Edge is reliable, they always let me know two days in advance before they are coming, in case we need to reschedule. All the representatives have been in time, are very thorough and professional and show a lot of respect for our home and pet. We use their services as preventative management since we do not have any problems with infestations of any kind and it helps a lot. I would definitely recommend Edge to friends and family and would keep using their services.

Overall, when they can complete the job, I have been happy. My frustration is that this is the second time I have signed up with them. When I started my service the second time, I was promised that they would give me advanced notice that they would be there (like a couple days not 30 min) and only come on Saturdays since I’m often unavailable during the week. Well they finally figured out the Saturday thing but only give me about 30min notice they are coming. I live in a row home that does not allow access to the backyard if I am unaware of them coming. Therefore I MUST be home. Of the about 6 times they’ve come I’ve been home 2 of those (maybe). Which means that I am paying them A TON to spray my front door! What is that going to do!?!?!? I have requested advanced notice over and over and honestly don’t understand why I can’t know after each service when they will be back. It would allow me to schedule it AND ensure that I am HOME/available!!!! Once my service has ended I have to find a company that understands profit continues only when your customers feel taken care of and when they need to come INTO your house that means a courtesy of advanced notice. That’s my private space and I want to know when people will be entering. All of this would not be as frustrating if I didn’t keep getting the run around and being told “oh yeah we can tell you in advance” all to call and complain to hear “oh well we can schedule them to come out again”. Great…I can schedule them again, sure but if I can schedule a second visit, why can’t you all get it together to schedule the initial visit in the first place!?!

Wonderful experience working with Edge and very happy with their services. Adrian was great. I requested services for yellow jackets that had assembled near my front door (cluster of 20 roughly) and then another cluster that popped up in my tool shed. He took the time to answer my questions and provided great information. I was so impressed with the services and pricing that I opted in on the additional spraying for mosquitos the next day. It’s no surprise that the gentleman showed up on time and was very professional and welcoming. Hands down, I recommend these guys!

I love Edge! I had Tyler out today and he absolutely went above and beyond! I got my treatments mixed up and even though he was out here only to treat for mosquitoes, he treated for the wasps and spiders too with a smile. Most people wouldnt want the extra work out in this heat, but he seemed genuinely happy to help. I have always gotten such great service from edge and my normal service man Carlos, I just cant recommend them enough.

1. When I contacted Edge for a problem with creatures in my attic I had to also use them for bugs to get them to come out. They could not tell me what was in my attic but guessed mice. So sticky traps were set out in and outside of my house even though it was made very clear we have two dogs and two cats. There were other traps set as well. No mice have been caught. I threw out all sticky traps.2. While on vacation the exterior of our house and deck were being painted. The painter called to say that the pest control company went over the barrier on the deck stairs and walked up the stairs and across the deck while the paint was still wet. More charges from the painter but Edge will do nothing.3. The last time Edge was out the gate was left open. My dogs bark the entire time they are here. Close the gate!4. Edge will not cancel my service without a $400 servic fee for terminating my service.I started this service in June!Can’t wait till February of 2023 when I can get rid of Edge!

I will not recommend this company to anybody, they make it sound so good when they first have you sign the contract, but in reality the service is not good, l still have mosquitoes bugs even mice now in the garage the services has done nothing to help improve the problem, Ill be canceling very quick here and never get the service again.

Horrible customer service. They were calling me repeatedly multiple times a day when they wanted me to sign a contract. After I signed the contract and after the first spray I have concerns with the weather impacting the integrity of the spray. Have tried four inquiries trying to get someone to respond and still no one has contacted me. Would not recommend this company.

I’m a retired and I had a long talk with someone in your office about payment for these services and that was the agreement. That was not done this time. Please cancel this agreement if payment for services can not be done on the first of every month.

We used to have high regard for this company. However, we are reevaluating. We have a real problem with pigeons and asked if they could help. We were told emphatically and unequivocally that pigeons are a protected bird and they nor anyone else could do anything due to their protected status. OK, we took that refusal at face value initially.After more research we find the pigeons are not protected and can be dealt with in any number of ways. They are a nuisance and vectors of disease. We have found a marvelous company equipped to rid our house and area of this winged vermin.Today, with 2 to 4 foot drifts around the house from the recent severe snow storm they came out. I requested they postpone for a period but they came anyway. I find that very disturbing. Seemingly more concerned about billing as opposed to real customer service and concern.I have rated them as 3 based mainly on past performance. That may be going lower but I will give them a chance to reel out more rope.

Used them to get rid of rodents. Unbeknownst to us, apparently we signed up for a month service. Come to find out that service sprays for insects and when we asked if it killed off pollinators the answer was yes. We’ve been wondering why we haven’t seen any bees or hummingbirds. Apparently this company has now care that they are wreaking havoc on the environment. We’d like to get our pro-rated money back for the rest of the contract. We’d rather deal with mosquitoes than kill off bees and hummingbirds.

They come every two months for their quarterly service. They show up whenever they like with no warning and charge you for it and then act surprised when you tell them you didnt want the service. Good luck canceling your contract too.

Super happy with our experience! We are moving and wanted to have a treatment done before we moved our furniture in. I sent in an inquiry on Tuesday evening and had the appointment set by 8:30 the following morning/ our technician, Kyle, was out before 10am. He did a thorough job and explained the process to us. We are glad we opted in to the regular treatment package with Edge. Highly recommend.

This is an AWFUL business. Extremely unprofessional, charged my account when I didnt receive a service and didnt get refunded. Customer service is rude and uneducated in their profession. I was told I signed up for things when I did not. Their service does not even take care of the issue. I am DISGUSTED in how this was handled. Now I am being charged $500 to cancel a servic TWO DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS!TRESSA was extremely rude, unprofessional, lied to my husband and me. She claimed to be a manager, but did not act like one.

We signed up with a contract with them last year.1st concern, one person that did the service was not friendly at all. Did not smile when they came.2nd concern, they had to come back right after a service because they missed like 5 mini-hives under our deck, and 1 big hive attached to the back siding of our home. Luckily the person that took the hive had a nicer personality than the other unpleasant personnel.3rd concern, we were told that we have to call on the day of the last service of our contract to be able to stop the automatic renewal of our contract. They said we have to call after the service has been performed and not before, and not the day after -- or our contract will AUTOMATICALLY renew for another year! And if it does renew for another year, and we late cancelling it (like called the day after the last service was done), we will be liable in paying half of the remaining service of the contract.Just wanted to let everyone know the challenge of cancelling this service.

I am impressed with Edge every time they service our home, as they are noticeably pleasant, thorough, professional, and in cases where were not home and miss a notification super understanding and flexible with making another visit for locked areas. Mice, bees, and other insects are well under control and Edge does that with a smile, which is always appreciated!

I think Edge is the best value around. They have been excellent communicators from the beginning. The service is extremely reasonably priced. The first guy to come out was a bit young and seemed to not be very methodical but sporadic in his spraying method. After not seeing all the desired results a couple weeks later, another young man was sent out for free to re-spray. He was extremely professional and sprayed every baseboard in the house as well as spraying a patch beneath the floor through an entry into the crawlspace. I expect the invader earwigs will be dieing off more rapidly. I certainly would recommend using this company.

I forgot that edge was coming until 2am during a night shift at the hospital. When they called the next morning they spoke with my husband and were very understanding of me sleeping. They came and sprayed the outside of my house and we never even knew they were there. Very pleased with this company!

Edge came out within 18 hours of my first call to them, even coming out on a weekend. They gave me a great deal on the service (felt like a bit of a hard sale but very friendly). They put down the first product with lots of assurance that it will work quickly and that if it doesnt, they will come out (gratis) and fix anything I am not satisfied with. Overall a fast, professional, punctual experience. I dont know yet about results as it was just a day ago, but feel confident that if theres an issues with the service, Edge will be willing and able to deal with it. Also Jacob the tech was great!

We had our services for a house we were renting. Unfortunately our two year lease ended very short due to pipes bursting below the house and rendering the property unlivable. Edge was very complicated in working with us over this issue. We needed to cancel the services since our new apartment already provided their own pest control service. Edge not only charged a $180 cancel fee due to this, but continued to service the property twice after we moved out. They tried to charge us for both services. Luckily both charges were removed after weeks of discussion between our attorney and their corporate office. However, this proves the company will “complete service” without actually exiting their vehicles. Our old property is still abandoned so there is no possible way they serviced it with locks on. I would highly recommend any other pest control service since this company claims to complete service when they don’t even leave their vehicles, just to get the money.

Had good things to say up until now. I dont know if they are now under new management or not but its not the same. Have nothing but good things to say about the techs, theyve all been great. It says contact is 24 hrs. just called, didnt happen. The payments that were made by me was well worth it. [ still see roaches though. ] If we are parting ways thanks for the friendly techs and for the peace of mind given for the treatments. You Edge, are ranked high on the list but dont ever get to be so big that you forget the long time customers that has helped you be where you are. Let the customers know when changes are made, its just good PR. Theres other companies out there [ You need to remember that. ] maybe its time to try another one. The only issue was the technician text me at 1030am and arrived at my home at 1205 my window was 8-12. The 1030 message was arriving in the next 30 minutes. I am glad that someone was home. Punctuality is a key for customer service. Otherwise very professional and courteous technician. This was our first service and we have many insect issues all over the house inside and outside. He did spray the entire exterior foundation and our basement and garage areas as needed we shall see if they issues are better or not in the next 30 days.

I would like to notify all my fellow friends and neighbors how terrible this company is would honestly rate it a 0 if I could. Lets start by every time a specialist came to my home they would only do the outside and charge my full price, granted when I say outside I mean the front of my house for $140. Not to say numerous times I called the company to notify them that when services were due I would like to be home so that they were able to do the inside as well. Even after trying to communicate with them, on October 24th we again were set for another service, due to the fact we were out of town I went ahead and canceled services via text in which I had done in the past. On the 25th I receive an email about a balance of $140 that was due for services done on 24th. Moral of the story I went back and forth with them about this situation they even got confirmation from the specialist that he received the text but came to my house anyways he LIED and said he got authorization to do services but how when no one was here. I spoke to more than one manager that also didnt help at all I felt as if no one wanted to help me. Having yet again to deal with them I did have to pay for something I told NOT to do. After dealing with their unprofessional for so long I finally decided to call it off for good and no longer continue services with them. All in all I would not recommend them to anyone they extremely horrible, unprofessional and only want your money at the end of the day. STAY AWAY FROM THEM ABSOLUTELY TERRIFYING EXPERIENCE.

I was greeted by Edge Pest Control after they completed a service for my neighbor. Since we share a fence line and had issues with a certain bug destroying our vines they wanted to see if I was interested in taking care of it. They were not pushy and explained everything in detail, from taking care of spiders and their webs, to other insect related issues on my property. Everything from the beginning to the end was very professional. I highly recommend Edge for any pest control needs.

Saturday, April 25, 2020. I suppose to have the Edge service between 8 am - 12 pm in the morning today. The temperature was 61 degrees. Since It is a very nice sunny and warm day, my windows and kitchen door open all day long.Because my husband was cleaning my garage, mower the lawn, cleaning my garden and deck the whole morning, my dog was also outside in the garden the whole time. I was also around my garden and house cleaning waiting for the service tech to come.After 12:00 pm, I called Edge office to see if anyone would come to do the service. But the Edge office said that the service tech was at my garden and did the service about a half hour then left.Because I was expecting some one to come, I was watching the windows and garden the whole morning long, I did not see anyone.Just say I did not see the tech, and my husband did not see him, how about my dog? Anyone or any animal even far away outside my fence, my dog will go crazy to jump and bark as loud as he can. Without me to lock my dog up first, no one can get in my house and backyard at all!If a stranger was in my garden for a half hour, my dog didn’t bark? How was that possible? Never happened!The Edge office said that they have the GPS address to prove it. I believe they have the GPS address.But if I expected some one to come, my windows and kitchen door were open, this person was in my garden for a half hour without me, my husband, even my dog knowing it? How was that possible? Does it make any sense at all?

Nick showed up several hours later for the service and explained everything he was going to do. I could not be happier with the service. I called this morning and I spoke with a gentleman named Max. He was very attentive and gave me lots of wonderful detail about their service. I was very pleased with all the information he gave me and answered all my questions. Within a couple of hours of completing my paperwrok they were at my door. The technician Todd was also very helpful. He sprayed all around the outside and inside of the house. Informed us of the product he was using and how it was very natural and not harmful to our child. THen he checked all the holes as to where these mice might be getting in and set out traps and told us that they would come and pick them up when we heard any being caught. They also will come out again in 30days to check on the ant hills. They also sprayed for spiders even thought that is not one of the problems we called for. But he said it would be a good idea since he saw some webs around the door frames. I was very happy with how attentive to detail speediness and customer service they provided. I would definitely recommend them.

I live in what’s called a ‘carriage house’ , it was never meant for people, but they remodeled it for human living rather than horses. After about 2-3months of Edge I thought I waisted a bunch of money because I kept seeing all kinds of bugs and mice still after they sprayed a few times. Now I haven’t seen a bug Or a mouse in 4months! I’m excited it’s working, took a while but now I live bug and mouse free! Thanks Edge!

Nicholas was a terrific tech. The mouse in my bedroom wall left as soon as the service was complete. So far, so good! Only negative was that he was out of the black boxes, except one, I would have liked to have in my basement where there was also some mouse activity. He says he will come back today with a couple for me. Well have to see about that. Update: Nick did come back as he promised and set up the traps. Great job, Nick!

I was told about the Edge and its services by Cody, who came to my door to see if I was interested in pest control. I have been thinking about calling someone due to having a terrible ant problem in the past that I did not want to repeat so it was good timing. He explained everything very thoroughly and had very good pricing. I received a call not much after that from Kyle and he stopped by house to do the actually spraying the same day. He explained where all he was going to spraying and then let me know he was finished. Sounds like there will be very good follow up it I were to need it and signed up for ongoing services. Cody and Kyle were very professional and friendly and even though I have only had my home sprayed once, I would recommend the company to anyone looking for good pest control services. I have used one other company in the past that did take care of my ant problem, but they were not as professional or timely with their service.

Yesterday, a tech named Andrew came to the house for scheduled spray. Unfortunately, my husband had forgotten to take off the padlock on the gate to the backyard. When I got home, Andrew was in his vehicle ready to head to his next job. I apologized that no one was here to give him access to the backyard. He took the time to get his supplies back out of the van and not only do the backyard, but also sprayed inside the house. He was very diligent and explained everything he was doing as he went. He answered my questions thoroughly and was very customer service oriented, which is a pleasant surprise to find these days.The effectiveness of the service overall is great. When my mother-in-law passed last year, we had to bring a lot of stuff from her house into our garage and basement. There were spider webs all through the storage spaces. Despite bringing all this to our home, we have seen only one spider inside since and no webs found in basement or garage. We are so very satisfied with our decision to go with Edge, rather than some of these other fly-by-night pest control companies.Moreover, the service that Andrew provided yesterday, was the icing on the cake. I have really tried to give Edge a fair shake. I have called multiple times about my dissatisfaction with their service. Always a kind voice on the other line promising change and for things to go differently. Promising they will call ahead and schedule next time and they will call and check in and then never any word from them. They text me 15 minutes before they come and I am never home for them to be able to service the interior or change out bait traps. The whole reason we signed up for their service is for mice and ants both of which we currently still have. I have done pest control in the past and have seen a significant deduction in pests. With edge I have seen results when they do the interior and exterior of the home but they never do that. Thus we have continuous problems unless I call and complain. I’m $1000 poorer and really nothing to show for it. Extremely disappointed with this service and just sad that I ever chose to trust this company. The last manager I spoke with was especially frustrating!

Brandon said everything possible to make the sale and lied about setting me up with a one time service. Instead set me up for a 2 year service with a $559.69 cancellation fee. He then used an incorrect email address so I did not receive any contract information which included having 3 days to cancel. The company offered for me to go to a 1 year contract at the cost of $439.96 as a sorry we lied and handled your request so poorly. Buyer beware of this organization.

I was told that they would sweep off my porch and get rid of all the webs outside & look for a bee hives, but all the person did was come to my house spray my house down with whatever they use got all the cobweb stuck to my house where I had to scrubbing it off. Never checked for bee hives. The guy was unprofessional tool less then an hour didnt even spray the whole inside of my home. Dont waste your time or money your better off doing it yourself

I dont normally post reviews, but their lack of willing to work with me has caused this to happen. We have used Edge for a few years, but never really saw great value from the services. A new rep/specialist came to perform the service every time, there was not a single time we had the same person come back. And every time it seemed like they were flying through spraying everything, almost as if trying to check a box that they were at your house, but the quality of the work was questionable. Most times it was 10 minutes - and theyre gone. And now when weve tried to cancel our membership, we were charged a hefty cancellation fee that we were never told about and it wasnt mentioned in any conversation! That is not how you get repeat business or loyal customers.

Really love Edge, I have noticed a massive decrease in creepy crawlies and it’s not harmful to the kids or pups. The team members are always very good at giving us a heads up and are courteous on our property.

Edge performs just how I would expect them to. I have used many companies, and I am most pleased with edge. I also appreciate their electronic communication so I know when my lawn needs treated and when they will be coming to do the work. Very satisfied.

There appears to be now way to use Edge Pest Control without signing up for their contract.Then they give you terrible service! They will come and spray in the snow and the rain. I am not going to pretend that I know about pest control substances but one would imagine that they need to stay in place to work. Wouldnt it also make sense not to spray when there is rain falling or snow melting in the places being sprayed?They say they come quarterly but they have now come to my house twice in a 3 month period.The one thing that does happen is you do get a heads up email that your service is scheduled for a certain day but when you call to say dont come that day, I would like a different day, you better hope they dont show up anyway and charge your card for arriving.If you are not home (because they showed up when you asked them not to) they only spray the outside of the house and charge the same as if they sprayed inside as well. Considering that when I have been able to schedule my service when I am home and follow the techs around the house to point out what I would like taken care of they barely spray anything, I cant imagine when you are not home they even spray at all.What it boils down to is the whole thing seems like a sham. Dont get sucked in!

We’ve been using Edge for a few years and they were always super helpful and responsive; however, the last few trips they seem interested in really getting in/out as fast as they can.We had mice in the house and asked the technician to close up some vulnerable locations. However, when I got home, that hadn’t been done. I expect more from them.

I am so happy that I called this company. They are very friendly, informative and thorough! I’m looking forward to have them come on a regular schedule. Today was kind of an emergency in my eyes. I had yellow jackets nesting in my soffit above my front window, Mitch came and saved the day!!! He drenched that area and filled the hole. (Brave man)!! He also went around and did the regular spraying. This is the first time in days that I’ve been able to relax. Thanks everyone at “Edge” for putting me at ease!

Weve used Edge for the last four years and have been very happy with them. The couple of times weve needed re-service (generally after extreme weather and something they offer free of charge) they have always come quickly and done a thorough job. Definitely recommend!
