I have a 1990 Jeep wrangler yj with a manual transmission. My transmission fluid was low. I called all of the transmission shops in town and they were all to busy to fit me in to their schedule. So I stopped by jiffy lube and they topped off my transmission fluid free of charge. These guys are awesome. I would highly recommend anyone to go check these guys out!

Hello everyone I just want to take a moment to brag about a business here in town… jiffy lube really has some amazing workers… I came into the shop really dreading to come in to get a oil change… not because of them but because of how my day was going but something told me to come in and just get it done… as I was sitting here waiting on my car the workers really caught attention to how I was feeling and acting… I was going through a lot of stress and the workers really made my day and changed everything around with there actions.. like I get it’s not there responsibility to pay attention to the customers but to the customers car they really went above and beyond to change my attitude… I never felt so appreciative in such a long time.. it’s workers and people like this that we need more of in this world  — feeling amazed.

I come here for oil changes and theyre always fast and friendly.Updated June 2021: Came for an oil change and new brakes because they started squeaking at 90k miles. Thought for sure I would need new ones. They inspected them all and ended up telling me they probably still had at least 20k miles on them and getting new ones would be a waste of money right now. Turns out they were just dirty and I only had to pay for an oil change.I wouldnt have even questioned them if they just gave me new ones, so Im glad I always come here. Theyre trustworthy and would rather have long term customers that keep coming back than a quick sale.

LISTEN!! THIS SHOP IS AMAZING. We were on our way to an appt in Tucson and some cover under the car was dragging on the ground. The GPS didnt tell us this JL was there and we were on our way to some other place. We saw this JL, made a u turn and they helped us with this problem. In less than 5 minutes and we were back on the road. He kept it real with us and told us about the part that was dragging. Ugh.. life saver!!!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

I have never had a place change my oil before but I promise these guys set the bar high! They provide a/c in your car and were so fast i was in and out in about a half hour because there was a car in front of me. Super nice people and very professional.

Service was quick and friendly. Technicians seem to find something wrong with every vehicle in attempt in upsale services... ex - repair brake light, replace air filter, etc

Only issue was trying to get a timeline on how long would it take for an oil change. The worker checking in the cars but only say 15 minutes per car. Count the cars. It doesnt tell me anything cuz I dont know how many cars are being worked on at one time. If theres 8 cars in front of me that could be 120 minutes for one crew. If theres 4 crews working, it could be as low as half an hour. It may sound cute to say 15 minutes per car do the math, but its not the way to do it. Kind of irritated me. Other than that service was good.

A wonderful team. I dont go no where but too jiffy lube. So greatful for them all. Extremely polite and Honest. I highly recommend for anyone that is inneed of car inspection etc...This is the place . You will leave the lot like u just purchased a new car. Good feeling. Thank you Jiffy lube

Ive been going to this Jiffy Lube since I bought a house out here they are honest and very reasonable wouldnt think of going any where else very nice hard working guys and gals.

My husband and I have been coming to Jiffy lube at this location on Florence Boulevard and Peart For the last 20 years. Fernando , George , Arturo, Tammy, Cynthia and the rest of the awesome team at this location has always taking care of us. From the time we come in to the bay.....During the service of our vehicles until we leave they have been nothing but kind professional polite and on time. I love the way they work as a team and they’re always communicating with each other. Thank you for making a difference in our lives and prolonging the engine life of our cars. The service provided is always fast and simple. I always know that it won’t take long for my oil change to be completed.

Very nice customer service, however, the prices are unethical. As consumers, mechanics are going to keep robbing us if we do not take the time to shop around, and only take our cars in when we absolutely need help. I paid $370 on labor for a job whose parts cost about $60. Oil pan gasket, $120 to install? Why, is this a lung transplant? Oil cooler seal, $6.99. But $155 to install? The mechanic made $127.50 an hour to work on my car. Very unethical pricing.

I’ve been going to the same people since 2007. The service is always fast and friendly and they make sure it’s done right.

Never went there, no prices on what they do. Cant waste gas for fun.

Didnt have the oil I needed. Asked how much it would be if I supplied my own oil and they said $45! Ridiculous. I went to the oil depot and they did it for $20 and in 20mins.

2 stars because they spilt coolant in the engine. The next day I woke up to a puddle of coolant under my car... other than that they are very friendly and have speedy service.

All of these other reviews must be friends of people that work at this jiffy lube.i went there to get a transmission flush.they did the service then the next day i kept smelling burning transmission fluid and when i checked the fluid level it was at the bottom of the dip stick .i dont think they put any fluid back in.i had to put 3 quarts in.also i had to sign a waiver to get the service done.hum .that says it all.

I was told they are too busy to check my shocks and struts and only oil change could be done. Rude. Spoke down to me. Will never use them again. Maybe I came on a bad day but they only had 2 cars being worked on but ive never experienced being turned down when asking for extra service besides an oil change. Ive always used JiffyLube in Phoenix and Avondale for all my oil changes. I just moved to Casa Grande and was happy to see this JiffyLube multicare but after how i was treated, I will not go there ever and definitely not recommend it to anyone. Very disappointing.

They did not clean or check my air filter and I paid for the high mileage oil change, $75.00, and they didnt show me my dipstick, I dont even know if they changed the oil. I had a ba y in the vechile and it was 115 degrees out and I couldnt have my keys to leave the battery on or accessories on so she could watch the tv. she had to stay in the hot car seat. And they didnt check my coolant and my car overheated the next day because there was mone in the overflow.

Always great, fast, & friendly. With everything thats been going on they have started open & safe. You remain in your car, while its turned off but they have a air tube for cool air to come in your vehicle! Something I was worried about in this 114 degrees. Great job ladies & gentleman.

Will never go there again. They had computer problems the day I was there and asked if they could email my receipt. No problem I said. Well looked in my bank account and they removed my payment 2 times. Called and talked to manager and he assured me they would take care of problem. I asked if they would send me a receipt and he said they would. Then got a call back that they could not find my paperwork. Then they found that they did deduct my payment 2 times. He assured me it would be back in my account 24 to 48 hours. Well 3 days went by no money. Called again and different person as said that I would need to talk with corporate office as they dont handle that. Again shed for a receipt to be sent to me. Then asked a 3rd time for receipt. Bottom line I got golf of there corporate office and they were able to assist. They had a receipt for me right away. Then told me they would contact the franchise owner and they would be contacting me. Low and behold not an hour later the place that did my oil called and said something had happened and that is y the money didnt get out back. Will never go to this place again .
