Absolutely a miracle this place is still open. Would never go here to buy a car, prices are not even close to competitive. That’s besides the point, went here to register my car during COVID and paid the dealership an extra 25 dollars for their services. Long story short they sent my title and money order into the state and it was lost. When I called the dealer all they needed to give me was the scan of the front and back of the title as well as the scan of the money order (all of this is required by law). Turns out nothing was scanned and they told me I would need to try and apply for a lost title. They took absolutely no responsibility and there will definitely be a Secretary of State police report filled out, it sounds like a lot of people are having the same issue. Do not go here!!!!!!!!!

Talk about a bottom of the barrel dealership. I will never refer anyone to this joke of a business. Turn and run, also check the car fax almost every used vehicle has a damage reported they sell trash.

Never trust these people. A few mo ago my son took my BMW in for a oil change and they took it upon themselfs to switch to synthetic without looking at my history from the past. I eneded up paying around $89 for a basic oil change and I provided the oil filter. Then my son was looking at a truck and they asked if I would co-sign. They dinged my credit report 10 times! No I will never step foot there ever again. Several local people told me they are not any good. Bad service and double the price and so much more. Lessen learned!!!! Never again and I have nothing good to say about that place.

All I can say is Roy who works in the service department is AWESOME!! He is a hard working man & has the best customer service. He was patient with me & answered all my questions & concerns. I had just bought a 2018 Ford Escape from a dealer in Collinsville & after one week of having it my check engine light came on. It had a major oil leak. Honestly I didn’t want to keep this car but knowing I have a Ford dealer in my town that has an awesome service department & Roy, I’m going to keep it a little bit longer. Thank you all for fixing it & fingers crossed I have no more issues.

I wouldnt buy from then again. The car has had the engine light on twice within two weeks and they built in an extra 3000.00 in the price without explanation.

Never had a bad experience here....polite and friendly staff and great service. Its changed owners recently but most of the staff is still in place.

I was led to believe they had a car i might be interested in purchasing. Then was told to come on up. Like they had the car there for me to see. But it wasnt there. Then he sends me pics of a car he knew i did not want. I wont go there again. And i for sure will not give a deposit on a car i havent seen in person nor driven at all. Sorry i dont just throw money away!!!

Went in bc we supposedly won a prize from their Christmas holiday game theyre doing. Called 2x to confirm its a legit game with no strings attached. Was told we just come in to get our prize and spin their prize wheel. Drove an hour to get there. Went in and it was nothing but lies. Was pressured into buying a vehicle for an hour. Got mad when we refused. Didnt actually have a wheel to spin. All they gave us was a cheap pair of air buds. Dont recommend this place.

While the service is excellent, the waiting room is a disaster. It is not sanitized or wiped down - and I was there for an extended period of time. No counters wiped, no chairs - - nothing. Absolutely ZERO precautions for the customers. Unacceptable.

Received a paper from them in the mail with tabs on the back and prizes you could win. I got a winner tab and it said I won 10,000 dollars to go towards a new car. I read the paper over and over. There was nothing in the fine print that made me think it was a scam. I went in there and they immediately sat me down and took all my information then he made me do a spinner game on his phone to see what I won even though it said I won 10,000 dollars. The spinner finally landed and I won a two dollar lottery ticket. If you receive something in the mail like this, don’t waste your time...

Got my oil changed who ever changed made a mess took the car to a different ford dealership i thought it had a leak they told me the oil was over filled by a quart it used to be a good place when it was ltd ford im never going back

I called to license a vehicle during the covid19 pandemic. I spoke to kacie. She advised I would need to send a picture of my driver license and title and I would be called for an appointment . I did that And week later no call’ no email, nothing. I called again only to be told no there not doing it anymore. The lady on the phone was rude. I have friends that have titled there vehicles there. I was more than kind on the phone and not trying to inconvenience anyone. I just can’t in good conscience do business there or recommend them to anyone from this point forward. If your going to offer a service to the public then everyone should be able to receive these services. Not be told no because the rude lady dosnt wana do her job. Part of being a staple in this community is the ability to step up and push harder when the work load requires it. Very disappointed.

Always a disappointment when I go. Oil changes take over an hour. This time I went for strut and alignment. Dropped it off at 1pm and was told it would be 3 hrs. Fine I had other things close by so I walked to them. I called at 4pm and they said, Yes, its ready, were just waiting on the alignment. Well call you when its done. For one, how is it ready if the alignment isnt done. I finally called back at 5:25 and they said yes it was done. GEE thanks for calling me. I get there 5 minutes later and the whole service department is locked up. So when was it ACTUALLY done???Wheres the communication at people?????

I have a 2016 Ford Flex that I purchased at a different dealership. Nothing against LTD Ford, the other dealership had the vehicle I wanted.I took my Flex to LTD Ford because of excessive road noise. I suspected a defective wheel bearing. I spoke to the service manager and told him what I suspected and asked if one of the service technicians could drive it.Within five minutes the technician and I went for a ride. The technician thought my suspicions were correct and he got it up on the rack to check it out to confirm the problem.The problem was confirmed and the part was ordered. They informed me that the part would be in about 2:00 p.m. that day.I brought the car back at 2:00 p.m. and the repair was completed in less than an hour.I was totally impressed with the technician. After the work was completed he took it for a test drive and personally brought the papers to me to sign. He then shook hands with me and thanked me for coming to LTD Ford.Talk about welcoming customer service!LTD Ford will get a shot at my business the next time I need a vehicle.

They gave me a nice loaner Lincoln car while working on my car and even tho it took longer than expected they obviously did a very thorough check of my car and found any and everything wrong and fixed it while they had it in the shop. Even called Ford to get the issues covered under the many recalls my escape has already had at no cost to me. They always called me and explained what was wrong and why it was still being serviced. I love the credits in my account. I feel like I never have to pay for an oil change and they offer to take my to work if they wont have my car done in time. They are very accommodating.

The service department has always done a great job of getting the work we needed done. In our latest experience, due to unforeseen circumstances, they couldnt complete the work on my vehicle at the agreed upon time. Thankfully they were able to give me a ride back to work and then dropped my car off at my place of work later that day.

Best experience ever! I live in Arkansas so I was pretty much buying sight unseen. After talking with Tim, he assured me that he would make sure that I would be totally satisfied! He had the car delivered to me and upon arrival everything surpassed my expectations! Couldn’t be happier!

Brought the car to you for oil change and tire rotation, no vibrations when it come in,get it back and now it vibrates and on 30point inspection sheet they wrote cv joint needs replaced. So since it has lifetime warranty on drive train we took it to monkens to have them look at it cost 90$ to inspect cv joint that you guys said needed replaced and just ended up being a tire out of balance. And now it drives fine

They wanted to charge over $230 to replace the blinker arm in my truck. I declined. I installed it myself in LESS THAN 30 MINUTES and had to remove 5 screws. The part was $40 delivered from Amazon. No special tools and you can find a video on how to do just about anything on YouTube. THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE OVER $230 FOR THAT?? I had given a review previously which was glowing because I felt they treated me fairly when I brought my truck in for service. They didnt do it for free, but it was a fair price. I didnt feel this was anywhere near a fair price this time.

Thoughrouly explained the issue with my truck on a Friday. Didnt get my truck back until Wednesday of the next week! And I did not find out for over a week that the issue had not been fixed!

I had a screw in my tire causing a slow leak. I took the car to LTD Ford on a Friday & Roy said they were busy that day but to bring it back at 4:00 to see if they can fit it in. They were still busy but they still fit me in that day so I would not have to wait all weekend with a leaking tire. Great service..

The sales rep I had was amazing got me the car I wanted(thanks country)! I learned a couple weeks later that my navigation didnt work it says I need to insert a navigation SD card which I assumed would have came with the vehicle but they wanted to charge me $100 for it when I called and that was a feature I was looking for so only a little disappointed there! Overall good experience

My grandpa goes to this LTD for to buy a truck tells him he wants a 6 and a 1/2 foot truck they sell him a 5 and a 1/2 foot beds then lie and tell him that hes getting thousands off when theyre making thousands on him do not buy nothing from these people theyre liars and they take advantage of the senior citizens. They need to give him his money back

Fast, easy, polite, and explained the bill to me and asked I had any questions. Have been having my car serviced there for years and have always been pleased with the staff and the work.

As others have reviewed the same issue they run bogus awards. Its just a ploy to get people come in. It would be helpful if you honestly gave better deals than running bogus games to win business.

Over the top customer service. Greatly exceeded my expectations! Wow! They make their customers feel special.I call LTD yesterday afternoon for 4 specific tires for my truck. Even though they were out of stock, LTD worked a miracle and had them for me 1st thing this morning. They started working on our truck 2 hours ahead of our scheduled appointment. They also found out why the tires on our truck were wearing unevenly and quickly fixed the problem. And all of this at a reasonable price.Thank you LTD Ford Lincoln!

The service guys were very good at explaining the required and the optional work on my 10-year-old Chrysler Pacifica. They were even honest enough to tell me that my tires would last at least a year before needing new ones. The waiting room has a TV, magazines, and free coffee. The checking out and paying went smoothly. The best part was that by joining the service club, I got $49 credit toward future work, windshield wipers or tires for my $781 bill plus a $25 gift card is being mailed for joining. I highly recommend LTD Ford in Centralia, Illinois!

Absolute clown show.

I love my CMax. It is very roomy on the inside. It reminds me if the telephone spaceship of Dr Who, small on the outside but vast on the inside. I love that it is a hybrid. The gas mileage is phenomenal. It also rides like a much heavier car. Perhaps it is heavier because of the battery but many times I would find myself doing over 80 mph without realizing it. I l ove my CMax. How could anyone not love it?

Very fantastic customer service.I had recently purchased a vehicle from them, a 5 speed manual transmission.I had not drove a manual in awhile, and had difficulty starting into first gear. It was around 7PM, and Bill came to me from his home to assist me in getting use to getting into first.

I go to LTD Ford for all service on my 2008 Focus. I trust them implicitly. I go in for an oil change, and theyll check my fluids and tires. They do not try to sell me services I dont need yet. If I have a weird sound, theyll figure it out. I never feel like theyre talking down to me. When I have a problem that cant wait, they work me into their schedule. And every fifth oil change is free! : )

We were looking to buy a used vehicle and ended up buying a new one..Never owned a brand new car before, weve always bought used but they made financing so that the new car payment was just about the same as the used car payment. These gentlemen were fantastic! We hit road debris on the interstate and came into town with our temporary spare. The tire and rim were damaged beyond repair. Everyone worked up all possible options to get us on the road without an overnight. If I could of have them a negative score I would have. Worse experience I have ever had. Bought 2 vehicles from them the same day. Never again. I wouldnt send my worse enemy there. I could start naming people that need to learn about customer service but whats the point. The truck I bought took it back 4 times to get the thing fixed properly never happened. Finally took it to a garage in Carbondale not only diagnosed the problem had it fixed in 1 day. Sorry but I have nothing good to say about this company.

They had a group in to promote sales.I told them I didnt want a Chrysler product and I needed something that got better gas mileage.The financier showed me bogus stats about the pricing for the car and bogus stats for the gas milage. He pressured me (Im a woman) into buying a Jeep grand Cherokee (4×4).It gets 1/2 the milage of the Pacifica I previously had and $3000 over blue list..I tried to take it back and they wouldnt work with meDONT GO THERE.
