Great service. I have been here for an oil change and an annual inspection, and I will never go anywhere else. They are very quick (the oil change took 15 minutes, the inspection 10 minutes) and friendly.

Camachos was amazing. I had amazing service and they actually looked at trying to solve the issue honestly. The customer service was amazing. I felt so welcomed and so comfortable. They were clear and honest before they did anything which helps to avoid a lot of confusion and stress. This has been one of the least stressful mechanic visits I’ve had since I’ve had my car, which says a lot! The staff is so kind and the service was just phenomenal. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good quality mechanic that is respectful, honest and efficient.

Hands down the best mechanic in the Triangle. I’ve been to many and these guys are the most honest, most affordable, and they do a great job too. The employees are very friendly and never try to sell something you don’t need.

Carlos did a wonderful job diagnosing and replacing the wheel bearings on my 2016 Subaru Forester. Professional service in a timely manner with lower prices than the dealership. He was also polite and efficient. Definitely recommend!

My car started having issues with being jerky/shuddering in first gear a few days ago. As a student with an old car, I thought I’d come to Camacho’s to save some money and get an honest opinion. While he was friendly and charged less for a diagnostic than most repair shops, the job wasn’t thorough at all. He ended up charging me for $40 for a quick fix (took him 10 minutes) and my car ended up breaking down later that day. In my opinion, any mechanic worth his salt would provide a thorough inspection as part of the diagnosis that either identifies the real issue or points to other, more equipped shops that would be better suited. Camacho’s latched on to the first easy fix (maintenance - spark plug wires) and called it a day.

Carlos was very professional and very honest. I have had difficulties finding a honest mechanic anywhere. His prices were incredibly reasonable. I have been to many mechanics around town and was quoted ridiculous amounts. Many couldnt even work on my car which is a hybrid. However, Carlos knew exactly what to do !. He was very quick, straight forward, and didnt try to scare me with unnecessary fixes. I will be going here for any fixes I need from now on!It is so rare to find an honest, reliable, and reasonably priced mechanic.

Very helpful and not looking to cheat the customer. I need to check if my Hondas halogen beam cAn be replaced with LED. Some other shops asked to replace the housing but Michael and Mr. Camacho (the shop owner) guided me to a quick and easy replacement .

Fantastic workers at Camachos. I was parked next door and two nice mechanics came out to chat about my truck. I casually mentioned a funny noise I was having with the trucks rear end, and both guys offered to help me figure it out. In less than 10 minutes I had the problem solved! I will be sure to call them for my next service. It is hard to find this kindness and ingenuity in mechanics, but seriously look no further because you will find it here.

I went here last year for my state inspection so I decided to visit them again this year. They were informative as I needed to wait a week to correct something as they explained it wouldve failed it. Today went back and it went smoothly. I was greeted and taken care of. There is a waiting area outside but they do appreciate the face mask so I wore it. The process was quick and I passed! We have been battling trying to get my daughters BMW to pass inspection for about a month now. took it to several different places in the area. Kept failing inspection and nobody could tell us what the problem was and everyone wanted a 200.00 diagnostic fee, which would not have covered any repairs that may have been needed. Took it here and Carlos found the problem really quickly. Ended up being a very minor thing and cost us under 100.00. Now it is fixed and passed inspection!!! Yay!! We purchased tires from a different company and my van needs a tire rotation. the place I bought it from will do rotation for free, However I am taking it to Camachos and I will just pay for their fee. I just picked up my car from Camachos Auto Service. This was my first time dealing with them and from the very beginning on the phone I felt like they were honest and trustworthy. I called two other auto service mechanics in the same area and got quoted hundreds, literally hundreds of dollars difference for replacing the starter in my car. As someone who knows nothing about the inner working of a car and who doesnt make a lot of money, this can be very stressful. I needed to find a place to get my vehicle fixed since it was overheating and its the Saturday before thanksgiving. All the reviews said Camachos was good and they seemed legit. I came in at 8am opening time and the staff was very friendly. I needed a new thermostat replacement and the price I was quoted was lower than the average cost for that repair according to the internet. Also I was offered coffee while in the waiting room and it was brought to me. Ive never experienced that level of customer service at an automotive repair shop. All the customers coming in were smiling and being taken care of. I swore I was in an alternate universe because usually while Ive waited to get my car repaired in the past the waiting room was similar to that of a doctors office everyone looks the complete opposite of being thrilled. Anyways my car is fixed and its not overheating anymore and I didnt have to break the bank to get it done.
