We booked a split trip for a drop off and pick up from Parker to the Pepsi Center and back for a concert. The driver was 20-minutes late to pick us up. When we got in the car it smelled bad (smoke and funk), all seats had duct tape and rips on them, the bar had several areas that were broke, chipped and falling apart. There was glitter all over the seats and no ice in either champagne bucket. This was their Chrysler 300 advertised for 10-12 people, but our party of 7 would have been very tight if we had just two more people. The driver almost wrecked the car twice on the way there and had no idea where the address we provided for a second pick-up was even though we provided it over a week in advance. After the concert, we had to walk to Speer as the driver said she couldnt get closer even though we gave her a VIP parking pass that came with our suite. She then told us she needed to charge $75 extra because we went over in time. Again, we arranged a pick and drop with the return trip at 11:30 - 11:45. The drivers inability to get into the Pepsi center to pick us up had us waiting for 25-minutes for her, just so we could walk 4-blocks to a busy road to get in the car. In sum, the worst car we have ever had on 20+ past occasions, scariest ride, latest pick-up and most inconvenient pick-up after our event. Will never use these people again!!!

There were several things that I would qualify as good for this company. First, the bus we rented (black converted school bus) was perfect for prom. The kids liked it. Second, the driver, Robert, was very competent and kind. He treated the kids well, he treated me well.The negatives are that Kimber is a bit scattered in her customer service. She never remembered who I was when I talked to her. Once I needed information during the day, and she couldnt provide it because she was at a baseball game. Not a big deal if she had a backup person to handle things while she was away from work. Also, apparently all of my emails to her went to spam. I think if you run a business youd make sure your spam filter didnt filter out your clients. And third, Direct Line claims that a 20 mile drive took an hour, thus making us go over our time limit, and charging an additional $150. Just seems to not make sense to me. Im not sure Id use these guys again.

So I Rented a Direct Line Limo/Bus for my birthday and I must say I was more than impressed. From beginning to end the experience was top notch. Kimber, the person who I booked, with was attentive and on top of all of my needs to help me chose the right vehicle. She explained that Jennifer (my driver) would be calling me on Friday to firm up the details. Jennifer called me early in the day Friday to make sure I had her number if I had any questions. Not only did Jennifer show up early, she had the bus stocked with ice, mixers and cups for the evening. The rest of the night is hard to put in words, but the long and the short of it was; Jennifer was accommodating responsive and just an outright pleasure to work with. I can assure you of two things....1) I recommend Direct Line to anyone looking to have a great time and 2) The next time I need a Limo/bus, I will be calling them for sure.
