Best customer service around. I was looking for a specific unit, Sherry took my info and called me back within days with just what I needed. Unfortunately I then underestimated the amount of things I needed stored and was able to reserve an additional unit a few days later. Second time I’ve rented at this location and I will do so again if the arises.

This public storage location is perfect, and the accessibility of the units is great! (Drive up) clean roads, clean units. I also cannot say enough about the Manager Ms. Sherry she has always been kind, very accommodating, and if there has ever been an issue she has addressed it immediately. All o the employees are well trained and keep the place safe & secure. Thank you public storage!!😁

Reasonably priced. Clean.The entry gate works well, and uses personalized codes. Fences will keep out all but the more motivated (razor wire). Security patrols are constant during the day.The storage unit door was a little rusty, but opens easily on the second round. Unit was dry inside, and seasoned with rat poison when I first opened it.

By far and away my favorite storage facility Ive ever used. Sherrie in an absolute delight, always extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommend using this Public Storage, they are fantastic!! Thank you all!

Sherrie could not have been more kind, knowledgeable, present and safety-conscious of what goes on within her property. I am also highly impressed with the District Managers of this Region of Public Storage (whom Sherrie did also connect me with) because of the consistent communication, care for their clients as well as the safely of my stored belongings. Great looking Property gated looks like security is top notch, I met the prop mgr her name is Sherrie she explained all the different sizes of storage units and what size I would be needing for the amt of rooms i will be storing. I will be back in March. Excellent Service.

A week after it snowed and can’t safely access the unit because the lazy manager doesn’t care to put salt down anywhere. 4 month pregnant woman slipped and fell today. Management couldn’t care less and claims it’s not their job to take care of their own property. Hope you get sued.

Sherrie was for sure one of my top 5 customer experiences of my life. Very understanding and workable. I am happy I found this place. Rates are fair, and sherrie was extremely accommodating to my storage needs.

The snow is 4feet tall in areas it’s not been plowed and I use this location to hold equipment to install for my customers. I had to send all my employees home for the day and this really upset my customers. Super unprofessional.

Open late clean outdoor units you can drive right up and unload. All around great place to store your items and save your back from long moves. Recommend.

Luv this little storage unit! My dirt bike and gear lived here for several years and never had an issue accessing when I needed. Sheryl is also a great manager at this location!

They don’t salt anything. The whole alley in front of my storage unit stays frozen over like an ice skating rink for days/weeks after snow. My contractors have slipped and fell multiple times. Lazy and negligent management.

Can’t recommend this facility enough!! I spoke with Sherrie a few times after I reserved online, she was always super courteous and helpful. The best part ? theyve always got a smile on their face. Also the location is incredibly convenient, Just blocks from a major highway and yet tucked away enough that Ive never had traffic issues. I want you to know that Danny has been very helpful getting into a unit (E454) in June of 2014. Once I moved to my new home, he was on top of things and made it easy to downsize and found a perfect smaller unit near my other to make the transition much smoother since I am a single female and have had to move things myself. My new unit is E442 and is perfect. Danny is personable, knowledgeable, responds immediately and I would say he is a 10 on a scale of 1-10, 10 being excellent.

Vonny is the property manager, and she is delightful. I have seen her work with other Tenants on the property, and everyone seems to respond well to her soft spoken request as she looks out for the interests of us all. She is regularly out on the property, and is keeping it up better that ever, and I have been here since the early 90s so I have seen a number of managers come and go. Never anyone better. She seems to really care for all of us and for the interests of PS.

What a wonderful experience I had at this location. Rachael helped me find the perfect storage unit for my needs and you couldnt beat the price. It is a secure location and very clean, 2 things I love! I would recommend this storage facility to anyone.

Rents raise continually so dont believe your price will stay reasonable. Gate system is inconvenient and outdated, snow plows made my unit inaccessible by putting the snow in front of my door. I only stayed here because it was inexpensive and then noticed they were taking more and more out of my account without notice. Be aware that rates raise every 5 months without notice.

8/17/16 - I met with Tamara today...she was great to work with. She was educated and knew exactly what to do and where to go. I would recommend to anyone in the area to ask for her...shell make sure everything gets done right!

Hello, I visited your business yesterday concerning an upcoming move in December. I was very impressed with your employees friendliness and helpfulness. She took the time to help me figure out what size storage unit would be right for me. In addition the office was neat and clean and I could tell she took pride in her work. She also had the right sized boxes that I had been looking for to start some early packing so I was able to get those there too. Its people like that that make you want to do business with a company. As December rolls around I will be returning to rent at your facility.

I was going through a really hard time, and needed to get my stuff in storage fast. A few hours after setting up the unit with Sherrie, I decided to slow down and not move into storage. Sherrie and her boss let me cancel because it was the same day, and gave me a full refund. When I do need storage it will be here. I couldnt believe how kind and accommodating they were. Vonny was efficient and friendly. Got me right in a unit with a discounted first month. Very good overall. With melting snow, the gutter over my unit was corroded and couldnt avoid getting wet as I entered but with the dry Denver weather this is not a problem generally. Used Public Storage in Florida which I felt was excellent and this property in Englewood did not disappoint.
