Excellent Service! We initially started out hiring Mountain Maids to do a move in cleaning of our newly purchased home in Highlands Ranch and we were very impressed with the level of detail that the cleaning crew did in our new home. The company sent two very professional cleaning ladies who spent over six and a half hours deep cleaning our home from top to bottom! Because we were so pleased with the outcome we decided to set up weekly service with them (we are both professionals and can afford it so why not!) We have been impressed with the ongoing quality of the cleaning cleaning and the reliability of this company and their employees. We have been using them for the past 9 months and we have no complaints. The company offers a service guarantee and is very willing to return to correct any oversight if necessary. In my opinion the key to success with this company is being willing to pay for the amount of time they recommend to get your home cleaned right, which is what we do. It is always tempting to try something cheaper and we did briefly (one month) try out another company that claimed that they could do the job for less, but discovered very quickly that you get what you pay for. Their employees rushed through our house and missed lots of things and when we called the company back to see if they would come and fix the problems they refused to do that because you are not paying enough for us to guarantee anything. Mountain Maids on the other hand does not play the bait and switch game..they tell you how much time they believe will be necessary to do a great job for you and if you agree to do what the recommend they guarantee satisfaction and will without hesitation return to correct any oversight if that were to occur, which in our experience is rare, but its good to know that they offer that. Needless to say we switched back and plan to keep them forever! I have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody looking for a great cleaning company!

We moved to Denver almost a year ago. Weve been using Mountain Maids of Denver monthly for the past 9 months. They are fantastic, the ladies that come are always very sweet and work really hard. They always do a very nice job. The staff in the office is also incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. They are always willing to help me with any scheduling changes or if I have any questions.

They did a great job cleaning our house. Even the substitute crew who cleaned while our regular crew was on vacation did an excellent job. When we get our new place, were planning on hiring them again.

No call, no show! I was at my house on time and ready for my appointment, but nobody showed up. It took me over an hour to get a hold of anybody the morning of. I was late to work and have to deep clean my house overnight because this was scheduled on the last day of our lease. They have multiple phone numbers, yet nobody answers any of them. The office manager, Amanda, was not professional or helpful in any way. She kept repeating this never happens, but obviously it does. Instead of making up excuses about how you cant get a hold of your own employees, come up with a real solution. She kept giggling on the phone, claiming it was nervous laughter. I didnt feel that I was being taken seriously or that my time was valuable.I would NOT recommend this company if youre on any sort of time crunch or expect a quick and professional response.

We own four small rental homes in the area and I have been using Mountain Maids for years to do our move out / move in cleanings and they always do an excellent job for us. I rate them five stars! They are quick, efficient and thorough and very responsive to our needs, and as an added bonus its always nice to know that you will get a live person answering the phone when you call them during their business hours. When I got home from work last night I was very pleasantly surprised. The crew did a fantastic job. I signed up for a deep cleaning and the crew showed up with a step stool and extension duster and commercial vacuum and everything. They even managed to knock the cobwebs down from the vaulted window sill over the staircase (which has been driving me crazy for over a year). Im very pleased, I signed up for regular service and hopefully all will go as well as this one did. They showed up right on time as I was preparing to leave for work so when I got home everything was done. Thanks so Much! I will recommend!

I have very mixed feelings right now. If 2.5 stars was an option thats what I would have gave.First of all I was very impressed with their lead intake. They were responsive, very helpful, and even offered me a promotion they were doing off Facebook.However, its their ability to get the job done that really bothered me. Im not gonna lie my apartment wasnt the cleanest but thats why I paid to get a move-out clean done. I did not want to take care of it. After a little less than 2 hours I got a call saying they were done. When I saw my apartment it seemed okay at first but I looked in the fridge and they didnt bother to move and clean the containers inside. So like 1/2 the fridge was cleaned and the other half was not. They cleaned the baseboards in one room but not the main living area. They wiped down the smudge on the door but didnt bother to do it on the wall right beside the door. Overall, it just didnt feel complete. It was just an extra 15 minutes of work, max.When I told them about this issue they offered to come out and complete the cleaning because of their service guarantee.Heres what I said,Honestly, I feel bad having a crew come back for less than 15 minutes of work. But like, I used you guys because I didnt want to take care of this. So if theres another option like a $15 refund or something I would take that but if not I will totally take advantage of the service guarantee. The heating vents/baseboards have dust and dirt on them, part of the fridge needs to be cleaned, and theres smudges on the wall near the front entry way. Thats all I really noticed before I had to get back to work. I got no message back since I sent that and I got charged the full amount.tldr Great lead intake, incomplete cleaning, terrible customer serviceIll use somebody else next time

Strongly recommend! I needed help getting caught up after a lot of work travel, I was surprised at all the little things that I didnt even think about, all cleaned and taken care of. I called in advance because I have a very tight schedule, and they were able to accomodate my timing and scheduling needs with a friendly attitude. Worth every penny!

After numerous complaints of poor cleaning from clients the final straw was when a employee of mountain maids threw away drapes that were taken down to be laundered. Will not use because of poor workmanship and no accountability for drapes. RUN to a company that will take responsibility for there employees.

Horrible experience. Didnt show the first day and couldnt tell they had been to my home to clean the second day. Will never use again.
