The prices were completely affordable and the crew did a fantastic job! I was blown away at how well they did, I wish I would have taken before and after photos. Not to mention the team that came to my home was super professional and really friendly. I will definitely be hiring these guys for all of my future cleaning needs!

Do not use this company, they are horrible take my word

I have hired this group to come out every two weeks. In the beginning they were great. The last time they came out I was out of town. I wanted them to clean while I was out so that I could come home to a clean home. I had a neighbor helping with the dogs at the same time and somewhere during it all a cat made it in the house that shouldnt have and messed all over the basement.My husband made it back into town before me and check in on the cleaning the SAME DAY THE CLEANING WAS DONE. He went down to the basement and he said it looked like a cat made it in and had diarrhea all over the floor. He said it was dried up and looked to have been there for a few days. Thank goodness the floor is concrete and not carpet! He also noted that the kids beds were made.It appeared that the cleaners made the beds but did not clean up the cat mess. The cleaners never called or even tried to reach us to let us know there was a problem.The cleaners called me today to let me know that they would be back out tomorrow. I asked them about the situation and they admitted that there was a problem and they even took pictures of it but decided not to clean it up. I told them that they were my cleaners. I was told they dont clean up messes like that. No one wants to clean up a mess and especially a cat poop mess but I hired them to come clean and they did not perform.If they had let me in on the situation instead of ignoring it this would have been a different story. I am now looking for a new cleaner.

They are very reliable and flexible. Im not on a regular schedule and call as needed with them and they can usually come out within 1-2 days. Prices are affordable. I have dogs and they are very careful about not leaving doors open, etc...

Unfortunately, I used The Cleaning Crew services for a total of 5 years. Most of the time I was not home when the cleaning was completed. I am currently on maternity leave and am at home. The Cleaning Crew manager told me to clean my house (upstairs and downstairs) it would take two cleaners two hours to complete the job. I was quoted $60 per hour making the total cost $120.Last month, I requested a spring cleaning and was told that would take an extra hour (3 hours total). I paid the two ladies $200, however, after speaking with my mother who was home at the time we figured out they were here less than two hours. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and scheduled a cleaning for Friday, May 13. The two cleaners arrived at 8:17 a.m. and left at 9:13 a.m. This is well under two hours and I paid $149 including tip. Neither of the two ladies or the company said anything about only needing an hour to clean my house. I was a little taken back that the cleaners only stayed an hour knowing full well I requested two hours and I was at the house. They took the check and didnt say a word. In addition, they were clearly hurrying to get the job done. They didn’t scrub the kitchen floor, the beds were sloppily made, they put the trash bag in the backyard so the squirrels got into it and made a mess, nothing was moved downstairs to indicated they vacuumed thoroughly. Needless to say I am extremely upset and wonder how long I have been taken advantage of by this company considering most times I was not home when the monthly cleaning were done.The Cleaning Crew cannot be trusted and I would not recommend their services to anyone.

We had the cleaning crew come out to do a deep cleaning, and they did a fantastic job! Very thorough, and it was completed in a timely manner. I will definitely be using them again!

Terrible service - will never ever hire them again. They confirm their crew is coming the day before and then 10 minutes before they are supposed to be at your home to clean - they cancel. This has happened more than a few times - they are inconsistent with their cleaning services depending on who actually shows up at your home and, you cannot depend upon them to show up - which can leave you in a real situation if you are counting on them. I have found another company that has proven to be reliable and consistent - something that is a must when you have a service company come into your home.
