We talked to multiple people on the phone to make sure we could make a deal before driving 3+ hours and when we get there we didn’t even have the sales people we talked to. Doug the representative that we got wasn’t even in the sales department and was very rude. The finance representative wasn’t any better. This car dealership was the worst one I have ever been to and needs to work on customer service. Thanks for wasting our time and next time be more transparent on the phone with your customers.

I picked up my brand new Cadillac Escalade noticing that their detailing department was less than detailed. Water streaks on the wood interior, floor mats were dusty with footprints, water spots on the exterior trim pieces and the door jambs were filthy also with water spots. The tire treads were dirty, like the vehicle was driven through a dusty field. The first thing I did was to take it to a hand car wash. I see now that it will need to be professionally detailed to have the water spots removed. This definitely ruined my Cadillac experience.
