Got nails done on the 26th A full set of nails with gel polish and by the 27th my thumb is peeling and by the 28th the nail polish was gone on my thumb then my middle nail broke then my whole nails started to come off never never again. This is the worst nail job I’ve ever had in my life

Love my eyebrows!! It had been a long time since getting them done (due to covid and just plain laziness on my part) so when I came in with two caterpillars on my face I was unsure if my eyebrows could even be tamed. I was taken to a back room for the waxing and was expertly waxed, tweezed and trimmed into perfection. Even my “crazy” eyebrow (don’t we all have one?) looks perfect. The attention to detail was very much appreciated. I will be coming here for my eyebrows from now on! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Massage chairs did not seem to operate properly and nail color finish did not hold even 24 hours. Everyone there was very polite and accommodating, but this particular experience was just not the best.

Tina gives the best Peddi ever! She knows how to work out all the kinks in the feet and legs. The Salon is so Organized and Clean! Great place.

Cute little nail salon. We walked in and were accommodated right away with 2 mani/pedi’s. Nice environment and not too strong of a chemical smell, which is always something I consider before sitting in a nail salon for an hour. Unfortunately, due to the covid scare people in service do not “small talk” anymore. So it was a very quiet hour.

My daughter and I had a wonderful day together filled with manicures, pedicures, and great company of Rachel, Sarah, and Lisa three of the most talented, caring and personable technicians I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Made appointment for lashes and nails. When I showed up to appointment I was told they called me that morning to confirm and when I didn’t answer they accepted another appointment in my place. No voicemail or text to confirm or know it was them. I am a project manager who works on tight time schedule and phone rings 90% of my day, therefore I return calls as they are received. Just moved to area and need good nail and lash place...this clearly is not it.

Just came from a pedi with Anthony. First time and if I lived in Casa Grande, I would go nowhere else. Despite seeming busy, it was calming and relaxing. Spa-like music playing, TV muted on a neutral channel. He was thorough and did a quality job, but then the owner applied the polish. Anyway, highly recommend.

They were nice nice and they explained that they were running behind and I’m happy they let me know which I love and I got out on time despite them being so popular! Definitely going to keep this salon in mind!

Service was for a pedicure for Jennifer Reed. I went with a gift card given to me by my kids. We moved here from Indiana. I was looking for a nail salon. This salon was very nice and offers great services. My issue was that they did not honor the gift card. It expired in Dec of 2020. First off who puts expirations dates on a gift card. Secondly this was during Covid. We moved here in January of 2020 and Covid hit in March of 2020. I paid for my service today. The nail tech told me that the card would be honored after 2 more services. What??? I think that is terrible customer service. And awful that the manager/ owner did not come to explain it to me. So much for gaining a new customer. I will let my community know of how they treat customers. It’s a shame. Most businesses would work with a customer. For example, need you to pay today and then we will honor the card next visit. That would be an acceptable compromise.UPDATE: Received phone call from owner/manager after my posting. She feels it is a “mis understanding.” She will honor the card at my next service. I will update this post again after the appointment. Jennifer Reed

Visited Salon this past Saturday on the 1st.. took my 12yr old daughter for deluxe manicure/ pedicure & eye brow waxing; totaled $125. A bit expensive some would say but worth the price.Covid safe, protective face covering for both client & employee, hand sanitizer at your disposal. An extremely professional and polite staff, very clean shop; Well be returning customers

This was my first time here and Annie did a wonderful job!!! I was super impressed and she was very patient with me because I was not sure exactly what I wanted yet. Once we figured it out they looked AMAZING! I never get ombré nails because I have had such a bad experience but I saw her work online and thought I would give it another shot. Now I’m obsessed with my orange to white ombré nails! I will most definitely be back!

It was great I was 10 minutes late but they still attended me greatly and my nails look so great I live them they are so nice and clean very good place to go especially if ur tryna get great nail quality and still feel safe against COVID

I like the atmosphere here. It is usually quiet I had dip nails and have been doing this for almost a year. The service is superior. Enjoy the staff. Sometimes I have to wait, but am never in a hurry. I tell them not to worry.

Holy cow. I called and was told $40 for dipped nails. While there I was offered a pedicure since salon was empty. I had a mini pedi listed at $19. Nothing fancy. Ownet wanted extra to scrub feet which comes in every pedicure. Extra to remove polish, extra to shape nails. I was shocked at almost $100 for Nothing fancy mani / pedi. Single color, no designs, just a basic. With tip over $110!! WAY TO EXPENSIVE. Girl doing pedicure was very polite and friendly.I assume it was owner who did manicure and she was curt. Sorry but way overpriced.

This was is my third visit to Salon organic nails. The staff makes me feel welcome and I appreciate the relaxed and elegant atmosphere. From my first visit I was impressed that the technicians wear uniforms. The mini chandeliers above the pedicure stations added a nice touch as well. There was 1 TV monitor showing vignettes of talent shows without volume, and I was thankful for that. Fewer distractions make for a better experience. Also youre not told to pick a color from a shelf but youre given a book with nail color samples and numbers. I simply told told my technician the number of my color selection and she brought it from a shelf. It is one of the most pleasant nail salons Ive visited. My only recommendation for those who are sensitive to odors of acrylics etc., is to make an early appointment for the freshest air. This will be my permanent nail salon!

I was really nervous about getting my nails done in Casa Grande because my nail tech back home was top notch. Well I have definitely found what I would say is the best place in town for nail service. The staff is so friendly, they do such an amazing job and their prices are great. They have the biggest selection of dip powders to choose from that I have ever seen. This is now my go to place for all my nail needs!

I have been there twice and its been the best experience! The treatment and the professionalism blew me away! the techs really treat you like a person not a number fabulous place!

The salon is meticulously clean. The first thing I noticed, and was VERY HAPPY with, was that they use disposable soaking tub covers, which helps reduce the chance of infection. I am an RN and was looking for this to be offered for a while, but this is the first time I have seen it. They took their time and did an awesome job on my pedicure. Have lived here for 6 yrs, and have had some horrific experiences trying to find a good salon, this was by far, the best! Will return!!

Just got a gorgeous full set done by Rachel. The owner communicated well and worked with my schedule to make me a appointment.Rachel worked well with my tiny nail beds and did a perfect ombré.

I just got my nails done by Danny last minute (no appointment) for my college graduation and he did not disappoint! I am in love with my nails and he even told me to wear gloves while applying certain makeup or lotions since I painted my nails white he said certain chemicals make the color turn a weird yellow so thanks to him! Will definitely be going back!

This is the BEST place in town to get your nails done!! I travel all over the states and it’s so hard for me to find a good nail salon where ever we stay, but this one was one I didn’t even have to second guess! Very clean! Very polite! Very relaxing!! I’ve had Annie each time and she is wonderful!! Takes their time and does it right!! You won’t ever be disappointed!! I will definitely miss this place!! Amazing job girls❤️

I moved to the area recently, and tried this nail salon.I have been there twice. They did a great job on my finger and toe nails, however, the first time, while getting the powder dip finger nails, Quenie tore my fingers up around the edge of the nails with a power tool they use to smooth the nail, and a manicure and pedicure took over 3 hours. I gave them a second chance, since the nails looked good. The second time, the regular polish color that staff picked out for my toe nails, to match my powder dip finger nails appeared to match, however, after both were applied, they did not match at all. The toe nails were done first. I asked if they could change the toe polish, so they would match my finger nails, and after about 10 minutes of Quenie trying to explain why the nails dont match (stating powder dip polishes dont have matching regular polish), she said they would change my toe nail polish, but I would have to pay more. One of my fingers got nicked by the power tool this time.Very bad customer service, to argue with the customer, and offer to fix the problem for a fee!!!! I definitely do NOT recommend them. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I drive to Casa Grande to see Queenie for lashes and dip!!!! I keep my eyelashes in for a month!! Shes surprised but its her work that keeps them in. Pay attention to her instructions bc shes the BEST!! I get complaints all the time! Even guy coworkers like my lashes!! Lol. Queenie is worth the 1 hr drive🤗

I can truly say that this is the first Salon Ive ever been to an actually walked out happy with my nails had no crooked Nails on I love the color I loved everything the ladies are so polite and take their time no rush they understand what ME TIME means and it just makes you feel so relaxed and you wont go out unhappy you will COME BACK!!!

I had a 2:00 appt and arrived at 1:45. At 3:05 I walked out because all they did was move me to a chair. They frequently will take a walk in before an appt if the walk in arrives before the appt. This happens more than it doesnt. They never apologize or try to make it right. Rachel usually did my nails and shes great. Most of the staff are new so their turnover seems high. The owners are snarly to staff in front of customers. I had been going here for a few years never happy with the wait times when Ive always made an appointment but always happy with Rachel. After reading all the not-so-good comments and the snarly response from the owners, Im comfortable with my decision to never return. There has been several times when I wasnt happy with the services and voiced it. They always became defensive and the owners comments here are downright snarly and unprofessional.

Wonderful nail salon, after years of switching around the first time I came here soon after they opened I knew this was it. Highly recommend them. If you are in a hurry, make an appt as they are always busy. Also highly recommend the powder dip for nails.

Walked in without an appt. Needed a full set. Was seated within 5-8 minutes and John was my tech. His attention to details is what I appreciate as well as his friendly demeanor and great customer service. I asked for pink and white full set and he delivered that for me in under an hour! He advised me of what my cost would be right as u asked for the kind of set I wanted, no hidden fees or extras when it was time to pay! The nail shape is perfect and the finish was stellar! I have been looking for MY nail salon after a year of searching and I believe I Have found it!

I wouldn’t recommend going here, at least not for pedicures. I ended up getting an infection on both of my big toes, it was so bad yellow liquid was oozing out and I had to take antibiotics.
