This was my first time visiting Nailit salon. I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment and they got me right in. The receptionist was friendly, welcoming and attentive. Dustin did my nails, a full set of acrylics and I am beyond satisfied with the final result! I will most definitely be coming for a fill. The salon is very neat, organized and clean.

What an amazing service. Ive been here for 4 years and had no real good experience with spa and nail places. I decided to try them in hopes for a better result. And They Delivered!!! Special thanks to Stephanie and Isabella for the best receptionist workers--giving you kindness, respect, and joy the moment you walk in. Also, to Dustin my nail tech, who is very talented and gentle with his work. He is very focused and you are comfortable the whole time, it doesnt hurt when he is working on the nail bed and the cuticles! Lol You Are Awesome Dustin, Thank you all! My nails have always looked amazing! Dustin and Sandy are very polite and professional. It is one of the cleanest nail salons I’ve been in.

I dont often treat myself to a pedicure but decided to do so for my birthday. I have pretty bad arthritis in my feet and toes, along with some neuropathy, so my feet are very sensitive. The gentleman who worked on me made my feet feel so AMAZING I am scheduling another pedicure in two weeks! My feet literally have not felt this good in several years! And, my toes look gorgeous!

I waited a little bit past my appointment time, but everyone was so friendly and nice I didn’t mind at all. Leslie gave me a pedicure that can only be described as magic. Massaging chairs were a nice unexpected addition. Salon was super clean and smelled nice. No overpowering chemical smells. The front assistant was just the sweetest! Her energy is contagious and she really helped everyone feel welcome and taken care of. Will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

I recommend this place. I do not recommend Jessica for pedicure, she did not do a good job on my toenails (I do not use polish, her cleaning and grooming of my toenails was below standard). Nicely kept business, not overly crowded even on a Sunday morning. You can book online. The manager was friendly, wish I could remember his name. Sandy did my fingernails (no polish, but cleaning) was excellent, I recommend her! Also Kevin is highly recommended, he did my husband’s pedicure. Thumbs up to this nail shop. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Nails looked cute at first but less than 2 weeks later they are lifting terribly and the nails do not have any structure. Honestly I am pretty disappointed.

Im not even upset at the nails, because she did try on the design. Im upset by how I was treated. The nail tech kept taking people in front of me and 15 minutes after my appointment started she told me to stand up (I was still in the lobby) and go to her station. I went towards the workstation and a different girl sat down in the chair right in front of me, and my nail tech sat down and started working on her nails like nothing happened. I had to go back and sit in the lobby. This happened 3 times. When I finally sat down at the work station, she worked way too fast. While drilling my acrylics down she drilled way too deep into one and just sealed it up with nail bond. She was very rough, especially when buffing (I can normally put up with nail care pains, but it felt like she was trying to start a fire with the amount of friction between the buffer and my nails). She slapped the paint on all the nails without designs, which made it look very sloppy altogether.I just wish I wouldve been treated with some respect. I waited my turn, I stayed very quiet and polite (I work in customer service) , and I was hurried through the whole process and felt awful and guilty the whole time even though it wasnt me that was causing any problems (they had a lobby full of people being loud).The receptionist was nice and helped me choose my color in the beginning, but I noticed the schedule paper on my nail techs workstation, and they were severely overbooked. The receptionist scheduled a Full Set- 30 MINUTES after my refill appt. (Refills normally take about an hour - an hour and a half PLUS I had requested a design). By the time I sat down and she started drilling, her next appointment was waiting in the lobby.PROS:-Clean Environment-Wide arrangement of color choices-Public bathroomCONS:-Worked too quickly to get to their next appointment-Were careless with drilling-Employees sometimes let masks fall down and had to pull them up and adjust them-Employees talking loudly across the shop-Didnt tell other customers to leave or ask them to behave (the customers were extremely loud, yelling across the store with their masks pulled down so they could hear each other clearly)-Long wait time-Hot inside, I went in late afternoon and even with the curtains pulled down, I was sweating (and I wore my mask the entire time, so additional sweating)-Felt disrespected the entire time. (would like to mention Im not expecting anyone to treat me like royalty, I work in the customer service industry so Im used to people expecting that, and I try to always be kind to those in the same industry as me. I noticed my nail tech was having a bad day so I tried to be as nice as possible and crack some jokes and was repaid with her taking her anger out on my nails.)In conclusion: Never Again.

Everything was great!! Nice and clean environment. Everyone was nice, friendly and professional. My sister in law took me for my birthday, best gift ever!! Look forward to coming here again.

This salon is so clean and they take pride in it. If there are any issues they are willing to go above and beyond to make the customer happy. I booked my appointment online the day of. The receptionist & nail techs were so nice. Sandy did my daughters nails. She was so sweet, fast & efficient. My daughter wanted a 3D rose, but she didnt have it. She said she placed the order, but they werent in yet. Sandy told us to call or go in the following week & if they arrived shed add them. Such great customer service. While I was there I saw them disinfectanting several times. Its pretty big inside, tons of acrylic & polish colors, really beautifully decorated. Good price. Im so glad I found this place. Highly recommend. Loved booking online. It was simple & convenient

I visited salon soon after opening, very nice experience that day ( my daughter and I had pedicures) we attempted to visit again a month later without an appointment as we did before the first time and were turned away due to no availability ( never happens at NY Nails) . I made an online appointment Thursday for a Saturday morning appointment and was called next day and told they only have 1 pedicure guy and algae lost others to another salon ( u have to wonder why!) and reception was not at professional. Not sure if I will try again, but for now I will take my business elsewhere!

The receptionist was better this time around it wasnt real busy, but the acrylic i got on my toes was not a very good job i always get the lady not the guy not by choice this is just to give insight on my experience.

I was really pleased with my pedicure technician, Kevin. He was on time for my appointment and did a great job. Prices were comparable to other salons in CG. The salon is light & airy, beautifully appointed, calm & relaxing. I’m planning to go there again. Was was very happy customer. Definitely 5 stars!

Sandy gave me the absolute worst experience. She tries to focus on more than one client which is commendable but when she puts little to no effort on the nails she should be focusing on for that appointment she rushes on designs. My nails look absolutely nothing like what I asked for. They look rushed and when i tried to explain to her in person calmly, she raised her voice at me and told me Id have to go somewhere else to get them fixed. Not only that, when I explained that she cut me, she grabbed my finger and said theres no cut and continues doing the same thing to my other fingers and when I went to wash my hands, I had 2 big cuts from the nail filer and then when she used the drill she took off a big chunk of my skin.

First time there. I paid $60 for a full coffin set and they messed it all up. She left bad gaps and they started lifting in less than a week. I went in and they said Im supposed to go in every week for a refill! Uhmmm no. They usually last at least a month. I never had this problem elsewhere. The lady rushed too fast on mine. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. do not waste your time and especially your money here.

I love this place for a full set of acrylics however I dont recommend for a pedicure. The next day I had to go back in because the polish came off but when I went in they were to busy to do it and told me to come back later. I went the next day and they tried to make me make an appointment but I told them I would wait instead. It hasnt even been a full week since I got my nails done and 3 already lost the Gel polish. I wont be getting a pedicure here again

I payed $70 for a full set.First of all I showed the nail tech a photo and he chose to try the design he felt like doing on my nails rather than what I showed him.2 days after I had this full set applied, one nail broke off and the acrylic on my pinky nail started lifting. I went back and was told to come back as they were busy and couldn’t help me, I was told to return the next morning. I returned the next morning and was told they didn’t have time to fix THEIR AWFUL WORK and wanted to schedule me 2-3 days out to fix 2 nails!!!Awful customer service! Awful work! Will not be returning!

They randomly charge your card without authorization days later. poor poor costumer service. Tom is the only one worth going back for. Shameful.

Upon entering the salon, we were greeted. The elegant style and cleanliness was impressive. We were seated and asked to choose from a wide variety of colors. Once chosen we were swept away to our pedicures. I was going to go with basic but Im so glad I agreed to the deluxe because it was so worth it. You get gel rub, salt rub, heat rocks, and a soothing lotion type stuff with a warm towel wrapped around your legs. It was heaven! After completing pedicure, I was swept away to a nail booth. I was told the best option for me was a dip due to me biting my nails and them being so short. Great experience! We were even offered bottle water while we were there. Great place! Great staff!

Nice salon, clean. Friendly employees. I felt rushed at both beginning and end. The woman did a really good job though.It wS pretty empty when I arrived, so very little time for massage chair or foot bath. As I said though, she did an excellent job on pedi. I just would have like it a bit more relaxing.She had a regular come in on mani, so she again was rushing. A bit of gel sealer got on my thumb and she missed it. Trying to remove she scrapped the thumb. Still the Nails look great.Ill return, but will try someone new.

Wasnt too expensive and was a typical nail salon.The guy did cut me and hurt me on a few separate occasions which wasnt too happy about. He also somewhat yelled at my 4 year old daughter not to move.I would come back and go with another tech to see if experience is a little better.

I will NEVER go to this salon again! I had the worst experience I’ve ever had while getting my nails done. The first time I went to this place I took my mother. There were some things that happened like she got an infection & the dipping wasn’t the best, but seeing as this was a newer salon I decided to look over those things.Saturday I went back with a friend & was placed with Kieu ( according to my appointment confirmation ). She was EXTREMELY rude & acted like I was taking her time. I showed her a design I wanted ( simple plaid design that was just basically lines ), she & two other women who greeted us said she could do it. I actually upgraded to the gel just because they said it would work better with it. ( another $15 dollars ). She started on my nails & was super aggressive with it! She ended up cutting me 7-8 TIMES!!! I was bleeding basically the whole time & all she would do is put blue stuff on it & then go right back to doing it, like she was doing it on purpose, even at times going back into the cut. I never got an apology. She would then get mad that I was bleeding & mumble. She asked if I wanted my nails shaped like the picture which I said yes & she filed my nails crooked, nothing like the picture which was square. My nails where basically slanted and the left side was very pointy. When we got to the gel she would purposely do things like push the led light toward me where my nail would hit the back, jerk it to the side & never let me take my hand out, & at times never even let my nails dry long enough. I was still bleeding which wasn’t good at all. We got to the nail art & I set my phone for her to see. She then started on the design, like I said simple lines, & it was horrible! My right lines were fat while the left were skinny, she would run out of paint on the brush & instead of filling it in she would simply just make it a streak. As she was doing this she would hold up my nail & ask if I liked it in a mocking way. When I would say well it will be okay ( honestly just wanted to leave ) she would laugh. It was like she was mad I picked a design & just didn’t really care & was blaming me! In the end they looked hideous & I was embarrassed checking out. I know some people might say I should have spoke up but when you were basically treated like I was I just wanted to leave. When I got into my car I was a total mess about in tears, my nails looked HORRIBLE, not to mention they weren’t smooth due to them not even being dry, they were uneven & pointy & one of my fingers was bleeding so bad I had to wrap a napkin around it so it wouldn’t get everywhere. My nails hurt so bad as well!I ended up driving to the Promenade a total mess & just trying to figure out what I needed to do because I felt embarrassed over my nails. I ended up going into Selex Nail Spa where they took me right in & Johnny did an AMAZING job at fixing my nails the best that you possibly could after that. He also did an amazing job at being careful not to hurt me anymore & advised me on how to take care of my cuts so hopefully I don’t get infection!I am not one to write reviews, nor honestly ones this long, but I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. Cutting someone 7 times is very unprofessional & in my opinion you shouldn’t even be doing nails. I would never recommend going here, but even if you do NEVER get Kieu. Quite honestly I don’t know really how the other technicians are, but my money will never be going toward NailIt again after this. I work hard for my money & I expect if I am going to pay you for you to do a good job. Basically it’s like robbery! I’ve never been treated by someone I am paying for a service from so badly. I have posted pictures. I didn’t get any pictures with the design & polish that NailIt did because I was such a mess & wanted it fixed, but this is my nails after Selex Nail Spa fixed them & you can still see the cuts I got from NailIt!Again I wish this on no one, so that’s why I am posting this! Don’t make the mistake I did!

This was my first time coming to this salon and my nail tech was Sandy. The only issue I had was that she was running behind and seemed busy with other clients while in between trying to finish my nails.

Even though they were busy they stuck to my appointment times and did an excellent job on my toes and nails(: definitely going back!

Looked like a very nice place. New pedicure chairs. Had a manicure and pedicure. Pedicure ok. GEL manicure----- Disappointed------less than a week and nails have chipped. Air Bubbles in at least 4 nails. Out of town, so cant go back to have them fix nails.

I went in for a pedicure and the front lady with orange hair looked at me like she was disgusted and she was rude she told me that she didn’t have any pedicure openings till 2 but when I had called to see if there was any pedicure openings she had told me 12:30 and I was in the parking lot when I called. I felt like if I looked different (I was just wearing sweats) or dressed differently I would’ve been treated a lot nicer. I felt like they didn’t value me as a customer.

My GF and I were visiting from California and we were recommended by a family member about NailIt Salon. The salon itself was gorgeous and the staff was amazing! Dustin was my GFs manicurist and he was a blast to talk to and he did an amazing job on her hands! Jessica was my GFs pedicurist and she was sweet,gentle and did an amazing job on her feet! Its a shame that we dont live in Arizona because we havent encountered another salon quite like this one🥰

Booked my appointments 2 weeks in advanced and they are always running about 45 minutes behind every time. Been going here since January. Good service but very under staffed and they take to many walkin instead of focusing on appointments.

Wonderful experience. Husband and I had pedicures and he did a manicure. Happy hands and feet. Great place with fantastic staff.

Very friendly. Very disappointed in the quality my gel finish on my nails peeled off 5 days after service. Had another nail chip shortly after.

My appointment felt very rushed. Very loud in there, can’t even relax. Went in for a full set. Cuticles left very dry and crusty. The nails were not nicely buffed around the back, you can see the bulky product. Will not be coming back here.

Im obsessed with the entire experience all from the start the most welcoming receptionist was so knowledgeable and kind!! Kevin gave me a pedicure which was to start off amazing not a moment of awkwardness as he held a steady conversation making me feel very comfortable and Sandy did my nails and my eyebrow waxing to say it again IM OBSESSED!!! My nails turned out amazing all I did was Express my color preferences and theme and she absolutely killed it!! I changed to Nailit because the salon I was going to became very dirty. Nailit salon is very clean and modern looking. I had been to Sandy and Dustin who were at Selex nails previously so I knew there services were very good. I like being able to make my appt on line. They have a receptionist which is very helpful in making your color choice. They are very quick and good. The technicians doing the pedicure are okay. Make sure they don’t cut your nails too short. I don’t know if prices have gone up but I am paying more for my fill-Ins. My nails look beautiful. I would recommend them.

I scheduled an appointment online for both the pedicure and a full set of glitter tip nails. They got me in real fast, but I felt rushed and didnt get to relax and enjoy my pedicure because they did my nails and my pedicure at the same time. I have mixed feelings about my experience. I loved that it was quick but didnt like that I wasnt able to relax. My nails look amazing and I am very satisfied with the way they look. Maybe next time a slow down would be nice.

I had a pedicure and received broken skin and burn type rash from how hard the guy used the callous remover on both of my feet. During the treatment I flinched and let him know it was to hard. I didn’t realize the full extent of the damage to both my feet until I went home. I called twice and left a message for a call back and no one has called.Will definitely not be back and definitely don’t recommend.

The young lady in the front was extremely rude. Been once before and had a good experience. Different receptionist this time and she was very rude. Maybe she was overwhelmed, which i get but treating people rudely isnt the key.
