feel like my car will never be the same. Not one person ever followed up with me. They are the most unhelpful dealership with horrible customer service. Stay away!!!

If you want to be rushed, pushed around, and not listened to then I recommend coming here. I went in excited hoping to purchase my first car ever and I left upset, unsatisfied, and feeling attacked. The sales representative, who I won’t mention, was inconsiderate, rude, pushy, impatient, and agitated. The only thing I got out of this experience was my credit score run for no reason and docked in points.If you enjoy not having your questions and concerns answered before purchasing a 2022 vehicle then I recommend this place. The sales agent was passive aggressive when responding to my questions and stated that “asking all these questions won’t get me anywhere and that it doesn’t benefit me nor him.” He implied that I was wasting his time and my time and said to come back another time so I left. Won’t be going back. THIS IS NOT HOW I PICTURED MY FIRST CAR PURCHASE EXPERIENCE TO GO.

I was interested in buying a Toyota RAV4, 2014 listed on Norm Reeves Honda superstore in Cerritos, I sent a request note and Susanna the internet sales manager called me and helped me out. Susanna went above and beyond to find me the car, get it cleaned and ready for me to come and test drive it. Susanna is very dedicated and professional sales person, she does not only help the customer with their needs, she keep on following up with emails congratulating the customer, providing helpful links and telling the customer to call her should they need more help. To me, she is an outstanding sales person.Upon arrival at NRHSC, Eduardo, a sales associate met me and he explained to me everything I need to know about the car, went with me for a test drive and was very polite, professional and knowledgeable in his profession.
