We have taken our vehicle to Marios for every issue we have had and he has always been honest and reliable. He doesnt high ball on his prices and will work with people if able. We trust no one other than mario and his mechanics to work on our vehicle. We know when we take our car there they wont come back with 50 million things that all need to be done right now and are expensive, they will tell us what needs to be done but what is priority and what isnt and his prices are very reasonable. We love Marios and recommend him to everyone we can.

Originally, we were having an issue with this place, and it was taking forever to get our truck back. We were told that we only needed ball joints done, but then found out during an alignment that we needed so much more. This place bent over backward to get our truck fixed, and even though it took a few days, I will definitely take our vehicles there again. Great service and understanding people.

I bought a truck with paper work from these guys to make repairs well for 871.13 they replaced rewired and deleted extra wiring but instead of actually doing that they tied wires together and wrapped in duck tape none of the lights worked then they removed the wireing and electric fuel pump and installed a new one but they didnt actually remove the fuel pumps wiring didnt even disconnect if from the battery major fire hazard next the oe fuel pump that they charged them for is not even the right fuel pump for the car thankfully they only charged 172.74 for that danger in summery for about 1000 bucks they will ruin your car

Adam is unbelievably knowledgeable and it was refreshing to have him be so willing to give me some pointers and extra parts to carry on our sprinter 2500 T1N that we do a lot of long distance traveling in. Can’t imagine there is a better diesel mechanic on the area.

They are amazing! Bought a vehicle from them in May 2015 and immediately had oil leaking problems and the engine finally went and had me stalled on the way home from work. Being a single mother and new to the area, I was devastated. Drew from their service center put in a different engine with less miles on it. Drew is the best! I would highly recommend Carson Service Center!!!!

I bought an old 1986 Ford F150 from them that was on their lot. Had a few minor issues that popped up and they handled it right away without hesitation. Gave me a great deal on new shocks, too. And they didnt try to upsell me on the higher priced shocks which I knew would have been more than I needed. I live in Reno but get it serviced there. I may spend an extra gallon of fuel to get there but Im confident they are not taking advantage of me like many other places have done to me in the past. If they continue to give me the service I have been receiving so far, Ill continue to be a very loyal and happy customer.

I will never go to this dealer or shop again. I purchased a 2005 honda crv from this lot. I have had the vehicle maybe a week and a half and I have had to replace the brakes, the tires, the coolant, the power steering fluid, the windshield trim that holds the windshield in place. He said he would replace the dieing battery with a new one, which he lied and installed a battery from 2003. This will be going to court.
