A delivery was made from Saia. And I have to say the delivery truck driver was the kindest person you ever meet. I am so happy that they delivered my kiln for me today. They were responsive they answer questions and they helped you as best as they can. They keep you up to date on the tracking code. They delivered my package very quickly and the package was not damaged. They took very good care of it. I highly recommend people to use their service. ☺️

Per usual, huge disappointment. I would NOT recommend using SAIA especially if you have a customer depending on the freight you are shipping. Many times they have not shown up, shown up 2 days later, material has not arrived to the destination OR it has arrived and is damaged or missing pieces.Day 2 and still have not gotten a response from anyone as to where this material is. You would think if the Company truly cared about their customers someone would be on it and at least call back to tell us what they are doing to fix the situation. Customer is quite upset as are we.

Every time Ive had something shipped by SAIA, they will not deliver without bait and switching the shipping cost. We handle FREIGHT SHIPPING AT OUR FARM CORPORATION!! They will not call you to tell you this. customer support is first at being HORABLE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Hard to work with. Not customer friendly. They cant keep track of money given to them.Oh and Jeremy

I had a shipment that was sitting at their terminal for over two weeks and all the manager would say, when asked, when could expect my goods was he didn’t know, they were busy.

TIred of fighting the company over reweighed freight and hidden charges. We have to spend days proving our freight did not weigh as much as they said. Too many good companies to work with !!

Saw one of your drivers at a stop light in DeWitt Iowa on September 16th Maynard Way at 11:10 a.m. He made a right turn from Maynard Way onto 11th Street. I was sitting 2nd car turning left to go north to Maynard way. The driver did an excellent job with the turn. Seemed very observant and careful with his truck and 1st car turning left.
