My mom and I live in Cedar Park and we had to leave our car in the body shop for hail damage so at first we rented a car from an Enterprise closer to the Body shop. When we got home from the other Enterprise location, the battery died on the car we had rented.. We live in Cedar Park so the next day I called this Enterprise location and told them what happened. This C Park location told my mom and I to come on over and they would help us. They immediately helped us get into a car. All they had was a minivan at the time, but they made sure I had the manual (unlike the other location ), and the Dodge caravan was filled with a full tank and ready to go for us. Thanks to everyone here for helping my mom and I out. We feel truly blessed that we switched to your location 309A N Bell Blvd, Cedar Park, TX 78613. Also thanks for continuing to help us out with updates when I call you all on Thursday and Friday. All of you go above and beyond to help my mom and I.

I often rent vehicles from enterprise thru the company I work for . I usually rent from another enterprise location, but they were out of vehicles. I had always had a great experience with their staff and managers, except from this location. I assume was this location manager ( she never introduced herself while I was checking in with another staff member) that rudely told me to “MOVE your vehicle because overnight parking was not allowed on their location due to limited space “ she said “ I Need the space where you parked and no all the enterprises locations are the same “She could had at least explained in a nice way, I was paying for her service, not begging to get a free rental.I gave a 3 star because when I returned rental vehicle the clerk gave me ride back to where I had parked my vehicle .

I rented a Toyota Corolla and only expected to have it for maybe four weeks. My car was in the shop for hail damage repair. If course the insurance dragged their feet and finally approved the repair. But the rental bill came to over$1500! My rental rate was reasonable but I needed the car for 42 days. The car ran great and was very dependable. Im just waiting on my reembursement from the repair shop for the rental, as promised.

Dealing with a car accident & insurance is hard enough on its own without the impatient, interrupting, and I-could-care-less attitude I received from the woman who helped me schedule my car rental. Because of the low quantity of cars available to those using their insurance, I had to wait two weeks for the rental car. Unfortunately, I couldnt wait and needed a car for a weekend trip. Because I couldnt wait I was going to be paying for a rental full price - the woman helping me didnt know that. She seemed to have an issue letting me speak... Had she simply been better at her job Enterprise would have received my $600 instead of the Budget car rental down the street.

Overall experience was two stars but I gave the additional star for the kindness of the staff/faculty.I booked a vehicle online the previous week for a week as I was taking a cross country trip. I specifically chose the full size (Chevy Malibu or similar) class as I knew Id rather pay more for my comfortability, especially knowing that full size sedans have standard amenities I was already accustomed to as my personal vehicle is a full size sedan. I went ahead and added the Sirius XM radio for the week just to add more comfort. When I arrived at the pickup location, there werent any full size sedans which then started a downward trend on my expectations.As I stepped outside, they pulled up a Chevy Trax. Now I know for spending a day or two this wouldve been fine, but for someone spending a week driving about 2,500 miles, a sub-compact SUV was no where near the drive I was expecting. I asked if they had any full size sedans at which they told me, no, and since we dont we are upgrading you. Looking at the vehicle, I sadly realized that this was not an upgrade as typically when you are upgraded, you typically pay more. Some may not understand but the base price of a Chevy Trax is approximately $21k where as the base price for a Chevy Malibu is approximately $23K (which Im guessing that $2k is where added amenities come in). Long story short, I ended up leaving with a Toyota Corolla which personally felt better than the Trax (despite the blood stains on the headline and handle). Overall, that 2,500 mile drive was really not enjoyable for someone who actually enjoys driving.I plan on doing more road trips as the pandemic continues and use Enterprise as they are my preferred car rental agency. Going forward, I now know to follow this checklist.1. Call and check if the requested car is available2. Have enough time to check with other locations3. If all else fails, look at other companies

Car was great. Rented a premium class car and ended with a brand new Chrysler 300. Checkout was easy and the only issue I had was the return at the OHare counter where I was trying to make a flight. I take part of the responsibility as I wanted to change payment methods on return; however, the wait time was too long when trying to make a flight. One couple needed to figure out their payment method and should have been told to step aside and figure that out while they help the next customers; the rental rules were expressed. The other fellows did not have a return location. OK you told them returning at a different location could increase the price dramatically. Choose a city already or move aside and figure that out while I help the next customer. After 20 minutes, one of at least 3 people who peeked out, finally comes to help the rest of us who had the displeasure of listening to these dilemmas.

This was a very last minute booking, they were able to fill my request and even picked me up from the dealership. Very professional and quick service had me on my way. Once I got word my car was ready they were so helpful and again were able to drop my back off and the dealership when My car was ready 3 days later. Will definitely rent with this location again.

I have booked with this Enterprise in the past but this most recent rental tops them all! I initially booked a full-size car because the full-size SUV was $200 more. I was only reserving it for two days so I didnt feel it necessary to spend that much. When I went to pick up the rental, I was told they have plenty of options available for a free upgrade, so I was able to get the SUV after all!! I was so grateful because I had two car seats and three kids going. Everyone had plenty of space, which made the trip so much nicer.The only negative was the Sirius radio. I paid to include it but only 20 or so channels popped up, a lot of them were sports channels, which we dont listen to, so we really werent able to use it like I had expected. The kids still enjoyed the drive and the Nissan Armada was a phenomenal vehicle.

I test drove a Nissan Rogue at the dealership and liked it but decided a couple miles was not a good test so I called Enterprise on Bell to asked if I could reserve a Rogue and why. They told me normally I would reserve an intermediate then the next one up would be mine. They worked with me, I rented for 2 days and took back after one because I decided after driving that long, the car was too small! Thanks Enterprise for saving me from making a mistake!

In February 2016, I started using this location from time to time as it is conveniently near my home. Well there is always some thing with them. Poor customer service, no cars or Subs, or what you reversed. Something! Well this has been the worst week ever. My vehicle was damaged and insurance company reserved me a vehicle on Monday. I was told that there wasnt any vehicles available for pickup at their location or surrounding locations. They would have a vehicle ready for me on Tuesday at 9am. Well, like most people I have to be at work before that time. I requested a vehicle to pick up that evening. None were kept for me and no one communicated with me. On Wednesday, I called that morning that a vehicle would be available for me today. Well after going around in circles all day today. I finally received a vehicle on empty. The sale person tried to pass it off as 1/4 tank of gas. After starting the car, I saw it was empty and requested that she change contract to reflect vehicle was empty. This location is getting worst and worst. Usually I go to the location off of the East side of 620. It is not convenient but as an Enterprise member and Customer. It works.

The windows were dirty, although I mentioned to please be sure they were clean! (That’s a huge pet peeve of mine) the car wasn’t ready for me when I arrived at my appointment time, the guy told me it still needed to be cleaned, but they did upgrade me for free, since they didn’t have a car for me. I’d give no stars if possible. Told me the car would be ready at 1:00 pm. I arrived at 1:07, and they told me another 15 mins. I didn’t get the vehicle until 2:15. The lady in the office is very rude and unprofessional. Go somewhere else.

Fast, friendly service. Simple matter to go over details, check car out and drive away. Return was simple - just dropped car off and put key in the drop box. A call a couple of days later to follow up with me on my satisfaction and ... done. Love that Enterprise is so close, comes to pick me up, would have driven me home had I needed it. Alex at this location was wonderful to interact with. He was professional, friendly, and personable. I have only had to use this location a few times, but they were easy to work with every time. Not a huge fan of all the upsells, but they have some nice bells and whistles to add on if you are interested. Otherwise, no complaints. I will be back if needed!

I was so blessed to end up at this place today. We were supposed to rent a car after my dad left his at the shop. Unfortunately my dad left his license in another country and thought he could just rent it with a photocopy of it (😑), after the manager told him that he couldnt allow him to rent the car, my father lost it and was very unpleasant ( I am so sorry! I felt so embarrased!) However, the young man kept his composure and held it together like a champ. I know that if I had been in that situation Im not sure how I would have reacted. THANK YOU VERY MUCH...I hope you dont always get irritated customers and that at some point the same attitude you have given my father today comes back to you 💓.After all the issues, another extremely amicable young man took us home and talked to my father all the way there. Thank you guys, for your hospitality and patience. May all your kindness return your way.

All contacts with Enterprise were polite, professional, and helpful. Enjoyed working with them. The only reason for the 4 stars is when I picked out a car, it needed washing. When they brought it to me it was still totally wet with patches of dirt on it. None of the car was wiped off and inside had not been cleaned good. They need to watch their cleaning crew. I would have been willing to wait another 10 minutes for a clean car.

I wish the customer service was consistent. It’s a very busy location in a poor spot for the traffic and high demand spot. I use them regularly when my vehicle is being serviced just 10 min away. The employee who picked me up was new and great but got lost picking me up. He checked in to let me know. Fortunately I wasn’t in a rush to get to work.The car had a low tire light on and sticky substance on the driver’s door. He made sure to document it. The car was returned on a busy Saturday morning. I had it less than 24 hrs but the return rep wanted to hold my $200 deposit until the wheel could be checked because the tire light was not resolved. He said he’d call me back same day after running it to NTB with no care in the world that the light was on when the car was given to me less than 24hrs prior. He was rude and rushed & never followed up. I only knew my deposit was refunded when I got a confirmation email and saw the deposit back to my account.I expect better being a corporate customer. I understand being busy and rushed but that shouldn’t result in a customer service sacrifice. They really need to open another location. Better yet, move to a location where there’s actually room for people to park. It’s a terrible spot to get in and out of traffic and only room for two customers at a time to park. They said if I’d need an uber driver to take me back to my car because they’re too busy they’d credit me $5 on my daily rental rate. They didn’t discount it though.

This was easily my worst experience with Enterprise! I made a reservation online based on my location, I then called in about 20 minutes after to verify they would be able to pick me up from the shop. Like mentioned on the commercials, they informed me to give them 30mins. The day came where I needed my rental. I got to the repair shop, called Enterprise and was informed I was going to have to wait for a hour. A bit frustrated, I told them no problem. Not even 10 minutes later they called me that I was out of their jurisdiction and that they transferred my reservation already to the location that could pick me up. Completely frustrated, I had a gracious friend come pick me up and drop me off at the Enterprise.When it came to returning the car, I asked if they could drop me off at the shop. Enterprise informed me that the location was out of their jurisdiction! I was completely and utterly disappointed with Enterprise. Fortunately the shop was able to pick me up and get me to my car.For a place whose motto is well pick you up, how did I get stranded at two locations???

The representative at Enterprise was very expedient and courteous in her service to me. The rates were great for round trip from Texas to Florida and the vehicle was very spacious and reliable. I even got a free upgrade. I have used Enterprise Car Rental for many years and they have always exceeded my expectations. Great place to rent a vehicle. I would call their 800 number first because the rates online are a whole lot more expensive than what you are quoted on the phone. My reservation was a last minute reservation and still got a fantastic rate from them.

Good customer service, friendly staff. I found trash in the glove box, the console between the two front seats and in the passenger door. That should be pretty basic to clean those out. The drivers seat and back seat fabric was dirty so I didnt care too much for that either.It was conveniently located and again the staff was friendly and got me checked in and checked out quickly both times so Id still probably use them again but hopefully they will take a little more care in the future to clean the cars up a bit more.

I always rent a car from the Cedar Park location, when I visit Austin. (3 times a year) Always a very pleasant experience, until this last time. I reserved an economy car, because that is the best rate; I also know to call and confirm before going in to pick up car. I actually phoned twice, because I was running late to pick up car. When I arrived, the agent asked me if I would like a pickup truck.....No, I did not! Then he suggested a mini-van....again, No. Where is my Car? He informed me that they never have economy size cars in stock...…..Ok, what? He finally settled on a Chevy Malibu, which they had to get ready; again, I had called I was on the way. While there, I heard agents offering other customers the same options; truck, mini-van, etc. I was very disappointed with the service this time, not sure what I will do when I return next visit to Austin.

Update: A response was posted to this review, so I followed all the instructions, contacting them with the reservation information, and explaining exactly what happened. I received a second email that they are going to look into this further and then contact me, and have received no more communication after taking the time to send all of the information. A big waste of time and money.This is the worst rental car experience I have had so far. We rented the car at 6:30 PM on a Friday. They bill on a 24 hour cycle. We returned the car at 3:02 PM on Sunday, well before the end of the second 24 hour cycle. We called ahead and explained that we were stuck in traffic and would arrive a couple of minutes after 3 (when they close on Sunday). The person we talked to was extremely rude on the phone, continually saying we were confused and other rude remarks. They charged us for a whole extra 24 hours. Ridiculous practice and horrible company. Beware!!!

Reserved a rental online and had received a confirmation email. Went to pick up the car (after dropping my husbands off for repairs) only to find out that Enterprise had no car for me and would not have one anytime soon. Not only that, there was a line of people also waiting for their reserved cars that werent available, and I was offered the opportunity to wait my turn for a car to become available. Obviously, that wasnt going to work (I had worked all night and had to be to work again in a few hours- I needed to get home and sleep). Thank goodness for ride-sharing!

I’ve rented from this location in cedar park multiple times, not a single one I’ve had a good experience, very bad customer service, last time I’ve called a day before to make sure they had a certain car, which they confirmed that they did and it’s available. When I got there in the morning was told they didn’t have and if I wanted to cancel reservation, very inconvenient and unprofessional. Never coming back!

Service was good at the Cedar park TX location I wasn’t happy with the $125 extra charge for returning at an airport location in the same town didn’t make sense to me so ended up having to take an Uber from the rental location (still cheaper) Also on the phone when I made the reservation I was told the counter person would apply my free day and when I got there they said it was too late so I paid full price .

Rented a car there that obviously had a bad tire because it was flat the next day. They charged me for coming out and putting the tiny spare on and then it still had to be taken back the next day. Hours of the rental was spent on this. I am upset that not only did they charge for coming out to do (maintenance?) on the car but did not offer any kind of compensation for the time lost dealing with this. We live near Austin so the car went from the dealer to home and one trip in to Austin, a total of approximately 80 miles mostly on the highway. The car was not driven in any questionable area as far as road debris. I have used Enterprise for YEARS and will not be using them again. Goodbye Enterprise!!!!

Had a rental set up with my insurance. I was promised that a car would be ready for immediate pickup on Monday. After calling Enterprise they claim Id have to wait until Thursday. How is lying to me acceptable?
