My son was given a Verizon track phone when his uncle upgraded to a newer phone. We went to several different Verizon stores and no one could activate the phone, even though it was just recently on the Verizon network. WHITNEY, however, has so much experience that she knew things that no one else did, and after trying several different approaches was able to activate the phone! We were so thankful for her effort and persistence! Her effort, expertise, and amazing customer service has earned our loyalty. I highly recommend Whitney for all your Verizon services.

Avery & Whitney were very helpful when I came into the store to have my iPhone 6 traded in for a 7. They thoroughly explained the billing process, provided excellent customer service and made sure I fully understood my purchase cost and features. They also explained the iPhone 7 features and even stayed 45 minutes extra past closing, to help download software onto my phone. They not once were negative about having to stay past the store closing time of 9PM. I sincerely appreciated this and the entire staff was very friendly! Their efforts were wonderful and they were a joy to speak with!

There were issues trying to transfer my date from my old phone, but he was persistent in making sure it got done instead of saying it cannot be done. I came in and dealt with Whitney, the store manager. While I waited I listened to probably the most evil person I have ever witnessed try to tear her down. Saying things like You dont understand, a minute of MY time is worth more than YOUR annual salary I am sure. I have never in my life seen someone maintain the composure and professionalism that she demonstrated that day. I own my own business, I can honestly say that I myself could not have stayed as calm as her. The customer actually left very happy and apologetic, even asked for her card. You need to either hire more people like her, clone her or promote her because she is FANTASTIC, and even that feels like an understatement. She is a gem. I learned something from her that day and I hope you are reading this Whitney because you ROCK! I will be using Whitney for all of my needs. She is definitely a rare find. Especially this day and age. If you need service. Ask for her.

Where do I start!? Whitney Beals is amazing at what she does. I came in and started my plan and she helped me find the perfect plan for me without spending a bunch of money. I have a work phone and a personal phone and she walked me through how to manage my usage for both, showed me how to pay my bill through the my Verizon app and I have never had someone sit down and take the time to show me how to do things with out feeling like I was a burden. Great atmosphere as well. All the employees seem to work together very well. Great experience in this location will not go anywhere else. Best part even though I am aware I have an available upgrade on one of my phones she didnt haggle me after pointing it out that I had it. She just told me that I was eligible for an upgrade and I said that I was really happy with this phone and she said thats great Im glad this is a good fit for you but I will upgrade with her when I am ready. You will be so pleased with your experience!!!!

The staff and manager Whitney are awesome!! Its a Verizon store that makes you feel like they really care about helping you. They take time to get to know you, treating you like a friend or family. If I could I would give zero stars. I went to upgrade my daughters phone at 3 pm today. I was told the iPhone 8 would be $25 a month. The main branch and online has it listed at $18 a month. When I questioned this I was told it must only be an online offer (which makes no sense). So I asked that if I purchased it online and got it for the $18 a month could I just do the in store pick up. Jason told me that would not be a problem. I had some questions regarding my account he simply could not answer. I did purchase it for instore pick up to find out that they could not cash out the phone as their system has been down all day. They stated they would call when it was back up. 4 hours later I return to find the system is not up. I have a phone I have listed as being billed to my account but had to leave with no phone in hand. I was told they had been sending people home all day because if system problems. Why not tell me this before I made the purchase?? I was told they could just cancel the instore order so that it would not reflect on my account and when I asked them to do so I was told by both Jason and his manager that I could call customer service and do it myself. I called verizon customer service, was told they would do a call back in 12-19 minutes.. that was 40 minutes ago.I am now at a main Verizon branch in hopes they can correct this situation for me. I will never revisit this Verizon retailer and will not ever recommend them to anyone. I get you cant control online systems going down but you can control knowledgeable employees and you can control the level of customer service you provide. This retailer falls below the bare minimum.

I literally just left this store and was instantly compelled to tell the world how fantastic my experience was and I didn’t even go in to purchase a thing. I needed help with my google VR. The service is genuine here. I have been to the corporate location that Mr. Walker Thomas is referring to...that Store is trash compared to this store. You’re right, they are completely different. They treat you like a human being at this store and treat you like an annoyance at the other. The corporate store sold me my google pixel and being new to the device payment plan, they told me the phone was $249.99 out the door and I get this accessory bundle for free. WRONG. All I should have paid was taxes on the $650 I was FINANCING. Plus, I was rushed and the rep was very pushy. At this location the rep got to me. We talked for a while and she told me about the same tablet deal. She told me about the $10 and the activation fee up front. I declined the offer. But still. It was explained in full. Sounds like you just want to complain just to “complain” about something. To all the other google users...disregard this troll and read all the other 5 star reviews. It’s undeniable. The store rocks. Don’t visit any other Verizon in Cary. I have been to them all and this one is definitely the best.

Overpriced. Phone was going to cost $20 more than retail PLUS a $40 upgrade fee and $20 activation fee. $80 just to walk into the store. Save yourself some money and order it from Verizon online with the option to pickup in store.

I lost my phone so I went into this location and spoke to Marcus Miles. He was amazing. He helped me with a new phone, but when we activated it, we could use Find my phone and we discovered I had left it in the Walgreens. Save me $$$ and just great customer service. BEWARE...they are not a corporate Verizon store!!! Absolutely the worst store to use for Verizon!! Most of the sales people have no morals or common courtesy unless it will get them a sale. This is the second time that my family has had a bad experience at this store. They have no problem selling you cases and screen protectors that they know will not work together...and of course their insurance! This last time that I tried to work with them...I had waited in line for 3 hours for the iPhone 6 +. The manager came by and I asked, Do you have an pluses today? She replied I dont know, with a big smile! This happened 2 more times over the course of an hour. I was the 1st in line and when we were allowed to enter the store...they said with a BIG SMILE, We dont have any pluses! So, after an extra hour of waiting, they then decided to let us know they dont have any pluses! At the corporate store that I visited later...they, too, were confused about why we were not told that they did not have any. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO A REAL VERIZON STORE!

Manager (sorry forgot her name) helped me out with a busted S7 Edge. Not only did she help with insurance claim, she did her diligence to dig into my account and look for more savings. Upgraded my tablet for free, got me unlimited data AND was able to bring my bill $26. Ill never go to another Verizon store ever again!

I have been here at least 4 times in the last year or so and each time Ive received great help. If someone doesnt know an answer, they find it for me. Whitney, the store manager at this Verizon Wireless, is extremely helpful and patient! I cannot thank her enough. My cell phone screen was not functioning due to water exposure while running. After utilizing the Redux machine in her store for over 45 minutes and staying after closing time to help me, the problem was fixed. My phone was working again! Whitney has a great personality and is quite knowledgeable. I highly recommend her and this store!

Do not go to this store. They are a Retail store which is different from Verizon. I got charged $100+ in fees after paying $40 in store for set up fees all because of a Free tablet for $10 a month data paying $140 in fees and $10 a month I could have got a nicer tablet. Details of our situation made this transfer a bit complicated, but their associate Felana made it incredibly simple, stress-free, and quick as possible for us. I was extremely impressed with her knowledge, attitude, and helpfulness in getting the change solved. All of the younger folks that work there are great - personable and helpful without being condescending to someone who isnt super tech-savvy with all the newest technology and gadgets.Store could use a good once-over cleaning and some extra seating for waiting customers - other than that its fine and Ill continue to go.

I am an 85 year old man. I came in a few months ago and dealt with Whitney and Jason. They got me set up with a new ipad pro and an iPhone 6s plus. I cant see good anymore so I needed the bigger screens. Jason set me up and Whitney took over. She made the letters nice and big so I could see everything clearly. She has been so patient with me in teaching me how to use these two items. She is so sweet. My fiancee and I both needed new phones and dreaded a visit to the Verizon store. This location is relatively new, and upon arrival at 7:30pm we were the only ones in the store! The person who assisted us, Ryan, informed us that this location is relatively slow in the evenings so I highly recommend if you want to skip those long lines and an unpleasant atmosphere - visit this store. In addition, we received excellent service and it only took us about 40 minutes to get 2 new phones, pick out accessories, and adjust our plans.

Very long wait time! Sold me a $15 popsocket that didn’t stick to my phone case when I tried calling to speak with them about it the phone lines was down for serval days 😩.. when I requested a refund I was told I only could get my money back in a check form that will take 7 to 10 business days .. not cash! Unfathomably bad. I have been there three times and EVERY SINGLE TIME, the staff has done something on the back end that has messed up my account. I exchanged a defective unit there and instead of going through the process, they just tossed the sim card in the new phone. This meant that when I went to Edge up at an actual Verizon store, I was unable to because it was showing that I was paying on the defective unit and not the device I ACTUALLY HAVE. That moment of laziness on the part of the employee has put me dealing with Verizon customer service trying to get this all figured out. So, because the employee didnt feel like doing their job, I am unable to Edge up. This is the same employee that charged my account for transferring my fiances info onto her new Iphone even though she couldnt figure out how to do it. So, I was charged for a service not rendered. This SAME employee messed up my account yet another time by putting the wrong device under my account. You almost have to try to be this incompetent. Stay away from this place at all cost, you will regret going there. Consider yourself warned.

I went into the store pretty close to closing time to switch from Sprint to Verizon and get onto my husbands Verizon account. FiiFii was absolutely wonderful in helping me do that, it was a seamless switch with no hidden fees or surprises! I had to get a new iPhone 7 and this was where Whitney came in. It took multiple tries to get my phone backed up to the iCloud (nothing to do with the store, it was an Apple issue) and she would not let us leave until it was backed up and my phone was in perfect shape! :) She and Fii FIi stayed with us well over closing time and gave us the best customer service I have ever seen. I have used T-Mobile, Sprint and now I have finally found my home with Verizon. Thank you so much, Fii Fii and Whitney!

I received excellent customer service from this Verizon store. Vanessa, Fi Fi, and Whitney were all extremely helpful, pleasant, and customer-focused. I purchased an iPhone 6 from them, and when the phone malfunctioned (no fault of Verizons) they helped me to sort out the problems and get quickly back up and running with a working phone. I had no wait times when I visited this location, and I actually have to say that the staff here made the whole experience fun. I will happily shop here again, and I highly recommend it. I went to get a new phone and there were only 2 people working there. Both of them were working with customers, when I walked in they said they would be right there. I waited for 30 mins and waited for someone to let me know when they were done. The manager was playing with his cell phone talking to a customer, he was just laughing and doing no help to the customer. The other person working there was just sitting and doing work with a customer and saw me multiple times waiting to get my phone. No one ever came to let me know how much time there was to wait. Dont waste your time there, its not worth it.

Went to the store to replace my sons damaged iPhone and possibly upgrade two other iPhones to the newer versions.I inquired about the most recent television ads regarding the 4 phones, 4 lines, 16 gigs of data, all for $150.00/mth.The associate stated that Verizon didnt have that promotion and insisted it was another carrier and that I mustve been mistaken.He then kept trying to sell me Samsung android bundles at a cost of $180.00 each in which I had no interest in.After a considerable amount of time at the store I replaced the damaged iPhone with an upgrade for my son. I had him apply a tempered screen protector to my sons new phone and he charged over $40 for the new screen protector. I was puzzled about the cost because I had just put one on my iPhone at the Verizon in Fuquay and it was only $25. When I asked him about the difference in cost he said that there was no way Verizon sold me the screen protector for $25, basically once again indirectly calling me a liar.The next day I called Verizon in Fuquay and they confirmed it was only $25.!To sum it up...I will never do business with the location in Cary on High House Rd. again and will certainly never recommend anyone doing business with that particular location.Dishonest Verizon dealer in my opinion.

I wouldnt even give this store a 1 star. They hung up on me after they messed up my order on my new phone and my VR goggles. They dont take responsibility for when they mess up. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. What a joke!

This is a huge independent phone store. Shopped with them for several years. New people and manager almost every time that I go there. I shop elsewhere now.

Charged for SIM card despite my SIM card being defective. Was never told before service was performed. Never coming back here again again. Wish I could give 0 stars or less.
