We have been using Two Maids and a Mop for over a year now and really enjoy what they offer. They are flexible and consistent in the work they do to keep our crazy house clean consisting of two working parents, teens and animals. Helen, Veronike and Corri came this week and as usual did a great job while navigating the crazy that is our house. I cant say enough good things about everyone at the company. They give us more time to spend together in what little spare time we have. Highly Recommend.

Kiki and Mary did an extremely thorough deep clean on my house. The arrived promptly, were quick to understand what needed to happen(as far as little different items), asked questions when necessary, and had great attitudes! I know cleaning houses is a tough job, so I really appreciate it when they go above and beyond a regular clean. I will use Two Maids and A Mop on a regular basis from here on out based on their do clean service.

I scheduled a cleaning for 8am. I received a text the night before that the cleaners would arrive between 10:20am and 11:20am - outside of the scheduled window - but since I didnt have plans until the afternoon, I figured that would be fine. 11:30am rolls around, and no communication at all. Eventually got a hold of someone who said the shop changes their schedule as they wish, and they would be to my house between noon and 2pm. They arrived at 1:50pm, meaning I had to cancel the afternoon plans I already had. The cleaners arrived and said the time was less than I had agreed on with whoever I booked with. Some areas were well cleaned (the bathrooms), some looked like they hadnt even touched. I had to go back myself and clean the blinds, dust, wipe off the base boards, and clean the kitchen sink. Overall this was not a good experience and I would NOT recommend this service.

Kiki and Cheyenne were amazing! Everything looked so good! If I could have them clean my house every week I would! Definitely will be hiring them again

Helen is unorganized They did a poor job she did not respond back to calls and my last email on the phone I was told I would get 4 hours with 2 people via email it was two after they had already been to my home. I would not ever use the service again nor would I recommend them You dont get a good cleaning for what they charge. They are not responsive and dont effectively communicate

I wish I could give 0 stars but I have to give something to make sure this posts. This was absolutely awful. The cleaners never even showed up to clean. This company rescheduled me once, tried to reschedule me again less than a day before they were supposed to arrive, and then they never even came! The “owner” wouldn’t even communicate with me or reschedule my cleaning! Apparently the cleaners claimed that they checked in at my home and cleaned it and checked out but that didn’t happen. I was home the entire time waiting for someone to show up. This wasted an entire day for me. What a joke. And now they’re trying to charge me!

I came home to a very fresh smelling house! They did a great job on hard to clean places such as hard water stains in the shower and chrome pieces in the bathroom that now look brand new. They also cleaned the window openings and they look great. I cant wait for my next cleaning as they said that more will be done each time as far as windows and other places they cant do all in one day. I was very happy with the work they did!

You did a fantastic job. My apartment is now cleaner than when I first moved in. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest I would actually give a 15. You did such an exceptional job. The attention to detail was extraordinary. I would be recommending Two Maids service to everyone I know..

Emma was very friendly and communicative. She was thorough in cleaning all areas of the house and even left the area around my child’s highchair spotless. I was very pleased with her cleaning job!

We decided to get a deep clean after new carpet and in preparation for a new baby. The first cleaners did a good job minus the baseboards and window blinds being dusted (which is exactly what was most important to us). They were extremely nice and seemed to want to do a good job but just ignored those couple tasks). I contacted the office and expressed my concern. Instead of fighting or trying to avoid taking responsibility... they JUMPED on getting a different crew back. Its rare you find customer service like this anymore and I really appreciated their willingness to take care of us without adding costs or any extra hoops. The next crew was very thorough and did a great job. If we are to use a monthly service we will definetly use them.

We are so pleased with the cleaning service that Two Maids provided. The job both ladies did was fantastic!! Both women were very polite and professional as well as quick and thorough. My husband keeps saying, The bathroom is so clean that it glows.We only scheduled for the two bathrooms, the kitchen, and the living room to be cleaned because of the remodeling/movie state were in. All four rooms received a thorough and detailed cleaning far beyond our expectations and in much less time than was scheduled. We are so happy with their work!

I was contacted at 8 am the morning of my service day and was told by “ new GM” that you are very short staffed and can’t get to my house.I was told weeks before during my signup that you set schedules over the weekend for the upcoming week, why was I not notified sooner? I missed a morning of work. Also when you took my credit card, you stressed that you would be charging me if I was the one to cancel within 24 or 48 hours, I can’t remember which one it was… What happens when you guys do that to a customer,Am I going to be reimbursed for my morning?I guess your automated systems don’t work or else you would have notified me a head of time and certainly not sent this text to me.I even called corporate as I was told that corporate owns Centennial CO, but nobody ever called me back.

Frustrating first experience, set up an appoint for a 2-5pm cleaning, was texted the day before that the maids would be here between 12-1pm (which I found strange considering they start at 2) so I clean up the clutter in my apartment. 1:30pm rolls around and no contact at all I text the point of contact and was told they where running late.Ok no problem, 2pm rolls around and then I get a text asking if delaying to 4pm would be ok at this point I havent done any cooking in the house because I was expecting people to be here I am frustrated because they had to know they wouldnt be at my apartment by 2 pm why not just tell me ahead of time? Agree to 4pm at 4:19pm still no one so I decide to cancel because I have literally wasted my day hanging around for people to come that never did because I never received the questionnaire to explain what I wanted to prioritize to clean the apartment. To their credit they offered to send 3 maids to get the job done in an hour but at that point I was frustrated with the entire process and I didnt want a rush job done on the apartment.While the person I spoke with was professional It is quite unprofessional to have appointments be pushed backed 2 hours and not tell the client until its past the time. I understand things can happen but there needs to be better communication overall.

From the time I called and first spoke with them they were extremely nice and helpful,.I fell in love with the girls who came, they were so sweet and professional. As far as cleaning, they went above and beyond. My house is cleaner than it has ever been. This is a great company. I highly recommend!

I just got off the phone with the owner and hes arguing with me that I didnt order a deep clean This house was barely wiped down. I just paid $100 and there are hairs still on the counter. The owner believe this is what a maintenance cleaning looks like. How disappointed.

This business cancelled a move out cleaning less than 24 hours in advance. They offered no viable solutions, only rescheduling for a date when I would no longer own the property. This happened in the middle of our move and caused a lot of drama.

Two Maids makes our home life much easier. Knowing that a competent team will be cleaning my home every other week removes so much stress from our day to day lives. We really appreciate the work the Two Maids team does for us. Our home always looks so clean when they are done, I dont want anyone to mess it up. However, I can tell you, these are the weekends I always want friends to come over.

I had a very rigorous cross-country move from Colorado to Tennessee and Jen was so helpful and the Two Maids & Mop company made it very easy to communicate. I had Two Maids & A Mop do a move-out clean of an 1100 sq ft townhouse and they did a great job! They were on-time (I saw them right as I started my journey out of town) and did a wonderful cleaning job. I want them to know I received my full security deposit back and I am very happy about it! I had no time at all to do the clean and it is hard to find a reliable cleaning company for a decent price in the Denver area. Two Maids & A Mop did a wonderful job for a very good price. It was also a bit challenging clean as there was a lot of rules and cleaning materials required by the landlord, but Jen worked with me every step of the way.If anyone wants a reliable cleaning company in the Denver/Centennial area, I would highly recommend Two Maids & A Mop and Jen and her crew!

Excellent job on cleaning they went above and beyond compared to what I was used to. They were so good they cleaned off my blow dryer🤴I just moved to this area and have had 2 different companys out payed almost 150 for poor jobs this was the first time I came home from work in 2 years and all I had to do was sit down watch some news and order dinner. I am preparing to have back surgery next week and I called Jen (Owner) on the phone to get scheduled. I had a short window to fit some cleaners in and Jen went above and beyond to find a way to accommodate me. I was so grateful! They did a great job plus extras-such as hand towels and tissues decoratively folded. They are reasonably priced and the flexibility of the different plans helped me to find a plan that works for me.

This was our first time using this company and they were super easy to work with even when we had to change our cleaning type multiple times. Jen was who we corresponded with over email and she was always accommodating and helpful. Our apartment looked great and we will definitely be using them again.

The service was okay, did not give a 5 star due to having to ask them to reclean certain areas and missimg couple spots here and there. We had 4 cleaners come in but still was not clean. If were throwing down almost $500 we would wish they clean everywhere we asked. Unfortunately after they left we ended up having to reclean the house.
