Amazing staff. From setting an appointment over the phone to checking in and being treated.Had tried a few others, but this place is amazing. Not only does my teen love going to the dentist now, but she also is willing to use a toothbrush without being told.Keep it up ladies. Keep it up.

Had emergency that I needed done. The receptionist was amazing getting me in so quickly! The dentist here is wonderful! I thought I need two teeth pulled but, once she got in there and looked around she only needed to pull one which saved me $100! The entire staff is awesome and so friendly. For them to get me in the same day I called and save me from all the pain I was going through was such a blessing! I would highly recommend this dentist. I will be making her my regular and taking my kids there from now on!

Very Professional and walked me through the whole procedure. Best experience I have every had at a dentist. The office staff made sure everything was good with my insurance and handled everything I needed. Take to heart with all the 1 star reviews. They do what those individuals are saying. Myself, I had to go to the Hospital for a spiking fever and extreme pain. With this place it makes you question their practice because yes all these 1 star ratings for them are telling the truth. I will say for the same procedure that I had done in South Dakota, that dentist didnt put you in pain. That was a pleasant experience but this place is absolutely deplorable and unfit. They also lied to me after the procedure. They did not do what they told me they would do. Do not go here. There are better places to go.

Incredible! My son had his first dental visit here yesterday and from the moment we walked in from the front desk staff, to the hygienist and dentist nothing but the best customer service I’ve experienced! I am sharing this for my husband, Gerald Hill. I have been after him for years to find a dentist that he is comfortable and confident in. His first experience at this office was when he had a broken tooth and stopped by just to see if they could get him in. He was taken in within 15 minutes and they took care of of the tooth, scheduled more appointments as needed. He is now on a 6 month schedule for teeth cleaning. After years of dreading the dentist he is finally getting the care he needs. Comes home praising the staff and dentist. If only he had this kind of care as a young man he would have better teeth. Thank you for getting him in, and being compassionate, caring, and giving him the care he has needed for years. Highly recommend, as to gain his confidence and praise is not easy.

I just recently switched to 2nd Dental Office, and they were amazing. The staff was super friendly and thorough. They told me everything that was going to be done and how it was going to be done. The equipment is top of the line, and the staff treats you like family and not a number. Dr. Miranda was awesome!!!! I definitely made the right switch, my teeth couldnt be in better hands. After a lifetime of poor dentists, I was a jaded, hateful bastard. After years of misery, pain, and prejudice, I accidentally found the best! Dr. Miranda is personable, professional, and HIGHLY skilled. Her staff is GREAT.I had extensive surgery done that was pain free, very reasonably priced, and I had minimal recovery time. The staff and doctor renewed my opinion about dentists. They all were very friendly, helpful, professional and informative, and the cleaning/polishing procedure was the most thorough cleaning Ive ever had. My concerns about my teeth were answered better than I expected, and I feel confident in going forward with some needed dental work.

Everyone here was so nice! I had to have a tooth extracted (a very unpleasant experience), but they did their best to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. We moved to Casper a few months ago and were nervous about finding the right dentist for our family. After having a less than desirable experience at another local dentist, we decided to try 2nd Street Dental. I am so grateful we found them!! Dr. Miranda is very sweet and gentle, but also very knowledgeable and thorough! Her staff is equally wonderful! The dental hygienist, Mona, gave me the most meticulous teeth cleaning I have ever had. We had a very pleasant experience in Dr. Martins office. My 5 year old son is terrified of the dentist but had extensive work that needed to be completed. Dr. Martin made sure that he was comfortable and explained everything to him as she was doing it. As his mom I was on cloud nine when she was able to complete the work and I didnt hear him screaming or crying, not even once! He came right out of her chair to me with a SMILE on his face! He is very fond of Dr. Martin and I know that we chose the right place for him! Dr. Martin is AMAZING! I would recommend her to any of my friends and family. A+++++

We love 2nd Street Dental! Every time my son and I go in for a visit, they make us feel right at home. Some kids get nervous to go to the dentist, but my son gets super excited to go in to see Dr. Miranda. Dr. Miranda Haefle is amazing. Our entire family goes to her for our dental work. When we went for the first time, she was sure to explain to us every step she was doing (being that it was a dentist you could not watch what she was doing :)). Even our 1 year old daughter was not frightened by what was happening because Dr. Miranda made it entertaining for her. Both my husband and I needed fillings (that our previous dentist did not see, as we do our regular 6 month check ups), and after leaving the office, we hardly had any side effects from the procedures! We would highly recommend Dr. Miranda and her staff for any of your dental needs.

Had 4 teeth pulled ,came back a few days later because the pain was unbearable,all they did was clean the sight out with cold saline solution and put a paste of some sort in the extraction sight, several days later I went to the er because the pain still had not let up, a few days later I noticed an abscess and called this dentist back, they did call in a prescription for antibiotics, however no one called to check if it ever cleared up,ended up going to a second dentist office only to find out that part of the root had been left is why I was having so much pain and infection, the second office was able to remove the root and by the next day I was no longer in pain,definitely would not recommend this dentist!

My four year old daughter had a bad experience with an optometrist a while back because they had a slightly more... Aggressive bedside manner. After this, she had some anxiety about most doctors. We found ourselves in a position of needing to have some of her teeth worked on (a fact that I am less than proud of as a parent) and were searching for a provider that would help to calm her little nerves. Dr Miranda came highly recommended by my sister who takes her whole famiy to 2nd Street Dental.Dr Miranda and the entire staff are AWESOME!! She took the time to talk with my daughter and make her completely comfortable--even going so far as to make her a balloon from a rubber glove--before starting her work. If my daughter ever seemed uncomfortable or anxious, Dr Miranda would stop working just to chat with her and, again, ease her nerves before resuming. People arent numbers here, theyre truly cared for.I saw that some reviewers disliked the fact that you pay for your services the same day, but I want to say that they gave me a printout of all the expenditures I could expect on my daughters teeth up front, and before they started any of the work they discussed the cost with me. Nothing was ever a surprise, and I felt that the charges were all fair and reasonable. Also, insurance reimburses me fairly quickly, so its never been a problem. Even if I didnt get reimbursed, theyd be worth the money. I think its worth noting that we drive two hours to see them its so worth it!! LOVE!!

I was treated extremely bad by the front office staff. I have never been treated so poorly by any medical office. I asked for the doctor to call me back and she never returned my call. I will never go to this office again for dental care. This office left me in tears.I am taking the time to respond to the office response because they are not correct - This is one of the only reviews I have ever done because my experience was so poor - I was a patient in this office and Dr. Miranda was the dentist. 2nd Street Dental is a very clean and professional business. They were great at explaining what they were doing and why they do certain things. I think they did a very thorough examination and cleaning. My first appointment went a little longer than I would have liked because X-rays took some time. I hear that is not typical though. If you are in a hurry make sure to let them know I guess. But over all they were very gentile. My mouth didnt hurt at all and I felt like they really knew what they were doing. They sent a copy of my bill to my insurance for me which I appreciated because that meant I would get a reimbursement check back sooner than if I were to send it in on my own. Overall I was very pleased with my first appointment and Ill be coming back every 6 months for a cleaning.

This is absolutely the best staff and the best dentist in Casper hands down. They are a joy to be around, you will actually look forward to seeing the dentist. I cant say enough good things about this office.

The amount of pain you put me in and then told me that it would be get better and after that I pulled out another 5 Peaces and was in excruciating pain for over 10 days that witch cost me my job and you or not concerned of any of this. My recommendation is I would never visit this dentist

I love 2nd Street Dental. The staff is all very kind and professional. Dr. Miranda began working on my sons teeth when he was 3 years old. He had several cavities. She was very patient with him and made a treatment plan that took things slowly so that he would not be scared. She also explained everything to me and included me in the decisions. He loves going to see his dentist now. If I had gone a different route, he would have been put under and probably scared of the dentist for life. I cannot recommend her enough to parents who are seeking a dentist for their children.

I absolutely love 2nd Street Dental! The sisters in the front office are so wonderful and knowledgable about the billing process and very helpful setting up appointments. Apparently Dr Haefele is awesome when it comes to cosmetics and fillings and such. I came in four days ago to get an extraction, one of the shots to deaden my tooth, she missed. It went in my jaw, therefore I felt most of the extraction. Went back in cause of sometimes throbbing pain. Because it was a extraction, she couldn’t help me. Even though she did cut my gum to get it out. But that’s not really surgery. LOL. I was told to keep taking my ibuprofen. It could possibly take a week to a month to get over. What?!?!!! Saying that, she will never touch my teeth, ever!!

My FIRST visit to this dental office was on Tuesday. October 24th for the purpose of establishing a relationship with a local dental practice for my overall basic Dental care & maintenance on my teeth & oral health. I was extremely impressed with everyone that I had any interaction with while there as a new patient. I was treated with a friendly, yet welcoming & completely professional attitude by all Dr Haefele was/is patient & gave me an overall assessment of a plan for my treatment which is reasonably priced and will at the same time improve my oral health & appearance. I plan on being a permanent patient and having more work done on my teeth as I am able to pay for it, as I am a retiree with a limited income, and was indeed delighted that they agreed to let me “pay as I go”!!! I could not be more pleased with a business relationship of this level & HIGHLY recommend this office for anyone looking for a new Dental office or simply to replace one that they are not happy with. Life is simply too short to spend time doing business with rude & unpleasant people!!

Had a problem with a tooth this morning, they got me in, pulled the tooth, and it was affordable without sacrificing comfort or quality. Almost 7 hours later with no pain medication needed. Wish I didnt live 1000 miles away or this would be my familys dentist for sure.

This place is wonderfully friendly and warm. From a person who usually fears going to the dentist, the hygienists are gentile and kind, The dentist is amazing and most importantly they dont shame a person if their teeth arent excellent. Yay

I did not go to this dentist so cannot review their actual procedures. This is only about their insurance policies. They require full payment up front and they bill my insurance and the insurance then pays me back. This is quite ridiculous as I pay quite well for my insurance specifically so I do not have to pay up front (or cover major medical costs). If I could pay for the work I need (extensive crowns) up front, I wouldnt have insurance.Theyve lost a customer because of their paranoid policies, one that (unfortunately) drops quite a bit of money at the dentist. There are quite a few other dentists in town who do not have this policy. I completely understand that dentists dont want the headache of waiting for payment, but why should that be pushed onto me? Im glad other dentists dont have this problem.

The most amazing dentist for children, and adults, especially those who have high anxiety &/or fear of dental work/dentists! I highly recommend them for their ability to do fillings on children WITH OUT shots (dependant on severity of dental issues, of course) My son (age 6-7yrs at the time) didnt even notice the drill used for filling he got even though he has incredibly sensitive teeth due to severe bruxism(grinding). Theyve always made sure as their patients, we are comfortable during procedures & happy with their results. Awesome team work! Make you feel very welcome and at ease in office and happily answer your questions to the best of their ability, staff has great fun-loving personalities, great sense of humor, always make you feel as though they are happy to have you and give you their time, not rushed through to get through patients like so many other medical staff do. I could not be happier with a dentist for my child and have also been a patient myself( and Im TERRIFIED of dentist appointments lol). Only dentist office Ive ever taken my preteen son to, back when he first got teeth!

My 3 year old had a GREAT experience! Every single person had a wonderful attitude and they were so personal with her. They explained everything to her step by step and she got to make choices of flavors and type of brush she got (only 2 choices to keep it simple and moving along). It is very clean and professional, I have an appt in a couple weeks and the lady at the front desk gave me the forms to fill out so I can just walk in at my appt time!

I Have had the best experience, at 2nd street dental I have had full mouth x-rays, 6 fillings on the last two filings DR. Miranda did not have to use anesthetic on the last two fillings she is so gentle, a partial denture that is great it is so nice to be able to smile again. teeth cleaning Dr. Miranda is the only dentist i have been to who recommended teeth cleaning also went with the whitening program all in all i have had a superb experience,with all the above. I cannot say enough good things about this place! I have been to a lot of dentists and Miranda not only is genuine and nice, she takes an interest in you as a person, AND has small hands and a gentle touch. My husband HATES dentists but this is one place I never have a hard time getting him to go. The techs are friendly and nice and the girls at the front desk go above and beyond. Four different times my husband has had emergencies and they always get him in right away. And who doesnt love lifetime teeth whitening! My husband and I have already decided if we ever move, this is one place, worth making a special trip for just to get our dental work done. It is hard to find the perfect dentist, but at 2nd street dental...its the perfect office all in one!

I dont usually review businesses but the service I received from Dr. Haefele and her staff was above and beyond so I feel compelled to do so.I had a very bad experience with another local Dental office with the care my two boys received. In fact, due to the negative experience we had, my boys had to have several procedures that should have been completed by the other dental office. I was at a loss and had to find a new Dentist.From the minute we walked into Dr. Haefeles office, I knew we had found a home. What a relief!!At one of our last visits we had an issue with our insurance change and thought we would have to go else where. I was heart broken to say the least. The staff took this as an opportunity to REALLY shine! They bent over backwards to work with me and my insurance company to continue to have us as patients. The issue was resolved and we are happily still with our friends at Second Street Dental. They could have let us walk out the door. I am a new patient, and it only took two weeks to get in. I needed a cleaning and i wasnt happy with my previous one at the last dental office. everyone was very nice and helpful in the front office. the cleaning went fantaastic, and I actually thought she was ocd, because she kept changing cleaning tools, and I like to say digging deeper after she was finished the dentist came in and checked her work then asked me if I had any questiions. I am a huge baby when it comes to the dentist. Being relatively new to the area, I asked a co-worker where she went and she recommended 2nd Street. I had hyped myself up with anxiety so much for my first appointment and told Mona, the dental hygienist, this. She told me everything she was doing before she did it during the cleaning and radiographs and really eased my mind. Dr. Haefele was amazing. So nice and made sure I was doing okay during the entire visit because I was so nervous.During my second visit today to get two fillings taken care of, again I had hyped myself up anticipating pain and discomfort because of past visits at different dentist offices. Dr. Haefele went through everything even explaining what each of the instruments she was using did to ease my mind. During the procedure, she told me to raise my hand if it started to hurt. Ive never been to the dentist for a filling without having to have multiple injections of the numbing agent multiple times. She only had to do it once. She even did one side of my mouth without a numbing agent. During the entire procedure, she kept asking if I was doing okay. She is the cheeriest person ever!From the moment I walked into 2nd Street, to checking out with the always personable Sam...everything was enjoyable. I have never been able to say that about a dentist office before. They are slowly changing my mind about going to the dentist! Thank you Dr. Haefele, Mona, Sam and Mary for two great visits. :)
