The way china smuggles items into USA?

Holy Cow Their Drivers Are IMPORTANT!!!Witnessed their driver doing 15 mph over the posted speed limit, passing 3 cars at once in a no passing zone, then passing on the gravel shoulder at speed. Then tailgating withing 2 or so feet, passing again in a no passing zone. Then to top it off they blew the same 4 way stop intersection twice!!! After that, they were gone!!! If you get near truck number DX19034, get the hell out of their way!!!

I ordered a package and I put no signing for my package and they ended up taking it all the way back to cedar falls and told me to pick it up Saturday morning so I took a 2 hour drive in the morning for them to be closed

Very rude!!!! Just called a few minutes ago asking for a price quote and the lady who talked to me kept yelling at me even after I told her to calm tf down that we weren’t fighting that I was only trying to ask few questions and then wouldn’t give me a quote estimate because I didn’t know the weight like how tf I’m I supposed to know the weight if I don’t work at or shop or a post office. Damn negative one star if possible

Very Horrible service, I took the whole day off in order to recieve my package, no body showed at my door, later they sent me a very rude lying notification telling me that a delivery attempt has been made, and the recipient wasnt not at home !!!!!!!!It is the first and last time I would deal with these people

Theyre always helpful and efficient. I have always had a much more seamless, transparent, and reliable experience with them vs UPS or USPS. Plus, if I need to pick my package up for some reason, theres no unreasonable procedure preventing me from doing so on the spot.

They have promised that my parcel would reach without any distortion.It reached in time, but the package was delivered in worst condition.

Lied about delivery attempt. Tracking said left cedar Rapids at 9:59 and attempted delivery in ankeny at 10:30.. must be the fastest driver on the road to make a 2 hour drive and attempt to deliver in 30 minutes

Worst shipping company there is.. Continue to lie about estimated delivery date for multiple packages.. Very disappointed about the misinformation time after time..
