Over the weekend while shopping at Safeway, I spotted Nails Rewards. I didn’t have an appointment, it was kind of spur of the moment, but the welcoming sign bolstered my courage to try. Besides, my natty nails were pleading for attention.Let me just say the Bill & Nancy own a lovely establishment; they treat each client like pampered family, and go the extra mile to take care of your nails. I experienced this as Nancy turned my natty nails into things of beauty! I’m a simple girl, and like my nails that way. But these are my best “natural-looking” nails, ever!I also witnessed Bill’s extra thorough and gentle care of a pedicure client. He clearing explained what he was doing so that she could understand how to better care for her feet between visits. I loved it!Finally, I found a salon where I can relax and enjoy pampering! I look forward to returning in two weeks for my birthday pampering. 🥰

My friend and I went for a spa day. We did the Jelly pedicure and both loved it. It was so relaxing being wrapped, scrubbed, and massaged. Definitely recommend it

I love going to this salon! This is my go to nail salon when i come home to visit MD. They have great prices talented technicians and the service is incredible! They do dip, ombré, cat-eye, and glow in the dark designs with an awesome color collection. Pedicures are fulfilling and relaxing and affordable as well. Since re-opening they allow walk-ins but have glass shields for protection, wear masks and gloves the entire time and limit the number of staff members and clients in the salon at one time. Definitely worth trying out and giving a try! Gina is my go to girl but they are all great!

Nancy, Bill, and Ben are all great. Always nice and always professional. They make you feel right at home. The salon is always clean and it has a calming ambience that I find really relaxing. As long as I have Nancy to do my nails and either Bill or Ben to do my toes I will never go anywhere else!

I’ve tried many salons in Casa Grande but have never been satisfied until today. Ben did a great gel manicure and pedicure and even added a little dazzle for the holidays. It was relaxing and friendly. Great attention to detail and Ben took his time to make sure my nails looked perfect. I will definitely be back!

104 Florence Blvd Casa Grande AZ 85122 USANails Rewards is immaculately clean and new and Covid-19 safeguards were evident even from plastic hanging between seating for the pedicure client and the manicurist. Chairs and tables are socially distanced and the front counter has a plexiglass divider. Everyone was wearing masks, both clients and manicurists.The staff is extremely friendly and worked me in with no appointment after a short wait. I had a beautiful pedicure, with an excellent leg and feet massage after soaking. It is noteworthy that a different plastic bags is used in the soaking tub for each client to prevent transfer of fungus. Proper protocols were followed with instruments including sterilization. There is not a lot of chit chat because the manicurists are concentrating on doing an excellent job.This is a full service salon (lots of color selections) offering new nails, tips, fill-ins, manicures and pedicures. It is a busy place but everyone was accommodated and I highly recommend this salon..

I went to the place to have a pedicure for myself and my niece. The staff was extremely friendly. Very clean and did an outstanding job on our toes and feet: the price is very fair for the work they do. Absolutely love this place. Will definitely be back again and again

Ive been to nearly every nail salon in the Casa Grande area and Nancy at Nails Rewards does the best nails in my opinion! Shes been doing nails for 28 years and it shows! She notices and corrects the tiniest details that other nail techs miss at other salons. She is top-notch! I get compliments on my nails almost daily from total strangers. I will stop Salon hopping now! She is stuck with me!

After a couple visits my nails started to crack almost immediately. I went to get it repaired....and had to come back twice in one day.You cant tell the male manicurist anything without him wanting to argue. Was childish on the phone when I requested an appointment. He personally ruined my clear set of nails by buffing underneath my nails.Im sorry, but I tried to support this business. Ive never had so many cracked nails in a short amount of time, so I dont support the quality of their products. And the male manicurist is bipolar. My first visit he playfully said he should be my sugar daddy. My next visit, he barely said two words to me.Sorry guys! I tried...

My majority of my nails started to lift 2 days after I had my fill.Less that 12 hours I had my fill one nail lifted. So I returned the following day and the lady in front fixed my nail and she did a beautiful job.I continued to tell her that the gentleman who did my nail did not clip my old acrylic off all he did was buff it and applied new acrylic on top of my existing set.I told him about it and he continued to tell me it was because my nails were old. Which they were not they were a 2 1/2 week brand new set, which only required a fill.I just wish I had a technician who listens to their customers and stop taking shortcuts

What a great experience!

Nancy did a great job with my gel manicure. I especially liked that she filled the nail all the way to the cuticle which many manicurists do not do. The salon is clean and uses all necessary precautions to be safe from Covid-19. I will go again.

I asked for square and they gave me curved nails , i want to cry and i don’t ever want to go out again , and they go in different directions , like my dog could do better.

They do not take the time to fix their mistakes! my nails are all different shapes and size and are bumpy and it’s the second time this has happened. they don’t bother to fix it they just deduct about 5$ from what they were going to charge.

Pedicure was nice and relaxing. A little high in price.

I got my nails filled and fixed by Binh Nguyen on Wednesday, December 23, 2020. About a month ago, for the first time in about 20 years, I had a friend do a full set for me. I needed them filled and fixed and decided to try this place. Binh was quite jovial at first, from what I could gather, being that I could only understand maybe 10-15 words he spoke. I know he basically told me, when I questioned anything he was doing, that he knew what he was doing and I shouldn’t worry about it. But then the polishing came. I put my hand under the light while he polished the other hand and apparently I had my hand tilted and I guess the polish slid to one side. He proceeded to tell me, after he fixed the polish, that he DID NOT want to fix another one. He had a complete attitude with me. Like I said, I just got a full set done by my friend, so I wasn’t too familiar with what to do to get a fill. My friend didn’t even have a light to set my hands under. Would have explained that to him had I thought he would understand me. But then it came time to pay...he suddenly got nicer. Shocker. I will not be belittled by anyone at a business I patronize. He was very condescending to me. And he actually cut me below my pinky nail with the dremmel. But I’m sure that’s my fault too! Wish I could post a pic. It’s all scabby today. Real nice to look at. I don’t need that in my life. I won’t be back and I won’t recommend this place to anyone. Nail salons are a dime a dozen. I also see someone else in a review here has complained about Binh. At least once. He’s going to kill your business with his attitude.

My initial visit was great. I went in for a fill because I didn’t have time to drive to Gilbert where I usually have my nails done. The man who did my gel fill was very friendly and told me he was going to do a better job than the last lady who did them... which surprised me because my nails were perfect? Not too thick, not too thin and the shape/paint were perfect. So he does my nails and I noticed they were extremely thin but I’ve never had nails that thin before so I thought I’d take a chance and not say anything bc he was so friendly and proud of his work. Well less than a week later, one of my nails broke off randomly. I noticed all my of nails were starting to lift (an issue I’ve NEVER had) and that’s probably why it broke so I went in to have him fix them and they decided to have the other guy fix them. Well he only fixed the one nail that broke... even though they were all lifting. He was very frustrated that I told him my nails were all way too thin. My arm was completely extended to him and he yanked me towards him.. by that time I was ready to blow. After a while I could tell he knew he was wrong and he wasn’t the one who ruined them in the first place so I wanted to tip at the end. I asked for change and was told to get it up front so I ask and the man who initially ruined my nails was up there & he made me wait 5 mins while he played w/ phone cords so I told him very nicely I’ll just go next door to break my bill, then he YELLED and said “can’t you see I’m busy!? Hold on we have it” ... that’s not what I call good customer service what so ever. He was playing with phone cords and had not one other customer in the salon. So to me whatever he was doing could have waited so I could get the hell out of there. Safe to say I’d never return after that. My other nails were obviously going to break soon too as they were clearly lifting and literally the very next day at work pretty much all of my nails started breaking. Their quality of nail and their customer service was complete BS. The one star they do get is for their cleanliness and that’s not enough to make me ever want to step in there again. $40 wasted on a fill just to spend $12 a week later to have them all removed because they were all chipped and cracking off. If they would’ve just had better customer service, fixed my nails like they truly should have, and didn’t treat me like an inconvenience then I probably would’ve returned since they’re closer to home. But they were horrible. My mind is truly blown by their lack of care for a customer and now I understand why I was always the only one in the salon when I’d go in. Would never recommend them to anyone.

Very very pleased with my experience here. They have a large variety of nail dip powders to choose from compared to the couple of nail salons I’ve been to nearby. The techs are super friendly and take their time.

My pedi was rushed, he didnt even get all the old polish off . Just polished over the old polish left on my toenail. The top coat was too thick and when I pointed it out. He was upset he had to thin it out before finishing. Im not happy

I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! The main guy was extremely rude... I ask him to fix a nail that didnt even last 5 days. After he fixed it he charged me, he then told me that he even did extra when HE decided I needed another coat of clear gel I did not ask for. Its been 2 days now and the coat already came off. Very poor quality, customer service? What customer service! I wont be surprised when this place goes out of buisness.
