Chad was so kind and helpful! I have a 2020 MacBook Pro which had a broken display screen. I called around to a bunch of places to get quotes including the Apple store and Chads was by far the best! I went with him, and he was so friendly and willing to work with my time crunch ( I had to get it fixed in 7 days because I was moving out of the country at the end of the week) the piece he ordered to fix my computer unfortunately came in damaged and because of my time crunch I was not able to wait for him to re order a new one. Chad was so kind and understanding, he apologized for the piece arriving damaged and did not charge me anything! I know if the piece had come in undamaged my laptop would be good as new, and if I wasn’t leaving the country I would have left it with him. I would highly recommend Chad to anyone and will definitely use him again when I’m back in the area!

Chad/Cary Grove Computers is the BEST of the best! I wish I could give 10 stars! I was having issues with my MacBook and called Apple support at least a dozen times to assist. Apple support never knew what to do or what was causing the issue. Chad identified and FIXED the issue within MINUTES of me explaining what was going on. These folks are great. Everytime I take my PC in, they take care of me. Recently, I got my PC repaired, and 2 days later broke it when I fell on it. I fried my video card and killed one of my fans from the accident. Replacing those 2 things cost over $500 and they repaired it at cost only without adding additional charges. Most places wouldnt do that, but they did.

Chad and Kyle got me up and running when my desktops SSD failed after two other shops didnt properly diagnose the issue. Professional and courteous, Ill go back for any other PC issues.

Im lucky that CG Computers is close by. I initially needed some help with my old desktop. I brought it in and they fixed it quickly, at what I thought was a very reasonable cost.Ive also had them replace the batteries on two of my Iphones. They did these in a couple of hours and at a very reasonable price.I recommend them. Theyre an excellent resource.

Did you know they FIX GAMING SYSTEMS!?! Yep, they dont just buy old ones, they fix them too. My 8 year old hadnt played his WiiU in years and wanted to play an OG version of a game. I brought in my 4 year old laptop in to see if it could be fixed, after he inspected it he informed me of what was wrong and gave me options to fix it, but he was honest and told me it was not worth it due to its age and the price to fix it. Then he pulled my data from the dead laptop and gave me a lot of options on what to do next. After I bought a new laptop, he also helped me transfer all of my data to the new one, and then once again after I exchanged the laptop for a different one. I brought my beloved Dell touchscreen laptop to Chad at Cary Grove Computers, with a shattered screen and a battery that wouldnt charge anymore and some other stuff. He was able to fix it to perfection. I also needed a new charging cord and had bad luck using knock off brands in the past. He ordered me a new Dell charger. The communication and professionalism from the shop is outstanding! I had this done shortly after Covid started and they were way ahead of the game for social distancing and disinfecting too. (I procrastinate terribly, when it comes to reviews) But I had to do this one. They are awsome.

I took my sons laptop in for repair. The owner Chad, was very helpful and the fee was a good value. I would highly recommend.Update - I wanted to upgrade my iMac. Chad recommended that I replace the hard drive with a solid state drive and suggested the exact model. He opened the computer and installed the new drive. Chad also re-installed the operating system and gave me advice for saving all of my personal files. The computer operates like a new machine. Wow, what an improvement! This was all done in one day and the cost was very reasonable.

I called Chad to inquire about a broken screen on my laptop. He was able to quote me a rough estimate. I dropped the computer off at his business and asked him to inspect the computer for any other possible damage from when it was dropped. After analyzing the computer, he told me it was in good working condition and stated it was worth repairing the computer. 4 days later it was repaired and working better than when it was brought in for service. Chad was true to his word and a pleasure to deal with.

I needed to get my sisters laptop up and running. Called Chad and he was able to diagnose a hdd failure. He had it up and running with a ssd in just a couple of days. Because his price was fair, and his service impeccable, my husband had a larger ssd drive put in his laptop. As my husband uses his laptop for his business, we needed quick turnaround. Chad worked with us on this and was able to install the new ssd and clone the system in about 3 hours. Our computer was no longer recognizing our monitor. After looking at local reviews, decided to bring it to Cary Grove Computers. The owner worked to find a problem but after three days said that everything looked good. He was very helpful and very good at keeping us updated on how the work was going. Brought the computer home plugged it in and worked right away, as things go ... He seems to have great prices on new and refurbished computers and the service charge was very reasonable. Great experience overall.

Chad could not have been more helpful. Brought my sons laptop in for a broken charger port. Told him we were hoping to have it back within a couple weeks. He fixed it in a matter of hours. When my son brought the computer home, it would not reboot. Brought it back to Chad. He was puzzled but assured us he would do whatever he could to fix the problem. Chad did some research and as it turned out, there was a MS software update that was reeking havoc on many computers. Chad spoke with my son, and promised him that he would try his best to get the computer fixed within the two week timeline. He fixed it by the next day! Chad did not charge us for the second repair. Just had my sons 6yr old iPad repaired for a fraction of the cost of a new one! The battery was good but the charging port needed to be replaced. We have also used them to have many iPhone screens replaced. Service is always quick and excellent. We will definitely be going back for all future electronic repairs!

Great service, Did everything they could to repair and recover but in the end my SSD was a complete failure. Got a great price on a replacement installed and formatted with OS installed. This is the second time theyve helped me in a pinch and would go back in a heartbeat.
