I am so thankful for the guy who took my call this morning for the dumpster tobe picked up. I explained I had one piece that was too heavy to get in myself. He came and got it in the dumpster for me. Thanks for going above duty to help me.

Bill was very informative when I called. Went out of his way to meet with me in their container yard as I was unsure of what size I needed. Very happy we went with them!

We hired A1 for our residential service. In the beginning things were good but then the days started to shift all the time so we didnt know when they were coming and now they are skipping weeks. We have called several times with guarantees they would come pick up but they have not been here in over 14 days. I called to cancel service and get a refund for services not provided as was told they do not give refunds. I will be contacting the better business bureau to file a compliant. Would not recommend.

Competitive prices, drivers put the roll away right where I wanted it. They do get busy just takes some patience with timing. Scheduling was a breeze, and Melissa who answers their phones is very pleasant working with.

The price was very competitive, and the staff was very helpful. I would definitely rent from them again.

Great service...

I called to set up residential service through A-1. The lady in the office and i set it up over the phone. I have had to call three weeks in a row to get my garbage/recycling picked up. Not once in three phone calls did they tell me that it could be 24 to 48 hours past Thursday (my pick up day) when they arrive. So i called a fourth time this afternoon to see if it was actually going to get picked up. I apparently spoke to the manager and he was extremely rude and pretty much pushed me off the phone. All he would say it it will be taken care of. If you have any other choice ( we dont, as we live in the country and close to no one picks up recycling out here) i would go with someone else. Very disappointed.

Horrible horrible services. I have scheduled pick ups....NEVER are they on time, and I dont mean by a couple hours BUT BY DAYS!!! When I call to ask whats going on I get excuses after excuses every time! This has been an issue for over 9 months! Finally my contract is up with them next week, but I would recommend NEVER using this company. Super rude staff and management. Ive even had a driver of theres come into my bussiness and yell at me for getting him in trouble (because he marked off he had picked up our trash and had not). Called to complain about that an never heard back from them. We are switching to ABC and Ive heard nothing, but amazing things from them. Again do not use this company!!

Zero stars is not an option. I have had TERRIBLE customer service by Billy. I agree with others. Trash is not picked when it is supposed to be and then when I call to find out when it will be picked up or if there is a problem I was hung up on. He should not be answering phones and giving false information/phone numbers. Dont know if this is a local company or chain but I would recommend a different provider if you have a choice.

Unreliable! Recyclables are piling up because they dont have a driver. Stay away from these guys.
