Where do I start these guys at first were great then came them shouting one location down and now they are both shut down and they didn’t tell a single person with vehicles with them that any of this was happening and no way to make payments my wife and I have been trying to pay off our van since November and no one was ever there and now we have no way to get our title to our van

This is the 2nd time working with motor works and I feel it was an awesome experience my first car was great. I feel the new car my son n got will be the same. Surely worth checking out especially for a limited cash price.

I would not even give them one star...Stay as far away as you can they miss represent the things the sell.. say they will fix thing and then NEVER do... this is the worst place to buy a car from.. after sitting there for almost 6 hrs so they could look everything over I got into my car only to find the oil was empty .. windows washer fluid was empty... I guess everything was as empty as there word.... I would have thought with 1500.00 down I would have got a car with no huge problem but I guess I should have done more homework before I signed on the line....

I bought a 2005 Chrysler Sebring from them. The belt on it was screeching really loud they had to fix it twice, then someone did a hit & run and totaled that vehicle. So raecheal let me get a different car through them, I got a 2007 Ford Escape I took the car to professional muffler before I decided to purchase he said minor things were wrong but it was fixable so I asked them to fix the breaks and it was shaky they informed me they did which they did not. I had that car for 6 months and the oil was leaking out the valve, both breaks needed to be fixed, left control arm and alignment , tune up. Basically the guy at the mt Vernon location didn’t know much about cars so I had to spend a ton of money at Goodyear. Just for the transmission to go out. Jason then informed me he would auction the vehicle so I wouldn’t have to worry about the payments because transmissions were costly. Over I would say my experience could’ve been better. I really hoped to have had a reliable vehicle because I have kids, but raecheal was really nice and did all she could for me.

So far so good . My sales guys at both lots were great to work with.

I would give this place zero stars they said they would take care of us and that our car was baby safe and that they would fix the problems wrong with it never fixed the problems and the tranny is going out never gave us information for setting up a paymeant plan and then when we called about having them fix it they pretty much said screw you we arent doing anything to help. They treat their customers like crap and I would never send anyone there ever to get a car.

Bought a Pathfinder a few months back. has been a very reliable vehicle and was reasonably priced.will continue to shop with them

You are entering a lemon orchard!! Stay far far away from BOTH LOCATION!! The car is already breaking down while you on a test drive. Never again dealing with these people. Cant beleive yall still selling lemons!!! Saw one of their cars the other day and the muffler was dragging ass. 😂😂😂 Didnt even have their own plates on the vehicle yet. SMDH😞😞

Very expensive wouldnt recommend if you are looking for value.

The staff and management made it really easy for me to get a car when knowbody else would even try. the car i bought has been very reliable and suites me well. if i ever have to buy another car i will definatly go back to these people along with telling all my friends and family about them. thanks Cedar Rapids Motor Works for being my freinds in the car buisness

Dont buy from this place, I bought a 97 F150 and I spend more money a month fixing it then I do the payment on the loan. They dont inspect cars/trucks drove my truck home and brake lines busted with no brakes. And they wont do anything about it, so if you want to buy a lemon shop here.
