I just called up and a lady answered Joes Automotive so I started telling her I was in need of an inspection, oil change, and a light on my dash..... and she hung up on me! I gave her 5 minutes to call me back then when she didnt, I decided Id give them one last benefit of the doubt that maybe they didnt have caller ID so I called them back again and it rang twice then went to a message that they dont have voice mail set up. Wow. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional.

Joe did a FANTASTIC job on my Acura! My fan which blows the heat and AC gave out.. It was repaired in no time!! Grest quality work!!! I will be going back!!

I really hate to start off the year with a negative review but my experience has cost me hundreds of unnecessary dollars! I was referred to Joe’s shop several years ago by my grandmother and was pleased with the services provided. So I went back July ‘19 for brakes and to have my passenger side mirror replaced. Due to a holiday weekend, they were unable to fit me in immediately, so they worked me in as soon as they came back from vacation. Great! So, I dropped my car off & was called with a more reasonable estimate than my dealer for my mirror. I gave the OK to start working on my mirror and to replace my front brakes. When I picked up my car, the passenger mirror head had grease around the perimeter and wasn’t flush. I went back and asked him to fix it.Several weeks go by and my car has a copious amount of brake dust and starts squeaking and making a weird grinding noise. Mind you my brakes were NOT squeaking or making that noise prior to the brake pads being replaced. I brought my car in to the dealer in Oct ‘19 to replace my rear brakes. They checked my front ones and said that the pads placed were cheap quality, ‘kinda like someone’s uncle put them on’! I opted out of replacing the front brakes since they were replaced 3 months ago, at the time, so they resurfaced all the rotors.I checked my invoice from Joe’s and his brake pads were MORE than the dealer in addition to the fact that it didn’t include resurfacing my rotors which is always recommended when replacing brakes so everything runs smoothly. Here we are in Jan 2020 and my front rims are still Black from brake dust, my brakes squeak & make an awful grinding noise. Also, you know how when you get new brakes your car is very sensitive to stopping & the lightest tap will almost give you whiplash? I have to really slam on the brakes for the car to stop, which is a safety concern not only for me but for others around me.So, I’m at the dealer AGAIN spending hundreds of dollars to get what I asked for 6 months ago from a small business owner who seemed to provide honest services.Save your $$ and just pay to have your car serviced where mechanics KNOW your car & provide quality care!

I have used Joes Automotive Services a few times now, with two different vehicles that I own. Joe is extremely ethical and operates his business with an extremely high level of integrity. The other day he went above and beyond to ensure my sons car was fixed, safe and done the same day. Joe is fantastic, very reliable and extremely ethical. I highly recommend him for your vehicles maintenance needs.

Joe is a solid mechanic and for me has provided bullet proof repairs for my cars over many years. I highly recommend this shop for their technical skills. My only complaint is that Joes wife runs the front desk and its virtually impossible to get past her either in person or on the phone to talk to Joe himself about your problem. Its not a big deal and should not deter you from giving them a try.
