Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our salesman (Johnson)was great. The place is clean and they gave us a good trade in value for our old car. And fair price on the new one. Only complaint would be that we had to make the hour drive back down the next day because they forgot to update the inspection report before we left.

Such a bad experience at the dealership. Booked an appointment for the test drive. Got call and confirmation from their associate over the text and phone that yes they have both Wranglers (Sahara and Sports S) for test drive. Once reached there, blunt response was - we dont have them in stock. Once I showed the text messages person inspected the lot and found one but came back in few minutes that he dont find the keys. They have no regrets of wasting 2 hours of me and my wifes time. I guess in these times everything is allowed because we can make excuse of everything - employees, covid, poor supply chain instead of finding a way to improve our service. Wait may be we are still living in a world where dealers can play typical old tactics of getting people into the door. Dont fall in trap (like I did) as you go through your buying experience with them

Me and my brother bought our first car here (2018 Jeep Wrangler). We were not sure what we were looking for as weve never owned a jeep but after learning more about the Jeep Wranglers from Bryan and seeing what we could do with one, we decided to purchase. Bryan helped us through the entire process of purchasing the car and gave us tons of information on the Wrangler and Jeeps in general. The entire process of purchasing the car was very easy and simple thanks to Bryan and the other staff. We absolutely love the car.

I just purchase a lovely used car from these guys. They treated me royally. My salesman, Johnson was patient with me and I didnt feel pressured nor rushed. Im not the easiest customer when making a large purchase such as this one. He asked the right questions before setting out to do a test drive. The questions helped to zero in on what I could afford. Once I chose my car I met with the finance manager. Mr. Parks was patient with my questions about GAP coverage and fender-to-fender coverage and respected my decision-making process about the pros & cons of the coverage. There are 2 things I encourage prospective buyers to consider:1. go in knowing the process is gonna take more time than you thought and 2. be realistic and help the salesperson help you. If your credit score is poor thats gonna limit your choices. A good credit score is a bargaining chip and gives you more options. Thanks guys for a great experience.

The service here is pretty good. They were courteous. However, they don’t allow appointments for oil changes and their time estimates are completely off. Whatever time they tell you it is going to take - double it.I asked how long it would take and they said 1 hr to 1.5 hrs and I ended up waiting over 3 hours. If I’d known that I would not have waited because I specifically told the service advisor I couldn’t wait longer than 1.5 hrs.

The Pre-Owned department is lack luster at best. Our salesman Justin was abrasive and rude. We came with money in hand to purchase a car and after the car didn’t pass inspection with our mechanic they refused to even see if the car was still under warranty because they had received the car from another lot. After wasting four hours of our time Bruce said that they wouldn’t make any of the repairs highlighted by our mechanic. When I asked him if he could check on the factory warranty because the car had very low mileage he refused. Neither salesman we worked with seemed enthusiastic about doing being business with us. At this point we are asking for add on options, Justin wouldn’t cover any of those until we made the deal complete. However, knowing the cost of those add on additions would help us in that decision. I strongly feel because we were two African American females they just shoved us away without regard. I’d never recommend anyone to this dealership!!!

Heather has helped me purchase two cars. She is great. Unfortunately this time when I went back to finance, Cornell was extremely pushy to the point where I was extremely aggravated. He kept pushing for GAP insurance which I said no to a million times. Then he said he “added it in” for me adding money to my monthly payment. No. I don’t want it. Then found out my monthly payment was in fact lower and he was just adding things to it. I also don’t believe he got me the lowest rate. When I asked he told me I was at 4.7% and I said that’s too high and he said I could do 3.99% for you. Like how did that come out of no where?? Go to anyone but Cornell for financing!!!

Today we bought our 3rd car from the Auto Park- if it were not for Bryan Nelson this review would be zero stars. Bryan alone would get 5 stars. Over the weekend we started out with Justin- he was abrasive, rude and an over pompus a** and needs to be fired. I told the general manager the same thing. Bryan overheard the way we were treated by Justin and wanted to make things right. He did not like the way we were treated and WOW did he make things right. We left and planned to NEVER return but later that evening Byran went out of his way to text us and check on us and gain our trust back. He went above and beyond to get us into the prefect Jeep for us..way better then was Justin said we could afford. If you want to be treated with respect and make the car buying experiece what is should be and left the games to a**es like Justin. Not only did he treat us like we were there to buy the top of the line car.. he treated our daughter like she was part of the car buying experience. He even showed her his Jeep...and ducked ours for her. FYI...if you are looking for a JEEP he is a very advid JEEP guys and will take good care of you.

They were more than willing to email me and call when they were trying to get me to schedule a test drive and sell the vehicle but couldn’t take two seconds to call or email me to let me know the vehicle has already been sold when I had an appointment scheduled to come look at it this morning. I don’t have any problem with the vehicle being sold and don’t expect someone to hold a vehicle for me or anything like that but a simple email letting me know that the vehicle was no longer available would be a minimum a common courtesy and would have saved me from wasting my entire morning and spending an hour and a half in the car with a newborn. This is terrible customer service and is unacceptable.

Just recently purchased a car at this dealership and did not have running boards. The sales person told me that they would allow me to get the running boards at their cost, only to find out during the install that there would be no break in price. Had I known this I could have gone someone else. Please make sure that you get everything in writing and dont take the word of your salesperson. This is my last purchase at this dealership.

My service was terrible. I sat at this location for 5 hours just for an oil change, inspection, and to check on my brakes and tires. I even made an appointment right at 8:30am and for whatever reason other people who didn’t make appointments were seen and finished way faster than I was. Every time the girl came to tell me “30 more minutes” it actually turned into 4 hours. I also missed my doctor appointment which now has to be rescheduled for November. It was completely ridiculous. I will NEVER return to this place again!

I received an excellent quote over the phone from Ryan and scheduled the service through him. I dropped the vehicle off in the evening with the service that I desired. Daniel contacted me in the morning, and we went over the details. He had to coordinate with the Part and Service Managers to provide the service at the agreed upon price. Most other dealerships wouldve easily blown me off and told me they couldnt do it. But your guys got together and made it happen.

Wayne is awesome in providing transparency and great customer service. When Vincent left I was worried that the service will not be the same. But I was wrong Wayne pick up the pace and exceed my expectation. Kayla is great as well and I am grateful for both of them. On the other hand, when I got home I smell something on my engine. When I open the hood it shows that there were spilled oil after my oil change. I appreciate the mechanic that worked on my car and I am wondering maybe this is just a one time that it spilled because he was so busy. I have attached some pictures of the oil.

Update!! after a significant service: My service advisor Leighton was extremely helpful and got me taken care of right away. My jeep now has a significant scratch on the passenger side front quarter panel. The front end was covered in antifreeze after the service was completed. I now wish I had video documented my vehicle as I dropped it off to be able to back-up my claim that this giant 3 long scratch through my clearcoat wasnt there before. I bought my Grand Cherokee from here and I wouldnt hesitate to buy again; however, I will always video document my vehicle before being serviced here again.

An associate was right there to greet me when I pulled up to the express lane. Express lane service was fast no more than 45mins to get in and out without an appointment. The make or break point in car service for me is at the end of service. an associate explained what was done to my jeep and went over the checklist with me to make sure I was satisfied. Just want to start out with giving big thanks to Paul who works there. My husband and I went car shopping for myself and this was our 2nd stop of the day. Glad to say we did. It did not take long for Paul to get to us and ask us questions about what we needed. He put huge effort into making us feel welcomed especially in my first “alone” car purchase. I think he was surprised that my husband was also interested in purchasing a new car as well. Went to look at one of their used vehicles based on an ad online. The car looked in excellent condition in the online pictures and the KBB fair market price was displayed showing the price for a vehicle in excellent condition. But upon going there and inspecting it in person the car was a mess. The windshield was cracked from one side all the way to the other. This was not shown in the picture displayed online. It did not look like the same cars windshield. The tires in the front were bald and car badly needed an alignment and possible front end work. The right front fender well had all the clips missing so that the plastic inner wheel well lining was hanging loose. Paint on the roof was missing among many other body irregularities. None of this was apparent in the pictures since the car looks like it was sprayed down with water just prior to being photographed. Under the hood was a mess with battery corrosion only partially cleaned off. The negative battery straps were very corroded.Once I finished inspecting the vehicle I talked to the salesman and let him know that the car had too many things that needed to be repaired to even be considered in fair condition. They were listing the car for $7000 when the KBB for this car in fair condition was only $4500. After pointing this out the salesman stopped me and said there is no negotiating the price. It is being sold as is. He immediately turned around and started to walk away.My advice is when dealing with the dealership is to inspect any used car carefully and make sure based on the condition of the car it is being priced correctly. My impression dealing with them is they are not interested in having informed customers purchase their used vehicles. When it comes to their older used vehicle let the buyer beware.----------Revised below 3/09/21I see from their Canned response that they did not read what I said past the 1 star review. The only thing that make a car dealer mend their ways is seeing enough bad reviews to realize it is hurting their reputation.

BUYER BEWARE!! Sold me a very clean used 2013 JGC, wouldnt let me test drive it for longer than 20 minutes. Couldnt drive it home overnight to get my mechanic to look at it even if I left my car at the dealership. Well I decided to buy none the less, and less than 2 months later I have replaced the transfer case, both motor mounts are bad, there are multiple coolant lines, hoses and fittings that need to be replaced along with the thermostat housing. I find it very hard to believe that during the engine bay clean and XX# point inspection they didnt find any of that. Of course it is a used car and I signed as is paperwork but no one should have to dump half of the cars bluebook value in repairs right after a purchase.

I will never purchase a car here again. They will rip you off and not help you address any issues. I purchased a nice 4runner with black rims to later find out that the rims were plastic dipped and started peeling off after a year. It really started looking bad once I needed new tires. When I purchased the car, there was no information disclosed that this was a $6 coating on the tire to make it temporarily look nice. When I tried to get in touch with a manager they just forwarded me to a sales guy to tell me that Im out of luck and I could trade in my car if I wanted. I asked to speak with a manager again and they didnt transfer me over. For the amount of money that was spent on that car, I would hope that the they would at least help me find a solution other than tell me that Im there is nothing they can do. If youre happening to purchase a car here go in with the expectations that you wont be helped or treated as a customer later.

We purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited as a certified Pre-owned vehicle. It was full of rodent nests, feces and seeds. We ended up trading the vehicle in on a different GC. Rat Jeep went back on the lot as a certified pre-owned Jeep, for sale to the next unsuspecting customer. The VIN was 1C4RJEBG8FC872316, it no longer appears in their inventory. I hope it was sufficiently cleaned so that the new owner doesnt get sick.The service department was great, Vincent, Bailey and Terry were a pleasure to deal with.

Brought in my 2016 Jeep Cherokee 2.4L 2WD @ 45k miles for a powertrain software update recall. Not having the software update is known to sometimes cause false check engine light illumination. I happened to have the CEL on for P0128 (faulty thermostat). I wanted the software update done and nothing else so I could make sure that the CEL code was legit and not false due to the software issue. I explained this over the phone AND in person when dropping off my vehicle. Somehow I ended up getting charged for a diagnostic that I did not ask for that also recommended a $1000 worth of maintenence thats totally unnecessary and excessive for 45k miles. Furthermore, Brittany told me that it didnt make sense to do the powertrain software update until the thermostat was replaced. How can I check if the software issue is causing my CEL for the thermostat if it is replaced before I am able to drive my vehicle to see if the CEL comes back on?! That is literally the only reason I brought it in! But apparently I have stupid written on my forehead! I pick up my vehicle being told that the software update was completed. After a few days of driving the CEL came back on with the same P0128 code so I assumed the thermostat actually was faulty and needed replacing. By the way, my vehicle had no symptoms for a faulty thermostat whatsoever (coolant temps were always in the proper range and stable and achieved this in just a few minutes as it always has since

This dealership recommended over $1500 of unnecessary brake services, listing them as needing to be done ASAP and SOON! in the report. After testing and inspecting the brakes, rotors, calipers, I found no issues. This kind of ridiculous upselling of unnecessary items likely catches many who are not able to test/inspect for themselves and it is horrible business practice. While the dealership did complete an engine cooler replacement for me, I will not be returning because I do not believe in supporting any business who uses these predatory business practices. Very disappointing.

I would like to commend Nasir for being an amazing sales representative. I am a tough sale and not only was he able to find the vehicle of choice for me, but he was able negotiate a price that I was comfortable with. Nasir was humble and easy to work with. We truly only stopped by the dealership by chance as we were driving by to review inventory and Nasir just happened to be in the area doing his research on the lot. He was persistent without being pushy and immediately went to work when we told him our non-negotiable specs and he realized the car was not on the lot. Nasir went above and beyond from the time we stepped foot on the dealership. The vehicle we agreed upon was located at another dealership and Nasir delivered it the next day. There was a minor scratch on the vehicle and Nasir set everything up along with a loaner to get everything resolved. He couldn’t have made it easier. After much research on minivans for my growing family, we realized the Chrysler Pacifica was the one for us! We will not only be recommending this particular vehicle at the top of our lungs to family and friends, but also Leith auto park and specifically for them to visit Nasir for a one stop shop! Thank you for making the process so streamlined as Nasir, you are a true asset to your team. You have sealed a deal that many other dealerships have failed to do!

Service department experience was fine, no issues. The sales department however I have not had a good experience. The head sales manager is a jerk and likes to agree to things and not put on paper. Epitome of a greedy salesman and nothing more. Do not plan on dealing with this Jeep location in the future simply due to him and him alone.

Fast friendly service right from the start. I especially liked being brought back to garage bay to speak with the mechanic and have him explain the issue and what he found. It was a learning experience and to have contact with him gave me a better appreciation for the work being performed.

Walked in with no appt to ask about getting a key fob that I purchased on-line programmed. Service Dept very friendly. Immediately got my van and did the work. Comfortable clean waiting area. Job completed in a reasonable time at a reasonable cost. Surprised and pleased that the van was also given a multi-point inspection. Will definitely be back for any needed service.

My experience was such a pleasure by meeting Brittany Alexander. She is a very special person in the auto service business. Brittany was understanding, compassionate, resourceful, attentive, responsive, and very knowledgeable in communicating the issues with my Jeep. She is a keeper. I have never had a woman service advisor, but it was a great experience to work with someone that speaks my language and understands the mechanics from a female point of view. Yesterdays service visit was a great improvement over past interactions. And not that I have ever had a bad experience, just one that was a little disjointed. Yesterday when I pulled into the service center line and got out of my car, I was greeted at my car by an older (retired) aged gentleman. He was so friendly, welcoming and advised me right away where I should go to start the paperwork for my visit. He took my keys and registration, guided me into service center, held open the doors and let the folks in the center know I was there. In all past visits, I would pull into service center line up and gingerly walk in... not quite sure which door to go into, not sure which person in which bay to ask for help and always felt like I was interrupting. Again, everyone in service center has always been very nice... it was just the uncertainty of what you were supposed to do. Maybe it was the time of day that I arrived, but having a greeter was a huge improvement and didnt give me anxiety about taking my car in... I brought my husband, but didnt feel like I needed him this time.

I just brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in on Monday for a diagnostic. I paid $154 for them to tell me nothing was wrong with my Jeep. Here I am 5 days later with my check engine light on. Dont waste your time or money here.

If you want to have a car buying/leasing experience where you feel comfortable and valued, then I would highly recommend you go here! I have leased three cars in the past from other dealerships, and this experience trumps them all. I worked with Julie Chasse, and I have never worked with a more honest, trust worthy, and personable sales person! She really cares about her customers and does everything in her power to get you into the vehicle that you want at the price you want! If I could give her more than five stars I would!!!!!! I will be going back to Julie for as long as I can anytime I am looking for a new car :) Happiest and most enjoyable car purchase and I am now happily driving in a Jeep that I didnt think I could afford before I met her. :) Dont go anywhere or work with anyone else! She is the woman for the job!
