While getting my pedicure, the nail tech made me bleed. My toe was bleeding for at least 10+ so minutes. Finally was able to make it stop. Went to pay and I wasnt expecting the service to be free but at least a discount? I asked the manager what he could do and he said he had no knowledge of what was going on. But isn’t this your business? Manager should know whats going on. Will never come here again.

Very rude, im a first timer not happy at all, first she cut them too short and wouldnt correct it i went in knowing what I wanted and tech couldnt get the right color to mix so she passed me on to a male tech and he convinced me to do gel but I had no idea they are so thick and make my finger nail look crazy Im Ashamed of them didnt even take the polish off my fingers

This salons cleanliness level for their clients is very poor. They have jars with acetone that each client sticks their fingers in, super gross. Did not see them clean it up or sanitize it after. This is why most salons do that foil and cotton method. They also did not ask me to wash my hands before dipping it into the SNS powder. Which is disgusting because you have multiple fingers going into that jar daily. Not to mention SNS is not suppose to use any UV light whatsoever. The tech dipped my nails then stuck them under the UV light. I got these nails done yesterday evening. Not to mention I walked in with SNS already and it took them 40 mins to take off my previous SNS because they were trying to file them down vs acetone and cotton/foil. They moved me around to another lady who just did my nails way too fast as you can see the bubbly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO PRO NAILS VS THESE GUYS.

Amazing service! Me and 4 members of my family went for pedicures. Best service I gave ever had they did amazing! The options alone are great. Do do friendly and somehow they got us all done at the same time even when there was only 3 of them and 5 of us. Will definitely continue going here

Every glitter color in multiple shimmers and glitter sizes, all the glitter shades come in gel, regular, and dip. They keep the TV on caption so it is so much quieter than normal salon. I thought the prices were great.

I’ve been going here for years. Currently Ivy does my nails and I absolutely love her and my nails every time she does them. The atmosphere here is always happy and professional. It’s always very clean. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I am new to the area and finding a good nail salon has been quite the task. Ive been to Expert Nail Salon three times now and have always had a positive experience. Clean, calming, and my gel lasts 3 weeks. All of the staff members smile and are very courteous.

I left extremely upset. I asked for dip powder, they applied some other powder. Then when the guy was almost finished he said, okay go wash your hands. I washed my hands. Apparently I wasnt supposed to use soap. She then got upset with me because I use soap and had an attitude. $82 in the toilet, I will never go there again. The pedicure was okay, but I am extremely upset with my manicure.he knew that it looked horrible and he kept going, luckily for him I was in such a rush to pick my son up from school I didnt have time to sit there and argue, so I paid and left in a hurry. Amazing colors. They have an excellent assortment of Acrylic color powders. It lasts for weeks without fading or chipping. The staff is also friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing and very professional, very clean and hygienic.

I recently moved to the area and have been in a search for “my new spot” for months. I thought I had found it but when a friend tried to buy me a gift certificate over the phone at the other place for days while she was sick in bed to no avail she found this gem of a place!I did some research before sending a FB message for an appointment and thought for sure I wouldn’t hear back. At the Nail Salon Expert in Cedar Park, I was just finished drying my nails. There was a lady checking out talking to Ben very hateful. She was not happy with her manicure and pedicure.Ben was trying to work with her. She refused all assistance from him. I heard her say “I will pay the $87. I won’t be back and I will be writing a review.”As a rule, I don’t write reviews but I don’t know if I have ever heard a customer like that be so mean to someone trying to help her.I love the Nail Salon Expert. To me it seems new, clean, and sanitary. It has a lot of customers.I have been going there about a year.When you want a good manicure or pedicure, please consider going to the Nail Salon in Cedar Park.Thank you.

Had tried a few places around Cedar Park/Leander. This was by far the best. A guy did my nails (I cannot remember his name unfortunately) and he did a fantastic job. I got shellac and the polish stayed well over 3 weeks! He had great attention to detail, was quick and efficient. The prices are very reasonable too. Will definitely be back!

Don’t get me wrong. Ladies who did our nails were fabulous, but this has to be one of the worst retail experiences of my entire life. I have worked in retail myself now for years, and when checking someone out I would never let them forget their payment card. Well when I was leaving I signed the receipt and never got my card back in return. I was to distracted by the 2 nail techs, front desk man and my mom who were all speaking at once. Well an hour later my card was being used in places I was not. So I cancel the card and call the salon to let them know to be a little more careful. He tells me “we no keep card” I’m like sir I’ve worked in retail for years now. I would never let someone leave without their card. Am I saying you purposely stole it? No I am not. I’m saying someone dropped the ball and your establishment should of been more responsible not to let someone steal it from behind your counter. He continued to tell me I had no proof so I hung up. Worst buisness plan! Also my mom and I are fairly certain they don’t give the girls the tips you leave them on your card. They always say “cash please cash better”. Never going here again.

They really take care of you here. And if something isnt right, they are super cool and kind about making it perfect. I recommend Holly. Very thorough.

I had a gel pedicure and manicure done by Zoe. She did a terrible job. The polish came off in a week and I went back to redo it. When she was redoing it I told her my fingers were super hot. I’m not sure if she put the temp high, I kept telling her my fingers are light sensitive but she didn’t really care. The manager is super nice. But I think Zoe needs more training.

Ive been about 4 times now and each time I have been really happy! They are gentle and do a great job! I always set an appointment and can get in the same day. Usually there are people that do walk-ins as well. The prices here seem very affordable and everything is really clean. I usually do a mani pedi and I am out in a little over an hour.

The place is clean. But not sure about the quality of service. Had my daughter get a manicure and had to go twice.We got Gel Manicure but both times the nail polish came off within 2 days. I got Gel done by Friendly Nails and it is still on after 2 weeks. You pay extra to get GEL and it comes off after 2 days. Sorry never going back to this place again.

I wish I could I would give them 0 stars for the way my friend was treated. We both got our nails done on TUESDAY( have receipts)! By Thursday my friends nail had changed color after the nail technician added a new base and top coat. I have been to expert nails several times for various services (usually eyebrow/face waxing) and that will be the last time I go or ever recommend anyone to go.Customer service is what leaves a lasting impression. Saying that the nail job was old ( we have receipts) or that the client did something in color or with bleach ( our hair is in braids and we have desk jobs). Arguing, hanging up on,shouting, or yelling at someone who is being respectful and drove all the way from downtown Austin at 6pm so that they can fix their mistake shows you how they value customers at this salon. The reason we were there originally was to fix the gel set I had gotten on 2/21 after it had started chipping within 24 hours and so she could get her nails done before going on vacation. Im extremely sorry that I will not be able to have Ivy do my nails, but the way the front desk treated my friend and the response to a previous review shows that you cannot trust this salon. Please save your time and money and do as he suggest, go to another salon.

Been going here and recommending this salon since they opened their doors over two years ago. Very happy with Ben and Vivian, and the family business they have brought to the CP area.Professional, talented, kind, customer oriented, and additionally, cleanliness is a HIGH PRIORITY.

My first experience was great! So I went back a second time for a full set, then had to return 2 days later when I broke a nail. I got it fixed and the girl kept asking me who did my nails and was showing another girl. I asked her if everything was ok she basically told me my nails werent done correct. Well a day later I broke another nail, and exactly a week later all of them are fixing to pop off with no effort. I am upset that for 50$ for my set I expected better. In the 13years of getting my nails done, I had never had such a bad set.. Highly disappointed.

Terrible charred me $30 more than what we agreed girl put gel nail polish I said reg. She messed up 1 of my nails n quickly getto fixed half way then she acted friendly saying she gonna draw some pretty art flowers on my ring fingers then later charges me extra $5 for it had a guy doing my pedi while the grl doing my mani at the same time was very quick not relaxing at all she had a pillow n my lap I was holding with my legs while the man was doing my feet lol Im 8 months prego this was a challenge for me

I went in for the first time about 30 minutes ago. I needed my nails done for my engagement photos/wedding invite save the dates. Laurie I believe was her name. She had me rushing to pick a color, rushed through the entire procedure (I got a full set with SNS and gel polish...and my mom came with me and got a plain manicure and I was done at the same time she was...which was probably 20 minutes start to finish...) and before I could even get out of the chair to wash my hands, she’s getting another client and trying to put them in the chair I was in...didn’t even say thank you for coming or anything. I had gel put on; it’s so thick and most of my nails look very sloppy. She didn’t even offer lotion or anything and left the skin around my nails all dried out and super chapped looking. I never once saw her grab any sterilized equipment out of a sterilized bag or anything. I’ll be having to go pay more money elsewhere unfortunately to go get them fixed. I’m so disappointed.

Dont get a full set there. I got a guy that did my nails and he did horrible. Half of my nail isnt even filled. He was on his phone a lot. He didnt feel very welcoming. The only reason why Id be going back is to have them fix my nail. Horrible.

I am a licensed cosmetologist who went in for a pedicure. with that being said mylive cuticle was cut on and now i have an infection because i was bleeding after. Also this was one of the worst pedicures i’ve ever had the paint is all splotchy and faded they didn’t even try. i am very disappointed i paid 50$ for an infection

Ive been an Expert Nails customer since you opened and I have to say that after my last 2 experiences I dont think I will be going back. First I got a gel mani that I paid $35 for and it started chipping in less than 10 days. I called and spoke to Kevin told him I wanted to come in the next day to get my nails fixed. Came in got my nails fixed decided to go with the SNS also because it would make the gel polish last better, I asked Kevin if I could get some sort of compensation for the poor quality of my $35 gel manicure. He told me he could give me $5 off really I just spent $35 10 days ago. within four hours of coming home my gel polish is already chipping for which I spent another $49 on for a total on $84. The amount of money I’ve spent at your salon within less than a two-week period and my nails are looking like s*** again is unacceptable.

Got my nails done here (fill) and it came out perfectly. Hopefully it lasts :-)
