This market is honestly great. They have alot of local and independent vendors. The vendors were so kind and talked to us answering any questions we had and giving us more information since were visiting out of town. I felt very welcomed and the food and drinks they had were absolutely delicious!!. They also had live music that sounded really good!

This place was such a life saver when I seemed everything was closed for Mothers Day! We went before it was fully open and the sweet girl at the coffee shop was amazing, got us fresh out of the oven muffins which my husband and I have both declared the Best Muffins we have ever had and recommended an amazing local restaurant to try for Brunch that was actually open. That turned our whole day around, many stops and breweries later several locals recommended the City Market for late lunch (Linner if you will..) so back we went and we were not disappointed! The brick oven pizza and Mediterranean Cafe caught our eyes this time and both exceed expectations! And of course we had to get more coffee and a smoothie. If youre in the area NewBo City Market us the best place to do some local shopping and grab a quick bite and incredible coffee!

Newborn City Market was a nice place to browse and have lunch during a quick visit to Cedar Rapids. While not a very large place, they offer a handful of shops with primarily handmade goods. There are also a decent number of restaurants, sweet options and a coffee shop. While there is some indoor seating there is also a good amount of socially distanced outdoor seating. Masks and social distancing are required. Bathrooms are clean, parking is free and the people are pleasant.

A neat place. It reminds me of a mall food court but with a much better quality of food. They have rows of vendors selling different products most of which are food. They also have tables set up so you can enjoy your meal there just like a food court.

It’s a cute local market with various food stations, ranging from Asian food to Mexican ones. You can also get beer or coffee there and explore other shops in the market, such as the Decor shops and cloth shops. All in all I suggest to visit it if you’re ever in the area.

Its a nice food court downtown I think the Armstrong building had one years ago this is a non-profit one it does have a variety of restaurants that turn over and a few other non-restaurant businesses roasters coffee is opened I think every day but the food court here is open Wednesday through Sunday this is kind of the cornerstone though of the newbo area is the newbo market if youre in the area its definitely worth checking out if theyre open or just meeting up with some people there.

Every time we go to Cedar Rapids we stop here. Not only is the building full of fun pop up stores that have handmade/local gifts, clothing, home decor, etc. It also boasts lots of different flavors and variety of foods. Its also just a really cool area to be in. You step outside and there are shops across the street that you can visit along with a grass park that most of the time has a live band playing

The food was exceptional and it was so nice to be able to support so many local businesses in one spot! NewBo City Market hosts many cool events, especially in the summer, that are good for the whole family! With COVID-19 it’s a bit harder to host events, but they sure are trying to make the best of it!
