We just left the Casper Honda dealership and cannot praise them enough for their wonderful service!! We were on our way from MT to TX when our Odyssey’s check engine light came on about 26 miles south of Casper. We called the dealership and they said they would fit us in if we could get there. Since the light on the dash was yellow and not red, we did just that. Matt (manager) and Laura were great! They ran the diagnostics, found the issue, had the part, fixed it in less than an hour, and had us back on our merry way. Terrific customer service all the way around!!!

Bought a car today and had a wonderful experience. Its under new ownership, and Dan was incredibly friendly and I think they are going to the best car dealership in Casper now! GO there now if you want to buy a vehicle! You wont be disappointed.

Excellent Customer service! The staff are extremely heplful and accommodate your needs. Having a Thin myself I was easily able to approach the dealership and find exactly what I was looking for.

My husband bought this vehicle with a code showing it needed a new gas cap for small evaporative system leak. Ran the code myself to make sure that truly was all that was causing the engine light. They promised and included in paperwork they would provide a new gas cap and never did despite several phone calls and no call back. Two weeks later magically a transmission code appeared and I was informed more than likely they had cleared the code to sell the vehicle. I am livid when we bought this vehicle they new we had a brand new baby and were looking for something bigger to accommodate the car seat and SAFER because my impala needed work. We will never go back and have zero trust in this companies character! Now we have no vehicle for the baby but do have extensive repair costs and payments and havent even paid taxes on it yet!

I have been to a lot dealerships in my life . Weather I got approved or not I always got a call back . This dealership runs your credit and says they will call you as soon as the bank gets back with them . Three days later I haven’t heard anything not even a phone call from the dealer saying sorry your not approved or we still are waiting to hear something. Very dessponited . Wound doing business elsewhere

They never cease to amaze. They always, and I mean ALWAYS go above and beyond. Especially back in the service department. They do things for me, and my family that can only be defined as favors. It’s definitely made me a loyal repeat customer. They’re quick, and a delight to work with. If I have to wait, it’s never for very long, and they’re more than happy to drive me somewhere if need be. My most recent visit was routine. Just an oil change, and they did another small repair with no additional charge. Maybe it fell under warranty? Either way, it was a nice surprise. I’m always excited to go back and see the service department. They make it an easy breezy visit each time, and always take care of us. Brandy is who I usually end up working with, and I have nothing but good things to say about her. She’s so quick to do what it takes to please. I honestly can’t say enough about Honda of Casper. I don’t plan on taking my business anywhere else anytime soon.

Hands down the best experience Ive ever had buying at a dealership ever. Everyone was very friendly, very nice and laid back, and I definitely never felt pressured to make any sort of decision. They gave me time, allowed me to make the best decision, and really made me feel comfortable. Plus, they gave me a great deal and the actual process of buying the car was so quick and painless that I was shocked when we were done so fast! Belt tensioner failed and we were a thousand miles from home. Brought our vehicle here and it was diagnosed and repaired much faster than I thought possible. Everyone here was so courteous and what could have been a bad day ended up just fine and we were back on the road quickly. Would definitely recommend!

The experience with the staff seemed genuine at first. I traded in a car to get my daughter a new car for her 16th birthday. We were on a time limit and felt like we were rushed trough the paper work. At my fault I didnt thoroughly check the car over better. I was honest about my trade in and work we had just had done on it. I was told they were a no haggle company. They wouldnt work with me very well on the trade in and pointed out very small flaws in the car. Needless to say we noticed a week later there was damage to the front bumper and under carriage. Would have been nice to know from a family oriented business.

Something is strange with this place. Advertised a vehicle on Facebook for 12k but when I requested follow up from their website the price was 21k. Followed up with GM and SM and no response. Gave them the chance to explain but they didn’t even feel it was necessary to reply.

This service department did a maintenance on our car prior to driving to California. After 6 months we took it in to my mechanic in California for a simple oil change and were told all the car fluids were empty or contaminated. There was no fluid in the transmission. When we spoke to the service manager he offered no excuse or partial refund. He asked if we trusted and knew the mechanic that reported the problem. We told him it was a personal friend who has worked on our cars for 38 years and is completely trustworthy. We have photos of the fluid levels. He said there was nothing he could do for us. No apology...nothing. Be warned about these guys. Don’t trust them.

Honda of Casper had the exact Odyssey I was looking for. The salesman was friendly and professional, and we reached an agreement in a short time. This was my first vehicle with the digital electronics. They had a form for me to fill in settings I wanted, he set them up and showed me some other things I needed to know and told me to return should I need more help. Since I still had my old vehicle, the finance officer drove it to my home for me. I returned a day or two later with a couple of questions, and though the salesman was busy, he took the time to help me. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Honda of Casper. I have all my servicing done there. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I would not take y Odyssey anywhere else!

Ive been there twice now for service on two different vehicles. First time I was there it was very quiet and few other customers or employees but the ones I did see where wonderful and friendly. The next time I went it was very busy yet the employees handled everything well and stayed calm and organized. My vehicle was worked on almost immediately and it didnt take long. Everyone that I met greeted me with a smile and asked if they could do anything for me and specifically asked if I would like to have coffee and a donut . showed me how to work the expresso machine, and some came back to offer a refill of the coffee. My vehicle was driven right to me. This will be my place for vehicle service from now on. I had a terrible experience with another dealer in town so was very happy to find one that is actually very good and, in fact, from my two experiences, excellent

Always a wonderful experience. The employees are all very friendly and accommodating; I especially love and appreciate the little childrens area which is kept clean and ready to be used.

Been trying to contact the dealer for the past 5 weeks. No one will answer any questions I have. Only response I got was, car is not for sale. I followed up with some other questions and was ignored. I have emailed 3 different people at Honda of Casper, only one told me the car is not for sale. If I was interested in other cars that are similar, how would you know if you cant even respond. With only 50 cars on the lot, I know you are not seeing many customers inside the dealer that you cannot take 2-3 minutes to write a quick response. I have talked to bigger dealerships, heck I even talked to the biggest dealer in Colorado, and the sales representative I talked to replied to me each time within 30 minutes. If I were the owner I would look into my employees not replying over email. There is no point in having customers put in their information if you are just going to ignore it. Lastly, if a car is not for sale, WHY would you leave it on your website. Would love to give a good rating....but I need to get some sort of response first.

Honda of Casper helped us out in a pinch. Coming into town our alternator gave up on us. Got our vehicle towed to the dealership that evening. Was at the store first thing in the A.M. and they got me in right away. Having two kiddos (2 yr & 5 month) and a wife waiting anxiously at a hotel, they got us on the road by lunch time. The service advisor, Brandy, and parts manager, Mike, handled the situation like professionals. If I were their boss, Id give them a raise. Thanks again to the entire crew.

My car broke down 300 miles out when someone give me a jump it would only go about 40 miles an hour it would not go past that. When I got there I told him what I thought was wrong with them they gave me a quote then they pulled it in the shop told me what was really wrong with it then did not jerk me around and told me the truth about what you did need to fixed now and what could be fixed later they even gave me a bunch of GoodDiscounts counts I trust there team , my whole family uses Honda this car is never let us down it’s a 2004 it’s been across country six times And too Mexico 3. I trust this bread with my family. My next car will be a Honda we trust them they take care of my family and keep my mind at ease knowing they’re safe. Big thank you.

I am beyond happy with the service I receive at Honda of Casper. They work with my schedule, shuttle me if need me, and are always prompt. Will not go anywhere else.

Took my car in because it was pulling to the left. They found nothing wrong and told me to get an alignment. Got an alignment at the shop that does their alignments. Car still pulls to the left.So I paid two shops to fix my car and nothing got fixed. Either theyre incompetent or ripping me off. Im taking my business to Colorado. Because the other honda dealers in this state are no better. I take the car in and they say get an alignment and find nothing. I get alignment after alignment and the car still isnt fixed.

This shop is dishonest. I took my wifes Honda here that was purchased from the shop in 2008 wonderful vehicle the shop manager called me after I dropped it off for a recall on the airbags. I asked them to replace the oil and the rear windshield wiper. The shop manager called me and told me my serpentine belt was worn out and that I needed new brakes I replace the serpentine belt less than a month ago and the ceramic brakes are practically brand-new less than a year they overfilled the oil by a quart and broke the hose off the back windshield washer fluid hose so now it leaks into the back of my car so I would never return to the shop not only that $68 for an oil change. I would avoid this place.

Prior to our purchase we were promised the moon the stars and anything else we might want. Bill, the SPECIAL salesman who was there to train the salesman was overbearing, even telling us to pray on the purchase! Well we bought the pickup and as soon as the last signature was done Bill couldnt push us out the door fast enough. We had been promised the work we had requested would be done on the next Tuesday. Low & behold on Monday we were told the parts had never been ordered & they couldnt do the work. Consequently, we couldnt spend the 4th of July weekend camping as we had planned. We had find a shop on our own to do the work. In conclusion, we would never buy another thing from Honda of Casper.

Honda makes a great vehicle and the trade Honda of Casper and I made was equitable. However, service after the sale from the accounting department manager was not helpful. This was a frustrating experience.

Our older Honda had a breakdown during a long trip. The service department was very helpful and they were able to get us back on the road quickly.

I was in with my husband yesterday 1-6-2018 to just see how many miles a truck had and how much they were asking. They wanted to pull our credit but we refused to give them our social security numbers since we are just looking not purchasing at this time. So the sales man tells us hes gonna grab the keys for a test drive, but no he comes back with another salesman who proceeds to tell us we dont know how much our 2010 suv is worth that its worth much less, than we have already been offered already, that another dealership is trying to sell us a lemon. Also that its not possible to have a truck payment at $260/month. Needless to say we walked out and will not ever be returning. Thats not how you sell cars honda. I felt like we were being told that we were stupid. No pressure sales my ass. I wish I didnt have to give you a star cause you dont even deserve one.

Im sure they have good service, as long as you dont have to bring your vehicle in for recalls! Im not happy I had to come from out of town to sit in the service department for repairs that are not voluntary, for 2 hours now. Could have got a loaner car but I didnt have proof of insurance. I have insurance, just no proof. Why, because life isnt perfect, thats why. Had I known I needed it, this day, I would have brought it. I will take my vehicle to honda of rock springs now. UPDATE- 4 hours total I sat in the service department for recall repairs. Most places I have gone to, customer service employees try a little harder at pleasing there customers. Not this employee, Facebook thankfully, was way more important. Thumbs up honda of casper.

Be prepared to receive many phone calls. We told them what we could do, how much of a loan we would take out, and what the payments needed to be. They wanted to run our credit BEFORE telling us how much the vehicle was! They flat out refused to tell us the amount of the vehicle. They came back to us 20xs in two hours, with offer after offer that was NOT what we could do. 18 phone calls and 5 days later they were just over what we said we would do, but by then we were OVER being pulled around by them. I mean they came back once only knocking 40 dollars more off of the total of the vehicle, and nothing else. We did our research, we called multiple dealers, we knew what was a good deal, how much more they couldve accomadated our financial placement, what was acceptable payments and warrenty packages, etc. They will tell you exactly what you want to hear, they arent actually REAL with you. Countless times they went back and forth like politicians changing political stances to accommodate their pricing plans. They prey upon uneducated decisions, and instant gratification in a very matter of fact fashion. I mean just tell us the amount of the car! Dont ask us what payments we could make, instead. Dont change the subject of simple questions in need of a simple answer. Let them see what they can do to get you off the lot in that car today, while they dig much deeper in your pocket than necessary. Not to mention the car we drove was NOTICABLY out of alignment with poorly aired tires to boot. The car had been there for 3.5 months, and I it hadnt been fixed. I guess the people that would have bought it right then, but their kid was asleep so they couldnt test drive it ;) ;) ;) didnt want it either because it has been a month now still sitting there. They did seem to know very little about vehicles, for selling them being there profession. Very disappointed with how this dealership is so poorly providing quality service and accommodating buyers needs. Great interest rates, though!
