He/they have also referred me to another (good) mechanic when there was something more that my car needs. I have always been confident in his honesty and professionalism.I am a woman, BTW, and I have always been treated with courtesy, and no differently than any man would have been treated.

Cars cost too much, these guys know that just doing the necessities adds up to a lot.And they do the necessities better than most plus they will discuss anything they think will be a improvement and that is much better than the normal scare tactics.

I had friends recommend this shop to me when I first moved to Colorado. That really took away from the trouble of searching for a new auto shop. These guys have been taking care of all my needs since day zero, and I recommend them to all friends and family. Theyre efficient, service is a breezy/ trustworthy, they dont leave oil prints all over your car, and theyre all around good guys. Take a chance on them, you wont regret it.

These guys were great! First come, first served, so you dont make appointments. I was in and out today with my diesel truck in less than an hour. Prices were very competitive. Use these guys and you wont be taken by a dealership service department for routine maintenance.

These people are great! When I walked in the waiting place was full of women which made me feel at ease immediately. They were so nice, and less expensive than popular name brands Ive gone too. I had to go back the next day to get the filters I needed and I tried the burrito place thats attached. It was good also!

First time going hereCharged me 200$ extra for a starter Motor replacement ( thats more than the Actual service center)They give you complicated details so you feel your car is messed up.Suggestion: if its your first time don’t expect fair prices

These guys are the best. Changed oil and fuel filters, air filter, as well as rear diff fluid on my 17 Ram 3500 diesel. Filled washer fluid and DEF too. They had me out of there in a couple hours. All that for about $530. Dealership charges $480 for just oil and fuel filters! Kept me updated a few times as they were going through it. Thank you Fast Traxx for outstanding, friendly service and pricing that didnt make me have to get a second mortgage on my house to pay the bill. Highly recommended!!!

I work 12 hour shifts all week long except on Saturdays when I get off at 4pm & twice now they have kindly fitted me in on their last hour to change my oil before they close at 5pm. I appreciate them for getting me in on the spot and for doing a great job. Thank you for not turning me away even when I have to come in last minute because its my only option. I went in for a full service oil change and got what their website says they do. A lot of places, especially these commercial businesses, barely complete half of what is on their 20 point service checklist. I decided to change my cabin filter and even get a transmission fluid flush done. They also checked my brakes for me!Eric was very nice, honest, and soft spoken. He answered all of my questions and I feel comfortable bringing my car here for future service. This place may not have all the bells, whistles, and sparkle that the other guys do... but theyre honest and trustworthy. Bonus: If you like burritos you can eat right next door. Thank you guys for taking care of me!Edit: They even replaced the valve stem caps on my tires AND the cap to my windshield washer reservoir! Very impressed :)

Check Engine light came on after taking my vehicle here for an oil change. They didnt even tighten the oil cap! Now they wont return my calls and I get automatically sent to voicemail. I purchased the MOA and 44k and spent over $100 at this place and now my vehicle threw a code! I would absolutely avoid this place at all costs!

Jon Hart, the owner, was kind, considerate, honest, and exceptionally fair! His staff really went above and beyond to help me in my time of need. They were fast, efficient, and did a fantastic efficient job with my oil change as well as with some additional work my truck needed. I was not planning on stopping in but I am so happy I did. Jon even took the time to drive me back to my work so I would not get behind. Faith in humanity revived! These guys were true gentlemen and were all VERY helpful skilled workers whom I cannot rave enough good things about! Jon the owner was so courteous and upfront about everything that he was doing; I came in with my girlfriend’s car to change her oil, only to find out she forgot about changing her belt and other miscellaneous maintenance she neglected over the past year with her car. Jon sat me down and broke down every component that he recommended changing, including the belt, a cabin filter change, and oil filter change and explained to me in layman terms (because I’m not too knowledgeable on cars) and treated me with the utmost respect and hospitality. We decided to change just the belt and get some fresh oil, but I definitely will return here for future services because of how well I was treated. Great job on having such a superb mechanic shop! Highly recommend.

I have been loyal to this place the last 4 + years Jon the owner is really nice and helpful but the new manager or whatever he is Eric is rude and unprofessional. I will not return after today.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. If you are a woman, do not go here. Charged me $70 for an oil change and when I said that it should not be that much, the guy argued with me to the point of trying to prove that my CX-5 Mazda only took full synthetic. When my boyfriend took my car there 3 months prior, They charged him $39. Total sexist scam.

I personally know the manager, Eric. I can say that he is a stand-up guy that I trust completely and I am confident when I take my car to him that I will get great service. He is thorough with his inspections and knows what he is talking about. He makes sure that you get taken care of and does an overall great job.

It is a very serious staff in their work as well as very fast and efficient recommended.

Ive been taking my cars here for years. Even though the bulk of my business with them has been for been for basic lube services, this is more than just an oil change shop. Jon and Eric know what theyre doing when it comes to diagnosing problems, they always take the time to explain whats going on as well as my options. If its something they arent equipped to handle on-site they know who to recommend. This is a locally-owned shop and one that I enjoy doing business with.

I just bought a (pretty old) used car. Knowing this, I was prepared to have all of the fluids changed throughout the vehicle. They not only serviced everything that needed it, but helped me get a hang on which fluids were still suitable and when I should change them. They saved me money and were just nice guys on top of it. Id definitely recommend them.

The level of service here is top notch. The only place Ill every go. They once stayed late to fix a hose that blew while I was nearby, gave them a call and they reopened to get it done. I have been taking my cars to Jon since I moved to Denver in 1999, all of my cars have been treated with the utmost care and knowledge- this is one of the few small businesses that is true and 100% real and honest- they tell you what you need but do NOT ever force anything on your car that isnt needed- Cant beat it, honest, great place, great service it truly is the LAST standing honest business to take your car to, because I cant think of any other that can compare!

Showed up this morning and parked in front of the shop and went in to the register to ask for service. Waited for 5 min and went out to the shop for help. Eric met me at the door and I asked for an oil change. Eric then proceeded to walk out the door, slapped the sign for the burrito place, and without a word turned around and walked back inside. As long as Eric works there I wont be back, and Im taking my fleet of 30 commercial vehicles with me to your competition. Let Eric know that, as long as he keeps being a smart azz, no matter what the level of work his company does they will still lose business.

I LOVE this place. These guys are straight-shooters and do fantastic work. I found them 6 years ago when I tried to go next door to Brakes Plus to get my tailight fixed. They wanted to charge me $100 for a diagnostic before they even looked at the light. The owner of Fast Traxx (Jon) saw me walking out and asked me what I was trying to have done. I told him about my light and he replaced my bulb for under $10 with a guarantee that if it went out within the year to bring it back and hed do a free diagnostic.I have never taken my car anywhere else since. Oil changes, brakes, anything I need done or even if I think something might be wrong. If any work needs to be done, they walk me through the different approaches we can take and they make their recommendations, which is usually not the highest cost fix and it ALWAYS ends up being right. I would trust Jon with my first born.

Took my truck in for oil change and rear diff fluid change. Got a few miles away and the truck wouldnt drive anymore. Rolled it back to fasttraxx and they closed early. Doors are locked an Im stuck outside w a broken truck

Went in for an oil change. After waiting an hour and a half someone comes over to where i was sitting and tries to sell me a transmission liquid flush, and other liquid changes. This person then proceeds to tell me that I am going to need new front brakes and hands me an estimate for $510. Brakes which were working fine before I went to their shop! I kindly decline all these extra services knowing all I needed is an oil change. When I leave the shop and drive the truck for awhile I notice that the brakes are a little shaky on the front end of the vehicle. The truck was not driving like that before I went in to the shop.

The technician was incredibly rude. We brushed it off and waited for the services to be completed. Awhile after we left I looked at my camera bag sitting in the back seat and realized that it had been completely rifled through! I am completely mortified that this happened.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I had my front differential fluid replaced and they forgot to put the plug back on! My differential is destroyed and needs over $3,500 worth of work now. The service is terrible and they do not stand by their work! Routine service will ruin your vehicle!

Jon and staff were more than happy to accommodate me and do a complete power steering fluid flush and inspect my power steering pump, hoses, lines, and boots for any leaks or malfunction in the system one hour before they closed when I just showed up on their doorstep. How often does that happen these days ? I found Jon to be very honest with his assessment, and very fair pricing. Fast traxx is a keeper for me. I’ll definitely come back for other services in the future !!! When I asked Jon about oil changes for my Bmws, I was shocked to find out that he carries the Mobile One and Castrol synthetic blends in the European Formulas which I have allways purchased and supplied to whoever was changing my oil.

Payed 56$ for and oil change. Next morning went out to start my car up and noticed a large puddle of oil underneath. I did some looking around and noticed my oil drain plug was loose(wasn’t even hand tight). The 4 wheel drive plug was not reconnected and they did not put a new oil filter in.Needless to say I’m not happy with them.

Fast and easy - had the parts for my imported Land Rover

Jon, the owner, is always very nice. One very neat feature is that they show you the fluids (transfer case, diff, etc..) and recomend thoise fluids be changed based on the something tangible to the customer. Also, they do not do service based on manufacture recommendation, but yet on actual need. They will even go to the extent to say, yuou know you need both of these fluids changed, but I bet one can wait 1 to 2 more oil changes until you will really need it. They document that in their system and know what needs to be complete when. I am pretty sure I will never go anywhere else for an oil change.

They did a good job at a fair price. Always seem eager to do work.

Have been going here for a few years. All the other quick change places have screwed up my vehicles (stripped threads, etc). I trust these guys. Single shop - not a chain, owner is usually on-site.

Technician was rude when I first checked-in. He stated that they would refuse to perform the oil change unless I agreed to use synthetic oil which their database indicated was needed because the engine was a turbo. My vehicle owners manual clearly says otherwise - which I showed him. Never going back there again.
