Best dentist Ive ever been to, Dr Baker and his staff are very friendly, polite, respectful and professional they take the time to explain everything and answer all your questions, I went 5 years without any teeth until I qualified for the dental lifeline service Im so grateful for everything they did for me, Dr Baker didnt just give me my teeth back he gave me my smile back and my self confidence back for that Ill be eternally grateful not just to Dr. Baker but to everyone involved in making this possible. I would recommend them to anyone.

Friendly fast and does great work. No complaints here. If I need work done again they will be who I go to.

I had to get an emergency tooth extraction done and I have to be honest, everyone was so patient with me and making sure I was comfortable and ok the entire time. I didnt have to wait long and before I knew it, we were done. I am so impressed by their compassion and empathy and made the experience less frightening for me. I can not express into words how amazing Dr. Austin Baker and his assistant Ms. Helen are. First of all I got confused an thought their office was at hilltop. When I called the office to explain what happened, ask where they were located and if the dentist would still see me cause I was running late. Most offices would of said I needed to reschedule. But the receptionist was so kind, understanding and told me to come on in. From the moment I called to the moment I was finished I was treated with kindness, understanding, listened to every word I had to say. Was completely satisfied and felt so much more relaxed with being to discuss the plan and not just be told what was gonna happen. I had 3 extractions and sutures performed. I have been having extreme dental pain off and on since March. But because I have respiratory issues and it is not covid19 I have been tested. No dentists office would see me. I am so grateful for priority dental and for the staff for being so kind, thorough, understanding, supportive. Their office is very clean and use great precautionary measures due to the pandemic.. i did not have to wait very long in the waiting room before they took me back.. This was a extremely painful and scary as far as the shots. But i left the office with a smile, calm and confident about my procedure and well informed about my at home self care. I would highly use and recommend priority dental.

Dr. Baker and his assistant were amazing! Went in for a broken tooth with an abscess and they took care of it right away. I have never had such a painless extraction! Will definitely return!

We love this place. They are very clean, honest, and professional. They work our family in on the evenings, for regular visits or what ever we may need. This is something Casper really needed. We cant say enough about how great the staff is. Highly recommend to anyone.

Dr Baker is just about the best dentist we have gone to. My husband had a broken tooth that needed to be pulled and we were in and out in about 30 minutes. He was super gentle and just awesome. All the staff we interacted with was just friendly and so nice. Prices are pretty good and will be using them as our family dentist the rest of the time we are in Casper.Thank you!

I have severe dental anxiety, Recently I broke a tooth it became infected. I called the office and made an appointment. Upon explaining the severity of anxiety, the staff was wonderful. The dental assistant May went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Emery, was great as well. Wait time was minimal, and the procedure went fast. Thank you all for the amazing service.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING STAFF!My poor nephew had to have over 10 teeth pulled at one time, they took amazing care of him, and made him feel at ease with the procedure!For months now it’s needed done, and well boys will be boys and the staff knew he would avoid it at all costs, so they made the appointment and they got it done and over with.I already forgot names but THANKS TO EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU WHO TOOK CARE OF MY NEPHEW!A few weeks now and he will be on his way to a healthy happier life.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻💙👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻5 stars is still below average in my opinion with how much the staff truly cares about oral heath and it being linked to over all health!AGAIN THANKS SO SO MUCH

I had an infected tooth and had not seen a dentist in a few years. They got me in right away on a weekend and were able to look at it and get another appointment scheduled to get a root canal that went extremely smooth and in a timely manner. The staff was excellent, friendly, and professional.

Love the staff and the doctors. They do everything they can to accommodate you. Its super cool that theyre open on Saturdays when all other dentists are closed. Would definitely recommend.

AMAZING!!! I needed a root canal done NOW- was in so much pain.Priority Dental made me an appointment for the very next morning (out of regular hours). They did more for me then my regular dentist did when I called them.All the staff went above and beyond what I expected. I havent had the best luck with dentists till now. The dentists and office staff are amazing. They are all caring and made sure I wasnt in pain while doing my dental work. Im happy to have my smile back.

My temporary crown, which was done elsewhere, fell out late Friday night. I found this place on Google and saw they were open on Saturday so I called and they got me in! They were incredible! They put a filling in and I have an appointment for my new crown in January!

Tgese people do nothing but lie to get you in their door. I asked if my insurance company was excepted there and they said yes as it turns out it isnt and left me feeling like a fool because my insurance company wasnt accepted there.

For someone who is engulfed with fear when getting numb at the dentist, Dr. Emery made the shot experience very comfortable. Im actually looking forward to building a relationship with Priority Dental.

I would go somewhere else. This is my second and last appointment here. The first experience was underwhelming, this experience was just plain ridiculous.They are fast to schedule you but youll wait for 45 minutes to over an hour for a scheduled appointment. I just left after waiting over an hour with no one apologizing for being swamped or estimating how long it would be. After a walk-in that waited 2+ hours left, a receptionist hollered out an insincere offer for water or coffee then disappeared to the back. That was it as far as communication goes.One man came out and said the dentist was pretty good considering he was bouncing back and forth between 5 patients. I dont want an overbooked dentist hustling through my dental work.No one was even at the receptionist desk for me ask for a rescheduled appointment.

Had some pretty bad tooth pain. Went in and waited for a while. It is the weekend and There were alot of people and I didnt have an appointment. They got me in quickly for a tooth extraction and were very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend. Thank you!!

Excellence, beginning to end. The initial contact (a phone call to set the appointment) and check in/out with Christine at the front desk, working with the hygenist to get new patient history, x-rays (digital / low radiation) - she explained everything she was doing and why, and encouraged me the whole time. The doctor was professional and thorough and explained some work I would need to have done, a timeline for doing so, showed me why it needed to be done and the front desk gave me a quote before I ever left their office.This office is comfortable and clean, they use modern technology which in my opinion makes things safer, easier, more efficient and consequently much more pleasant.Their extended weekday hours and convenient Saturday hours are something that has been needed for a long time - a great way to make a difference to busy people.Ill be back, and Im telling everyone about my experience.THANK YOU for taking excellent care of me.

Such an awesome environment and the staff take care of you, they dont make you do anything you dont want to either and dont pressure you to make costly repairs when you cant afford it. Dont think I will go anywhere else ever again!

My fixed retainer popped out on a Friday night and when I called the next morning I got an appointment that afternoon. The staff is professional and quick and great at taking the headache and anxiety out of an emergency dental visit!

Very seriously poor service! I went there only once last year. Just went in there just now and they said I cant come due to my high frequency of visiting. Seriously! I dont care if they misunderstood that I came there often. All I care about is get my tooth taken care of!

Went in for an appointment on a Saturday at 9 am because of problems with healing an extraction site. Waited until 10:30 for doctor Baker (who was good) tried his best to make me feel better, the blonde dental assistant was very rough though, she layed the suction vacuum down right on top of the open extraction site and suctioned to it. Like complete contact. Then acted like it didnt happen, no apology or anything after watching the tremendous pain it caused. Dr Baker called me the following Monday to check on me, told me if it wasnt better by that coming Friday to call him and he would get me in that day, that he would be in the office. Well today is Friday. I called. I still hurt very badly. The same dental assistant answered the telephone when I called to ask to get in today (Friday), she tells me they are closed today and that the doctor does not know the schedule. That I could walk in tomorrow, but that they are full and I would just have to wait to see if I could get between patients. Was extremely unhelpful to say the least.
