Highly recommend StorQuest! The prices cannot be beat! And the customer service was above and beyond. In the process of relocating needed just a small storage unit. Found this place after a simple google search. Filled out an inquiry online and was contacted within 10 minutes by Leemuel. I walked in literally 5 minutes before they closed for the day, and could not have had a better experience!The facility is sparkling clean, Lee was fantastic! He even offered me a cold bottle of water! He stayed after close to help me complete my rental. They offer drive up units in a secure gated facility. And the prices are astonishingly low, and not just because of move in specials or some other promotions. If you are looking for a storage unit in Centennial, definitely do yourself a favor and rent from StorQuest!!! Definitely will be continued customer and will recommend them to all my friends and family! I’d give them 6 ⭐️‘s if possible!

I have rented storage space at Storquest since 2018 and the service is always wonderful. Lee and Dave are incredibly helpful! When we needed additional storage space, they were quick to return our phone call and made sure we had everything we needed. The facility is clean and well managed. My experience with renting a storage unit and receiving a free moving truck at StorQuest on Jordan rd. In Centennial Co.was great. The staff David , Lee and John made my move stress free. They go above & beyond to help their customers.If I could give them more than a five star rating...they would get a 12

I recently needed some storage and found StorQuest had the unit I needed. On moving day I realized I needed a second unit and they quickly accommodated my needs. The guys in the office were efficient and friendly and got me set up in just a few minutes. On top of that their prices were better than the other places I called. Happy to be using this company and location for my storage needs.

David and Lee were awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They were very helpful in organizing my thoughts about what all I needed and reminded me to get a few things I hadn’t thought of. Very professional and amazing.

The people there are great, but the facilities have gone downhill quite a bit. The whole place is covered with weeds. Every time l go, I have to clear weeds just to get in my unit. Sadly, I would not recommend this place for the amount of money that is charged vs. the lack of care and upkeep on the property. It has become a complete dump.

I was not able to open my storage unit due to my lousy packing & things fell & wouldnt allow door to open.I found Lemuel working in the office. He immediately offered to assist me. He was able to get my door open! Lemuel dropped everything & went above & beyond to assist me!Not only did he do a fantastic job he offered up assistance if I needed more help now or in the future. Then to top off the amazing assistance he came back & followed up to make sure I was doing ok.Lemuel is an amazing employee & because of my experience today I highly recommend using Storquest off Jordan Rd!!!!

You people only care about the money. I rented a unit for 11 years. The customer service I received every single time was horrible. Absolutely horrible. The first representative threatened to call the police on me because I was charged for the 1st free month. Since then, every single interaction I had was horrible; not friendly people at all. And furthermore, the unit doesnt come equipped with a light. you cant see anything in there at night. I will NEVER rent from your company again. I know you dont care about this survey either, so why am I filing it our???

I stopped in a couple weeks ago to rent a unit since I am in the process of moving and need a place to store some things. Collin helped me, he was knowledgeable, transparent, and friendly. He was upfront about any fees and things of that nature, didn’t hide anything. He gave me a tour of the facility and showed me available units. Even though I had already reserved a unit, he wanted to make sure I was happy with the unit before I paid for anything or signed anything. The facilities were clean and staff was friendly and helpful

EDITED:They lack hiring knowledgeable people. Or it could be lack of knowledge higher up. They are always over charging, raising rates every 6 months. Its time consuming calling monthly to correct their mistakesSo they think its ok to not raise their rates in May during stay at home orders. So they double the raise in Sept&Oct over $60 increase monthly.To accomplish anything you have to go there in person to talk to them. You cant get ahold of anyone over the phone. When u do they are new and know nothing nor can they do anything about anything. I have been a customer for over 18yrs. I could have bought a couple of their units by now.

I miss seeing him when I drop by. The new staff, Carla and Miles are just as great! This is the place to rent a U-Haul. The staff is super friendly and helpful. More interested in great customer service than trying to take every dollar from you. Very reasonable cost for a big truck, even after 150 miles. Manager Chris was very helpful and friendly, and has exceptional customer service skills. Id give them 6 stars!

Friendly, fun, and straight forward. The gates and fences arent bad and the street space is plenty big. the process and price are better than I have found anywhere else in the area. they dont automaticaly charge you for a lock and their contract was plain and straight forward. Overall good choice. My dad has used them for over 3 years which lead us to them even though they a fair bit out of our way.

I was late due to my movers. I called StorQuest in a panic and the store manager Miles answered. He said they were closed. I had a moving company and 2 huge trucks full of stuff. The facility is clean and safe. Dan (the manager) is just great to work with.After renting there for several years ( 3 units) I found out about the military discount. Although they would not refund my overpayment for the last couple of years, at least they do offer a military discount.
