Used a 20Yd roll-off. Delivery & Pick-up were timely. Recd advance notices with the truck was coming. Would use them again.

We have been using Waste Management for our local trash service in rural Linn County for over 11 years. We have been consistently disappointed by the cost and quality of service. They are charging more than the competition and dont offer recycling service at all in our location. We have had many missed pickups that they did nothing to resolve. Their prices have gone up repeatedly and significantly over the last 10 years. They keep adding extra fees and charges. When we finally got fed up and changed services, they told us they would charge us another $52 to pick up their container. We paid this final bill then got another bill for a late fee, even though we paid the pickup fee over a week before it was due. Waited on hold for half an hour with customer service to get them to remove the bogus late fee. When I finally got to talk to someone they were very friendly and helpful and agreed to remove the late fee, but I am still upset at having to waste so much time and effort on this. Dropping to 1 star. They earned it! I strongly recommend you avoid this company. There are better service providers in the area.

These guys were absolutely terrible. They were late or didnt pick up the trash more often than not, and they would always say the unit was blocked. It never was. They had a problem canceling the contract, we ended up paying for months after we switched to a decent company, stopped paying after that and eventually they picked up their rusty old bin.

I did not want to give you one star but I had to so that I could leave this. I have been trying to cancel my account for several months now. I called the so called “support desk” as l had changed my email due to an IPS change. I went to the online account area and changed my email to my new one every where I could. I was still not receiving emails on my new address. I called support and talked to somebody there and they said that that they would send me an email link to my new email address to change the old email address. I never received anything. I called in to cancel my service and got no response by email or phone. Today I get a reminder that my bill is due! Funny they can respond to me when they want my money.I don’t want your service, or anything to do with you anymore. Quit sending me requesting money, I Quit.!!!!!Ken JordanPS I give you -5 stars!!!!

We have been using Waste Management for several years. HOA in Johnson county. We started having billing issues in July of 2018 and I am still working on getting these resolved 8 months later. Customer service is very poor. Long hold times, no one returns calls when they say they will. I have been told my issues were taken care of only to find the same incorrect charges on our next bill. Credits I was told were issued, never were. Recently in the last few weeks they have been skipping houses in our neighborhood with no call or explanation. When calling into customer service to ask why and request credit for skipped pickups, I am getting nowhere. Save yourself the hassle and go with another local service if you have the choice. I’m finding other services are about a 30% cost savings too.

Our association recently canceled Waste Management due to several issues. We were told we would be charged for any trash or recycling containers which werent returned. On our last pickup, they were observed throwing our entire trash cans and recycling bins full of recyclables into the same trash truck and compacting them. What a damn waste! They also left trash laying all over our streets when they left. Its like their driver wanted to get one last shot in on us. Even if our new company doesnt work out, Ill never allow the association to go back to Waste Management after this.

Terrible service!
