So my original online quote was 83 a month, I was super happy with that but less than 15 minutes later it jumped up to 153. Part of that is because we wanted full coverage so not an issue. But there was a $25 jump just from the time difference.

Years ago had policy w them and always was helpful understand just wonderful C/S. Rates were pretty good too. Had to pop in there due to business last week and different people but the 2 ladies were helpful so still the same GREAT PLACE.

My experience at the Velox Cartersville location was very pleasant, actually enjoyable. I was acknowledged soon as i walked through the door even though there was a line. After explaining my situation and what tour of coverage i required Luis helped me out tremendously but unfortunately finding out I was ineligible for certain discounts the owner Tiago stepped in and worked done magic of his own. He searched high and low for the right policy that fit me and didnt become impatient or disgruntled with me not being able to decide on a policy, instead he just went into detail so I could understand better. I had such a great experience Ill probably pay in person just to visit every month.Highly recommended.

Terrible service don’t use Velox they have no answers and no management in there local offices and their “corporate” office. They could never find my policy and they charged money for a policy I wasn’t using that I thought was cancelled. Go with a more reputable business. I have GIECO now and there awesome no complaints.

Velox gives you good rates, my main office is Kennesaw but Tucker office has the absolute worst customer service ever, every time I call Fernando ( I think thats his name ) is the rudest person EVER. However, due yo the answer from Catersville office i appreciate your response and changed to 5 stars review to your office

Pretty good savings on car insurance and close to home.

My policy was cancelled because of $5.00. They said I owed that and I didnt get a call they called a friend of mine to leave a message . Then when I went in they said the policy cancelled that morning and I ended up paying an additional $71.00 . I hope I find another company by next month cause I dont want to give them another dime. Rip offs

Did not get an e-mail, text or letter this month for when my due date was. Switched to GEICO and saved $31/month for the same policy. Do not recommend, an automatic system that texts/e-mails your due date should never lapse on you.

I switched from All State to Velox and couldnt be happier! They found me a policy though Progressive that saved me almost $300 on my 6 months premium! Very helpful and very friendly!

When Velox first came to Cartersville, they offered easy options for insurance/payments. It was about convenience for the customer. Lately, I have been disappointed in Velox. You have to bring everything in the office, where as, before you could sign electronically and send receipts. Want insurance over the phone, okay-but you HAVE TO come in the office TODAY and sign papers, or the policy is void or some baloney excuse they give. Im thinking of finding another agency that offers better service for my needs. I never had to physically go into Allstate or Geico office- everything is pretty much internet or fax, but with Velox youll be running to the office for everything!

Worst Experience Ive ever had the owner is a racist and told me to never come back after he changed my policy without me knowing resulting in my policy to be canceled for 2 weeks and I didnt know! He was more upset than me! No apology just attitude telling me I could go some where else. The other guy who works there is the same. Both are horrible people. Ive been with Velox 4 years before this and never had any problems this is the worst Velox in the state. I would not recommend .I didnt pay my policy in two months lol what a low life you are. My policy didnt have any problems until I came to the cartersville location. Im screen showing this to corporate as proof of your incompetence in hopes that you are shut down. And you right I was screaming bcuz you changed my policy in Oct. without telling me until i found out in Nov. So how is that 2 months on non payment🤔 get a life dummy you are pitiful and I would not recommend this business to anyone

Velox is and awesome insurance company from there customer service to there advertisements to there prices...I am 19 and my boyfriend is 20 together we have 5 points on our license and for liability we only pay $96 and for full coverage we would pay $102....when we had STATE FARM and GEICO we paid 300+ for insurance...But everyone the prices are real and the advertisements u have seen are real...So stop by and see if it can beat your insurance prices...Me and my boyfriend was surprised :) THANK YOU THIAGO REIS AND VELOX YOU ARE AWESOME TO US :)

Velox Insurance has all ways been on my side. They have the lowest rates in Ga. I will always carry Velox Insurance.

Been sitting in there office for awhile only one person and hasnt even engaged in conversation very disappoint for being the first time we came here

To expensive and you have to wait a long time because the people who work there are really slow and the insurance is not worth having because when you have a problem like a windshield they wont cover it you will have to pay for the windshield not Velox insurance do not get insurance with Velox.
