My experiences have been nothing but great! For me, they always take time to explain things in detail, and let me know what I can do as a homeowner as well. Havent had any trouble.

The two guys Ive spoken with are wonderful. On time, very professional, and boy do they know their stuff. They both took the time (one on the phone, the other in person) to explain what they were doing, why, what I could expect, and what to look for/do in the future.They really alleviated my spider fears. They are just now beginning to treat, so I fully expect all the spiders to be gone soon!

I too had a terrible customer service experience. Richard was condescending, rude, and threatening. He showed no interest in servicing the needs of my community. We will be going with another service provider. Dont know how Pest Express can stay in business with this kind of customer service.

I read the previous review, as well as the owners reply. I concur with the 1 star rating, and would give 0 stars if I could. Richard, you are rude, condescending, and DO NOT apply any sort of due diligence on the type of bugs you treat for. I would never use your services or recommend you based on this alone... in fact I seriously recommend people stay far far away from your services. In my experience with Richard at pest express (yes, we are on a first name basis so good luck explaining your way out of this one) Ive confirmed pest express really is only interested in taking your money. Ive found during my price comparison that they are significantly over priced, and DO NOT provide any sort of guarantee - buyer beware. As if your rude and unprofessional behavior wasnt enough.

We use Pest Express for our business. They couldnt be more friendly and responsive. Reviews that suggest otherwise are confusing to me.

Extremely rude, doesnt communicate well to coordinate spraying, he even hung up on us!
