The lady was really friend but when I got a new screen protector and she put it on it had a lot of bubbles. When I raised my concerns she said it was because of the type of phone. I’ve had lots of phone and I always put screen protectors and they never look like this. I would of really appreciated if she would of tried to fix or change the protector. She did offer to exchanged if it was a problem later on but I don’t think she should of gave it to me like that.

Stopped in about half hour before closing to buy a replacement sim card. I dont speak Spanish so the lady just said no pointed to the door. I tried to show her what I needed and again was told to leave. We dont have it we closed. Very rude. Im sure that this store is for Hispanic people. The surrounding shops are all latino oriented. Im sure they prefer their own race but who doesnt? When other races act this way its unaccepted so it should be in their case as well. I wont return to that store. There Is another one less than a mile away where the people are smart enough not to lose a sale.

Switched about 3 months ago and have had problems the whole time! Defective charger and bad phone. I have to reboot my phone at least 20x a day to receve texts and vm. Ridiculous!! May switch back.
