I would tell people to be aware of products or services they provide in the way of switch and bait. Either from employees or management this is a problem. You should look else where, better options out there.

My husband broke down in Casper coming home from a business trip. We were referred to Farleys Imports by Extra Care Auto in Riverton. They got us in right away and had our Jeep fixed with in 3 hours and for a reasonable price that didnt break the bank!!! Thank you Farleys!!!

Randy at Farleys has been awesome every time I have to come to them. My experiences with their shop has gone smooth and flawless. He was very informative and I felt like he and his crew really knew what to do.My first visit a different shop told me there was a major electrical problem and Id needed a new transmission. I went to Farleys for a second opinion and right off the bat Randy assured me hed figure it out. Two hours later he called and said a rodent or something got up in the wires. He repaired them and heat treated it and it was a couple hundred bucks versus thousands. It was great!Second time he worked with my power train warranty people to replace a major component. He called them quickly, set up the claim and informed me he had the parts ordered and my car will be back to me shortly!I dont think Ill ever go to another place in town other than Farleys for anything to do with my cars for the rest of my life. Thank you Farleys!!!

Today at Farleys I had a complete tune up and total maintenance flush on my wifes very nice PT Cruiser Limited Turbo .All I can say is that I was totally and completely satisfied with there very professional service on this vehicle and will be returning for other work in future. My BWM decided to throw a heater hose during the noon lunch rush. It was towed to Farleys and, although there were numerous cars to be looked at/worked on, the problem was diagnosed within mere hours and parts ordered. Less than two days later my buggy is back and running in fine shape. As an aside, my sister also owns imports and has all of her work done at Farleys and she speaks very highly of them as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Farleys to any import owner.

Randy & all others were fantastic. Never go to anyone else in Casper. They knew exactly what to do. Actually made room in the schedule, repair que. I was out of their garage in 45 mins. This is a PROFESSIONAL CREW. They treat their clients with the importance: as a formula one driver. They put the meaning in TEAM. & Client 1st.So dont waste your time with others; go to the PROz. FARLEYz AFA of Casper USA! Cost was extremely fair. No sticker shock.

Brought my car in for power steering whine. Was told I needed to replace the pump, so I had them do it. $600. No more power steering whine, now car leaks power steering fluid. Have to take the car back several times, they claimed they fixed whatever it could be each time. Car still leaks power steering fluid after I bring it back for the fifth time and second new pump swap. Now they claim the leak is from something else and are asking $800-$1,100! My car never had a leak before going here!!!

Emergency as on a business trip and broke down in Casper. Farley’s was superb! Had my van fixed and back on the road in no time.

I had these guys put a clutch in my VW Jetta a year and a half ago and my car has had nonstop problems with it ever since, all because they forgot to put in bolts in the engine mount and in the clutch. The repairs that I have had to do on my car because of them has been around $800. They did a terrible job on my car so I recommend you don’t take your cars to these guys.

I have been going to farleys for about three years, taken multiple different vehicles here and the service is always excellent. When I was younger my Pa always talked so highly of the place so when I got my first vehicle thats where I took it. I recently moved out of state and I wish I could find a place that is as genuine as here with as friendly employees!

Took my Audi there for a electrical short draining the Battery, first time they replaced a modular, that wasnt the problem, then they said it was the alternator, which I told them I had already replaced, called them back and he said he is unable to fix it that Id have to take it to an Audi dealer, after I paid them 800.00 FOR NOTHING!!!!! I have taken my car there for other problems and it seems like u have to keep returning the vehicle 3 to 4 times to get it right, IF they get it right.. STAY AWAY!!!! THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR....

On a family road trip developed an auto issue. The guys fit me in and had me back on the road by lunch it. Cant say enough good thinks!
