I love Jiffy lube because they will top off your fluids anywhere you go for free (I travel a lot).I stopped in to this store to check my fluids before I travelled. The guys were helpful and friendly.I had an rv and there was enough overhead room to get in.Great store:)

Fast they had two cars in bay and two of waiting. They move pretty fast.check your lights fluids and change oil. Had a coupon. Eazy to find online.

Very professional and prompt service. Didnt have to get out of my car! This is a huge plus for me. I drive a manual transmission and despite employees having to be trained to be able to drive them, Ive seen employees in many different places stall out my car. So not having to worry about that is a huge plus to me.

Never ever go to chehalis jiffy lube..bad service, slow, shut down before time, . The manager and team at centralia jiffy lube rocks , except one time they forgot to put the sticker on for next service date and mileage.

Good news...fast service. Bad news.. pushed synthetic saying manufacturer required better than conventional oil. This a 6.7L diesel. Yes I checked the owners manual and all previous oil changes (including several at dealership) with conventional oil.

I went here for an oil change and was totally scammed. First I was told my car only took synthetic oil which is not true, I do not know much about cars so I accepted the high price. Then I searched a coupon and was told that location couldn’t use coupons for synthetic oil. It was only once I made the mechanic look at the small print that he ran the coupon code. Absolutely appalled by this locations customer service and will never be returning.

They changed my oil free of charge because they didnt have the right tóòl to change the oil filter. As things have gone around in other businesses for me lately, with everybody everywhere overcharging, charging me for things I never got, and putting up false price labels out there and charging something else - even the gas pumps are rounding UP in price instead of DOWN...Id hafta say that this was pretty KewL of them! And quite refreshing! Even the YMCA lied to me about price, took my money ( over $100 ) refused me any services twice, and now wont give me my money back without ME doing scads of THEIR paperwork [ their job, not mine ]... and even the PIST OFFICE in Seattle took 40 minutes to tell me that they were out of change of address forms!! Has the world gone NUTZ?!!THANK YOU, JIFFY LUBE. RESTORES SOME DAITH IN HUMANITY! 🙏 AMEN.

The lube techs have always been professional and respectful. It’s typical during a visit to Jiffy Lube that the employees will inform me of current or upcoming services due on my vehicle. They usually try to offer discounts when they are available, which makes me feel that they are not trying to take advantage or up sell aggressively. I’ll continue brining my vehicle to Jiffy Lube for basic service and maintenance.

Quick, accurate, friendly service. This was my most positive experience at a Jiffy Lube ever (and Ive been to many). Elijah and his team got me in and out quickly, changed my wiper blades and oil, and alerted me to some work that might need to be done on my car in the near future. He even said drive safely as I was pulling out. I got the distinct feeling that this team really cares about the quality of experience for each customer. Ill go out of my way to use this specific Jiffy Lube shop in the future.

Got my oil changed there, and will be going there for my next too. They took my coupon. They checked my fluids, aired up my tires. Everything took just a few minutes. It was awesome, great price, really nice guys respectful and cool working there. Im happy I went to them.

Go here for oil changes with the coupons they have online only. Like other Jiffy Lubes, they will try to sell you filters or unnecessary things even though they arent needed. Nice staff, just the corporate side thats not so much.

Have gone to other places out of convenience, this location is the best. Always friendly and efficient, tell me exactly what they are doing and what I need done. I never feel pressured to get work done and are great at letting me know if it’s okay to wait till the next payday. These guys are great.

They did a simple oil change cost me a little over $96. And they did an inspection on my car without asking and then they told me they had trouble putting the air filter lid back on, and told me that I was missing a cap on another area of the filter. My mechanic later told me that, that was the intake valve and it should never be covered and therefore it had no cap. It seemed like they were training a lot of people.

This place is fast, friendly and efficient. We came in for an oil check on our way to Salem from Puyallup during a busy lunch hour on a weekend. Alex not only got us in quickly, he took the time to check the torque on my lug nuts, discovered they were loose and tightened them all to factory specs. Thank you so much for taking the time to do things right the first time and keeping my family safe on the road.
