Skip this realty outfit. An absolute joke. I signed a contract to sell my home several weeks ago. I was called 3-4 weeks ago about scheduling for photographs. The whole town had just flooded, so I said obviously the sale wont be going forward now. I never got a copy of the contract. Ive emailed for the original back showing cancelled. No response, so yesterday morning went the office. The lady went to get Sam and returned saying he wasnt in. Believable? I dunno. Still no response 24 hours later. Not recommending this outfit.

Worst experience. I gave a max amount and was only given options for homes 20k + over budget. Sam told me I needed to increase my budget to get what I wanted. I left and went to another agency....gave my budget and they found a home within the budget that was exactly what I was looking for. Bottom line....if you want an agency thats looking to fill its own pockets first...then this is your guy, but if youre looking for someone who actually cares about what you want or need, I would recommend anyone else.

Wish I could give zero stars. What a joke. Called from Las Vegas early in the week, to set appointment for Saturday at 2pm. Sam listened to my concerns and needs and agreed to research properties for us, as we are not from the Cedar City area. I never heard from Sam again, which I thought was weird, so as we were making the 3 hour drive to Cedar City, I called an hour prior to our appointment to confirm. Sam said he would see us in an hour. When we arrived at the Stratum office, we were told Sam was out of town....Ummm, what? We just talked to him to confirm. Ridiculous. Another realtor was asked by Sam to meet with us. He was very nice, but was not prepared for us and had some properties pulled as we had never spoken to him, we started from ground zero. How unprofessional can Sam Dodd be? What a waste of time. Never ever deal with Sam Dodd!
