Highly recommend Dr. Prach! It had been quite awhile since my last cleaning and the staff were all very welcoming, friendly, and gentle. I went in with a little bit of anxiety about the whole thing and left feeling relieved and well taken care of.

My experience was very good. The people I came in contact was very nice. Erin Prach is very good at what she does. She is friendly as well.

I HATE THE DENTIST OFFICE! For many years I’ve had the biggest fear and so have managed to not care for my dental needs as much as I should. This office got me in SAME SAY, we’re fast, friendly, non-judge mental and just over all amazing. I got schedule pretty far out for my next appointment, but got put on a cancellation list and got the call back to come in the very next day! I will be going here for a while!

Its been a long time since I was a patient with a dentist. Found Erin Prach thru my insurance as a provider. Very glad I picked this office. The staff is extremely friendly. Made me feel very comfortable. Have had my daughter with on both visits. They have worked me to make sure she is comfortable while waiting for me.

Im new to town and chipped a tooth. I wanted to find someone quickly before I went on vacation. I looked at the reviews and decided to try Erin Prach. Im a big baby when it comes to anyone touching my teeth, but she was very receptive to my concerns. I can honestly say, getting prepped for my new crown did not hurt in the slightest. She (and the office staff) are so professional and make you feel very welcome. Im happy I found my new dentist here in Casper! :)

I cannot recommend Dr Prach enough. With her warm and friendly staff, she helped me conquer my paralyzing dental phobia caused by a traumatic experience years ago when my wisdom teeth were extracted. She patiently explained every step and made absolutely sure that I was numb before doing any work. I experienced no pain at all and now feel quite silly for avoiding the dentist all of these years. My phobia was so extreme that I became anxious whenever I drove by a dental office or heard anyone even discussing teeth, so I consider overcoming this fear to be quite an accomplishment. Thanks to Dr Prach and staff, I will never avoid dental exams and cleanings again.

Stay away from her she has been committing insurance fraud for years. She has been doing whats called and the medical billing and coding community upcoding meaning that she will add extra procedures on there but you didnt have bill that to your insurance the insurance wont cover certain things and they know that and so you end up having to pay her. She did this to me and other people throughout Casper. Why do you think her office looks so nice. She does shotty work anyway and she charges for things that werent done I would request my eobs and they wouldnt let me have them an EOB is explanation of benefits that tells you the procedure the codes that were used what the insurance covered and what the insurance didnt cover and it will tell you why they didnt cover it. Update I was referred to you I was new to Casper and for two years straight you were ripping us off.

As always a great experience. This time the hygienist spent more time with me, usually Dr. Prach does more of the cleaning which is different than most dentists. I know Dr. Prach is very careful about what she allows hygienists to do so I knew my hygienst was well qualified, as was the front desk and other hygienst that helped with a fitting for a nightguard. My hygienst was professional, caring, and her recommendation reflected concern about price. My appointments are always on time, positive, and I feel like they take time to listen to the patient. Definitely my dentist as long as I am in Casper.

My husband and I moved to Casper last October. As always, we were nervous about finding a new dental provider in a new hometown. We were so happy to find Dr. Prach! It has been a blessing to get to know Dr. Prach and her wonderful staff. We feel we have made the perfect choice for all of our dental care.

Needed an emergency extraction and they got me in within 2 hours of calling. Terrified and nervous, I forced myself to go, expecting the typical reception I get at a dentists office, rudeness and a terrible bedside manner. Not so! Alas, they were different! And not like a little different, but a lot different. Everyone there was kind, compassionate, and concerned for my comfort. I actually cried with relief while still shaking like a jackhammer because of my long time fear of dentists and needles. When it was done, which was actually quick, I knew I had finally found a dentist that I would be comfortable with. Thank you, thank you, thank you ladies for your kindness and empathy! I would highly recommend!!

Dr.Prach and Julia are great! I went into get 3 extractions and to be honest it was the most pleasant dental experience Ive ever had considering what I went in for. They were so welcoming, nice, skilled, and explained everything. I cannot thank them and the whole staff enough for everything... GREATEST DENTIST EVER!

I needed a few simple cosmetic fixes that every other dentist had ignored because my teeth were “fine.” Dr. Prach offered several options to help me love my smile. I originally started seeing Dr. Prach because my husband had such a positive experience. When I met her, I instantly understood why! She is friendly and down-to-earth.
