You’d think that it would be tough to choose a salon considering there’s about 20 options within a 15 mile radius, but unfortunately because we are out in the middle of nowhere, most of the skill here is as good as you’d expect “out in the middle of nowhere” to look. I’ve been to about 5 or 6 nail salons for manicures, pedicures, acrylic, gel and tips etc and this has been the only place that I’ve been happy with overall. The salon is clean, the prices are average and their work is fast and quality. They are pretty busy here especially on the weekends though so definitely book ahead by a couple weeks.

I went to many places that were closed. Les got me in right away and for the first time I actually love how my nails look. Thank you so very much I will definately come again.

After moving here from Massachusetts I had to find a new nail salon. I tried two others salons before this one, and Im very pleased with this service. Give them a try, I did!

First time there. Tech tried to do a good job but cut me at least five times and polish was very thick. Hectic atmosphere - not conducive to a spa feeling. Price was good. Whatever cream they put on my legs made them peel and flake after my shower. They feel totally dried out. I question the cleanliness there - everything shared and not sanitized in between uses. I’ll keep looking for the perfect salon in CG - this isn’t it.

Great place, very friendly. Walking welcome but recommend making an appt. Very busy place for a reason.My mom had SEVERE ingrown nails and only 2nd pedi in 77 years. They were very gentle and able to remove massive nail virtually pain free!

Lisa does an amazing job putting on a full set and fill, she is gentle and kind. It is best to make appointment they keep busy.

Day after getting my mani/pedi one of the Shellac Cat Eye nails pealed off. I went back on day 3 after work and they took me in to fix it 👍. I was kind of hesitant on returning to get it fixed because the day of service they cut me multiple times while getting my cuticles done and the worker implied it happened because I moved. Hello, I moved because you hurt me. Day 4 the other nails are pealing off too ☹️. All the pain for nothing and what a waist of money. I doubt they’ll give my money back. I don’t recommend and won’t go back.

Staff was a bit rude. The man who did my full set was nice but thats about it. If youre not a regular, dont waste your time here. They wont even hardly acknowledge you. I asked how long for a fill in, and they just said it be long time and then dismissed me! So I went to Always Nails and I am super super happy with that choice!

This was my first visit and found the staff to be rude and not helpful. The tech I had could not speak English and someone else had to answer my questions and they appeared annoyed. She also charged me for services I did not ask for. I will not go back.

The woman that did my toes did exactly the complete opposite of what I asked I literally though she was mentally challenged until Lisa told me she doesnt speak English. Why have her do Americans if she doesnt speak English. My pedicure was painful and I was very upset and unsatisfied

Honestly hands down the best nail salon I’m Casa grande I travel 1 hour every 4 weeks from Phoenix to have Louie do my nails he is gem and truly my friend I love them all his mom his aunt and the owner 😇 this speaks volumes my nails get so many compliments and even people in Phoenix admit that no one compares I love this shop ❤️❤️❤️❤️ They deserve more then 5 stars. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Made an appointment the day before for my husband and myself for pedicures for the same time and my husband had his done while my feet were soaking for at least 45 minutes before they even started on mine. My time with them was a total disaster. Instead of wrapping my nails with cotton balls saturated with remover while I was getting the pedi he used a dremel after the pedi and took the top layer of my nails off with the gel. My nails were ruined by the dremel used to remove my gel. My nails are so thin now that I have to keep the whites of my nail cut off because they chip and split constantly. It’s going to take 5 to 6 months for the new nail to grow out! BEWARE!!!

Their work is decent and prices are reasonable but its almost impossible to get them to answer the phone when making an appointment but they also rarely ever have time for walk ins. It always takes several phone calls before I can get ahold of someone to make an appointment. Ive also watched them ignore the phone ringing until the person hung up and called again while I was getting my nails done. Maybe they should consider online booking.

I just walked into this salon for the first time with my 2 soon to be 3 year old. It’s her birthday week so wanted to treat my baby girl and get matching pedicures. As soon as we walked in I noticed they were not busy and proceeded to write down our names and as soon as I did, the lady asked me what we were wanting and I politely said “2 pedicures please.” So she look at my daughter and said “no, we don’t have time for you.” (Yet they don’t close until 7pm and it’s only 2:10). I am furious. Now my little girl is in tears. The lady was completely rude and told me to go elsewhere.

Luis was hands down awesome! My hubby picked this place for me and I havent been any where in casa grande that I have ever liked! I have been driving to Tucson but from now on this is my spot! Thank you Luis!😁

Usually very busy they recommend you make an appointment. When you do, you still wait an average of 30 mins to be seated in front of a tech. They do not manage their appts at all. Took a walk in in front of me after my appt time. I will not be returning. Lisa does great nails the rest of the techs are hit or miss. Great Pedicures every time though.
