Nice guys. They were asked to tow my car by mistake. Very apologetic but took over an hour to pick me up to get my car. I missed an important appointment thanks to PARKWAY PLAZA APARTMENTS for ordering the tow for NO reason.

Guy lied and threatened to sue me when i couldnt pay for my car which had been stolen, dumped, and stolen.

Contacted them through Insurance for a two in town. They said it would be an hour and a half before pick up, and that was a half hour after I contacted insurance. I called them to see if I could get a more specific ETA, and they said I was the next in line but the ETA was an hour and a half. Two hours later I called them and they hung up the call twice in a row without me or them even saying hello. I called my Insurance, who called them. They apparently werent having a phone problem since they picked up for the insurance company. They then told the insurance company (remember that valley towing has my number and is already a half hour late without contacting me) that it was going to be another hour before they could send someone to me.

Bob Bob i feel your pain. Try 7 hours with no communication from them. We had to keep calling and recieved snippy attitude and also was hung up on. Very unprofessional office staff also would answer phone by saying hello instead of announcing the company. Had to ask the company name. They also kept changing arrival time and where the driver was in location to us. I have reported the whole incident to my insurance and they are looking into the quality of service. I would never recommend this company. Being stranded for 7 hours with no information from them was extremely upsetting.

I have worked here for almost 10 years and I have alot of pride in this company anyone that has had an issue with anything I would like to know about it if it was before dec of 2017 i can help a little more and do something to fix it but after dec 2017 we were bought by a different company so I cant do as much as I used to be able to do but I still want to know about any issues anyone has had

I called this company to get a quote for a tow. I was quoted $55, since the distance was under 5 miles, which was excellent! I called again to let them know I would like them (officially) to tow the car. I gave them my CC#, they told me they would send someone in about half an hour. Almost 3 hours go by, and the auto shop still hadnt received my car. I called them to ask about the wait, and the front desk woman very abruptly told me she remembered my call from the quote earlier, but that I never called back. I was rather confused, and told her that I had called, given my card #, and before I told her what time I had called, she interrupted and told me that she doesnt have the record of a call, or my card number, and that she didnt know what to tell me. I begin to panic, and tell her that it was another woman I spoke with, was there anyone else there? She states she is the only woman, and verified with the automatic call service that no one else had taken the call. At this point, she was very audibly annoyed. I tried to run through what had happened that morning, just so we were on the same page, and as soon as I got to I called you this morning for a quote, she interrupted again with And then you never called back, anything else? I told her to let me finish. She would not, and began to YELL. I asked her what kind of company they ran, and she very matter-of-factly told me that they were a VERY reputable company. I called Carson City Towing, and they told me that it had been them I had called, and they took the $55 quote I had told them, regardless of the fact that it came from another company, no questions asked. I offered to pay them the actual charges, but they refused, and kept it at $55. I literally cried with relief! At this point I felt very silly, but was still disturbed at the customer service I received from Valley. I called back to apologize for the run around, that I had found the car and had called the incorrect towing service, but also requested to speak to a manager about her behavior towards me, as I felt it was undue. She AGAIN argued (instead of just giving me the owners name and number)that NO, I had been rude, that I had basically called her a liar, and questioning what kind of company they were running was rather rude. I told her that that was definitely not the rudest thing I could have asked, didnt basically call her a liar, and was simply confused and scared at who I had given my CC# to. I explained that I had not yelled at her, and that she had escalated it to a point far beyond where it needed to go. I dont make a habit of yelling at customer service reps, as I too am in customer service and understand that it is mentally exhausting to deal with angry, yelling people. I will be speaking with the owners tomorrow about this.I dont expect to be told Im right. I was very clearly wrong, which is why I apologized. I dont expect her to be fired, or even written up. This is also the first review I have ever written that I can recall. What I DO expect from a customer service rep is a little empathy. I do not need to be yelled at when I am simply trying to explain my confusion, and receive a clear answer. I will not use this service again, regardless of the low $55 quote.

Dishonest. Manipulative. Unethical.My car was stolen and months later ended up on this towing companys lot. When I called, the proprietor insisted I nevertheless owed him hefty storage and towing fees and grossly misled me on the legal elements of the situation. (Anyone in a similar situation please refer to Nevada Revised Statute 706.4477.) I was then quoted all the costs and fees for which I could be held liable and asked to turn over the title to the car or suffer additional charges a well as face collection reports. He added after 90 days the car would be considered abandoned anyway, and he would be able to auction if off against my will, which is what happened. It is like my car was stolen twice.
