I have been with State Farm for several years, every time I have called or emailed I get a quick and easy response. The people in the office...Jeanne Nikki,and Andy are the best. My battery died recently I called talked to Jeanne she walked my through roadside. Nikki always responds to her emails within in the hour. They always end the call or email with is there any thing else you need, and have a nice day. We gave Felicia a tough task at multiple antique vehicles along with our other motorcycles and multiple cars. Then we bough a new home and really put her to the test. She worked hard to keep underwriting happy and didnt give up on us. We appreciate it and will continue to do business with this office with agents like her there.

This so called agent does not deserve 1 star or the State Farm name on the building. Do yourself a favor and call any other State Farm agent and save yourself a world of grief. My policies were written incorrectly! Andy Burris never personally returned any call or email regarding my situation. His staff lied and called me a liar. They quoted me a $500 collision deductible and $0 comprehensive deductible but the person sent it to underwriting wrong. I found out after having an accident where another vehicle hit an orange barrel on 75 and threw it in my lane going 70mph. Niki and Felicia lied about helping me and ultimately called me a liar when I had printed proof they had quoted me differently. I have never in my 50 years experiences such terrible customer service. I finally contacted Phil at State Farm Corporate after 2 months of arguments and had him review all the documents. He determined the agent was at fault and fixed my issue. I switched to another SF agent who reviewed my policies and they found that the AB agent had neglected to add my spouse as a driver and some other basic issues with the way the policies were written. I was told had my spouse had the accident we would have been cancelled. I asked Felicia via email several times why my spouses name wasn’t listed anywhere and she said it didn’t matter. The people here do not know what they are doing and do not have any care or concern for their customer. I am happy with State Farm after being with another company for 15 years but this agency is terrible. Be warned.

They only reason I left one star is because it wouldnt allow me to leave anything less. I tried so hard with this company for almost 2 years. I continuously gave them the benefit of the doubt and I feel like an idiot now. Every single month my bill changed in price, and I have no tickets nor wrecks on my record. It would go down for a month or two, and then itd be ever higher than before. Every time I called in, no matter what it was for I was always told the same thing, we will have to give you a call back. No one ever returned phone calls, not even Mr. Burris! It finally took my wife going in there and raising cane to get them to cancel our policies with them. Its been a little over 2 months now, and I have yet to receive my refund check or a call back regarding it. Fed up, isnt even the phrase for this company. Also, if you read the reviews on here Hannah McLain works there. I know that because she was the only one who seemed to help us with anything... Shady business, shady staff, and very rude and unprofessional. I would never go back!!
