Husband and I were on a trip out West and ran into some car issues. He got us in right away in the morning and test drove it and made some small repairs that seemed to do the trick! We were passing through town when the alternator went out. We managed to get the van to Doyle’s. When they opened in the morning they said they would get through some oil changes and then work on the van. The were extremely helpful and nice. They recommended a restaurant within walking distance. When we returned it was completely finished. They used a good quality part and guaranteed it. They knew we had a long trip and worked us into their very busy schedule so we could be back on the road. What an excellent repair shop!

I cant say enough good things. We were told by Brakes Plus in Pueblo, CO that we needed a whole new suspension on our truck and that it was unsafe when we stopped there for brake pads.. We didnt believe it and brought our vehicle here for a 2nd opinion. This shop looked at our vehicle and assured us that we didnt need to do anything and that we were good to go. I have always had good luck with Doyle Johnsons auto repair. They replaced the transmission and transfer case in my suburban and it runs great. Sometimes I am expecting a $500-1000 and I come pick it up only owing $100. I always feel that they treat me fairly and honestly.

When my truck broke down going through Casper, Wyoming my first thought was’ how to find a reputable service center to do the work’ when we aren’t from the area. Well, I got incredibly lucky. I noticed on Google Maps that I wasn’t far from Doyle Johnson’s auto repair. I called and told Karen my problem (traveler long way from home) and she put Todd on the line. Todd said he’d call some of his customers who were having their cars worked on and see if he could make room for us. long story short he was able to work us in and less than 4 hours later we were on the road happy as clams. I want to give the strongest recommendation possible to Todd & Karen and the crew at Doyle Johnson’s. They went above and beyond in helping us get back on the road. The Casper, Wyoming area is truly blessed to have this business in your area.

I took my Lincoln to the Ford dealer for check engine light ang running rough. They diagnosed it as an injector stuck open, stuck valve and I needed a new engine for $10,000. I knew that was not the correct diagnosis. I saved up what I thought I needed for a head replacement, took it to Doyles, they re-diagnosed it - all I needed was a new injector. Repair was about $1,000 compared to $10,000 diag from Ford. Todd and the mechanic were very thorough in explaining everything to me. So happy I found them. They have another loyal customer in me.

They replaced my power steering, changed my oil, flushed fluids, air filter, battery, all in a much quicker time frame than expected, and the cost was 25% less than what I thought Id pay. I love these guys, I will never take my vehicle anywhere else.

Best service in Wyoming! When all the other repair shops rejected us, Doyle helped us and gave solutions to our problem in less than an hour. Our car broke down in the middle of nowhere and we ended in his repair shop. He did a complete job and the team was amazing with us. We leaved the town very fast and happy with the results. Wyoming is full with nice people, Doyle Johnsons Auto Repair is the nicest and most professional repair shop in town.

By far the best customer service Ive ever experienced in Casper Wyoming for any type of mechanical auto needs. I have a newer late model Chevy Malibu, after having it to Whites mountain here in Casper three times and still not getting the problem resolved. And after hundreds and hundreds of dollars spent. I still have the same issue. Whites refused to call me back and make things right and ignoring my phone calls. I then called Doyles they got me right in and fast. It took 2 attempts to fix as come to find out it was electrical. However Doyles was fast, accurate and affordable. Best part when my car died they came right out to where I was to see the issue first hand and even offered me a ride home. Now thats amazing customer service!! The have an amazingly nice staff and mechanics. Highly recommend them for any of your Auto mechanical problems. They even work with extended warranties. I am a happy customer! And will only use Doyles for all my mechanical auto needs! Thanks guys!! Your a life saver!!

Needed the clutch and flywheel replaced on my 2012 mini cooper. This job is a beast without a lift and a number of shops I called around for quotes where very hesitant about doing the repair or quoted me a price that was very high and uncomfortable. Doyle Johnson came back with a very fair quote and was honest while doing it! Said they have worked on a mini clutch once or twice in past but had all the material to figure out and get the job done and that they did! There was a plug loose after that I had to bring the car back around to locate and resolve but the techs here took time out and helped me find it in just a few min. They will for sure get my continued business. Thank you!

I cannot speak highly enough of this establishment. I was moving our whole household across the country by pulling a 7x16 trailer with my Suburban. When we arrived in Casper, it was making a noise. I took it to a lube and tire shop who told me the whole rear end needed to be replaced, and they couldnt do it for a week. I took it to the Chevy dealer, and they didnt want to touch it. I called Doyles, and Todd told me to bring it right over. He test drove it with me, diagnosed it, and said he could have it done the next day. He delivered, and we were back on the road the following day. The Suburban is still running strong, and I could not be happier. If you need auto service in Casper, WY, dont go anywhere else.

I highly recommend this garage to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced! We took our car in with a loud exhaust and fully expected to pay a ton of money. They fixed our car and didn’t try to up charge any prices. They were honest and fair!

Hammered a small deer outside of Casper. Picked Doyles place more or less randomly, based on location and reviews on Google. Asked if he could trim off the wrecked part of the bumper, which he did, but he also found a flap of jagged sheet metal in the engine bay and persuaded it towards the hood so it wouldnt imperil a tire. Asked him how much I owed him--no charge. Out of there in ten minutes. Made it home to Chicago no problem.

We ended up in a bit of a pickle when the wind caught our car door and kept it from shutting all the way, but we had help from Doyle Johnsons when it had happened before, and had no second thought where to go to have it fixed! They had us in and out in a jiffy, and were so kind! We will definitely be coming back!

Great customer service. Resolved the issue and suggested multiple thing after a discussion. They are more interested in satisfying customers than simply getting paid. Would recommend them for any automotive questions. They also have a much quicker turnaround than most repair facilities in town.

Best auto shop in Casper.Todd is honest and has good mechanics. He will not tell you that you need work done if it doesnt really need to be done.He honors his word and will not charge more than he says with no hidden costs AND he WILL check with you before doing any work.Might cost a little more than other shops in town but is always worth every penny spent.

Really great team here at Doyle Johnson’s. My car died on the 487 and I had no idea where to take it for repair. I picked here based on proximity and the good reviews and I’m glad I did! They were able to diagnose the engine problem on a dead car and get me back on the road quickly. It was much appreciated!

This place is great. Had engine trouble traveling and they had me stop in and helped me immediately. Ended up being a misfiring spark plug and they had it diagnosed and changed and had me back on the road in under an hour and was more than fairly priced. I highly recommend this shop.

Had them repair/replace my bumper. They ordered universal parts which werent flush to my vehicle. Its fine, I overlooked it. I notice the bottom runner piece is not equal, - one side the vent is punched through and one side is not. I asked him about this and he says, I dont know, I can knife it out for you. Clearly its a manufacturing defect they overlooked. Then they forgot to order the fog light so I had to come back. Also, they didnt place the clips on my bumper. I had to go to Napa and get the clips to do it myself. I guess they failed to test the fog lights because they dont work when I tried them today. So, back I go for the 3rd time tomorrow.. And the cherry on top, the mechanic had the nerve to leave a sticky note in my cup holder with his number, asking if im single! Very unprofessional.
