This was a good Hertz location, with the limited cars and trucks available in Baltimore, this location had an affordable cargo van for rental. The van met my rental needs and drove well. The pickup process was a little slow due to the first vehicle have a lot of scratches found during the inspection and low pressure in the tires, but the drop off was seamless. I recommend this Hertz location.

If I could I would give them 0Stars…This place is dirty and do not care about their customers..The car had bugs in the car smh and when I called they acted like they didn’t care… So I went there to swap the car out only to get something that’s way smaller

The car was not as promised and discussed on reservation, or upon calling prior to arrival. The full size car was given to the man who came in after me. The reservation line gave dale information and didn’t honor what was told in terms of making contact with the insurance company. I should have used enterprise!!!! The young man Lucas wanted to make it right. His manager was matter of fact about the challenge but as a customer I shouldn’t feel the challenges.

I want to give 0 stars to that place and even Hertz. We booked SUV and whenever we called before pick up manager said it’s sold out. Isn’t that crazy? People can stuck for that service. Better we can find another option and don’t depend on hertz. That is my first time with hertz 😞. Now I will erase that world from my mind.Specially this place manager Hayze(similar to that name) he is worst manager and still hertz keep him. It’s very shameful.I am not recommending any hertz place and specially this one never.0 star from me.Worst worst worst

This place should be shut down . They Canceled my booking last minute. Then told me too call support to receive a refund. Plus to add on support charges you 5% of your booking to speak with a real person.Never booking with Hertz again. Dont ever do business with them.

Gives me dirty vibes and they rent out dirty cars. They gave me a dirty car I asked if they could have it clean the rep informed me it will be an additional 20mins

Would not recommend in the least bit. Staff is unhelpful, they make up a higher credit score required in order to deny you a vehicle. Called corporate and according to their regulations this location does not uphold hertz requirements. I would highly recommend using enterprise or ANYONE else to do business with.

They are pretty good just make sure you have a ride home when you drop off the car or you will be walking back.😂😂😭

My husband picked up a car today, 2/26/2021. This car is smelly, like someone smoked in here and it has all kinds of sounds. Hard to think they didnt have anything else to give him. Would not rent again here.

Rental I received was great for me to get around while my car was being serviced, I was looking at the other reviews and it seems people just have a lot of personal issues.. this location and their team is amazing. Keep it up peeps!!
